Seriously fixed the growing pains from opening by my second visit and adapted quickly to covid. Accurate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very professional. Greatful to Zenleaf!!

great place with great people. constantly setting the bar for other dispensaries to follow. i hope they bring a deli or larger quantity ordering service...buying in eighths is killing the wallet.

I don’t know if this is due to the COVID 19 rules and restrictions, but once I arrived, it took 20 minutes for someone to bring my order out to me.

Zen is the best!!! I am a frequent patient and every visit is a pleasure. The staff are friendly and professional. Ben gave me the exact advice I needed on the phone. Then when I can in I was helped by Sam. Sam is amazing. He is so smart and nice. I was able to make a decision with no doubt. I was also helped a few days earlier by Joey whom recommended product I never tried and it was on point, then helped by Quentin who always has a smile. I am loyal and will only go to Zen!!!

Never been but would like to! I'm disabled so thought I'd call first. Phone number on website is to another state. I found a "local" number (240) but searching around. I called that number, got a recorded message, then it hung up on me! I just had a few questions! Not a good first impression...unless of course, someone responds to this post!

I recently visited this location. It was the first time in my life going to a dispensary. I must admit I don’t know much about cannabis and I was a little nervous. From the moment I open the door and walked inside they made me feel welcome. I don’t know the names of the two young ladies and the really cool guy in the front but they were very nice and patient with me. Once all my information checked out I went to the back where I met Sam one of the patient care advisors. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable he explained everything I mean this guy was an Encyclopedia he knew all products,what they have, what each product is use for and the difference between one and the other. Honestly if I had a business I would love for a staff like this to run the place. Thank you to all the staff for making this a very Pleasant experience props to all of you especially Sam.

First Time to this dispensary and it did not disappoint. I was greeted by friendly front line staff who was very informative and who reminded me that I have to get rectified (which I was unaware). When I was taken back to the dispensary by Ben, the service I received was impeccable. I was given an explanation of the medicine and the different products that they offer to their patients. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the chronic pain that I suffer from, his recommendation and suggestions were very helpful. The dispensary was well organized and the layout was so easy to understand. It was also very clean. I appreciated the service I received and would recommend all Maryland patients visit this dispensary.

The staff is GREAT always happy always nice. I've visited other places but now I only go here. Top notch atmosphere although a TV would be nice while waiting. Thank you for helping a handicapped person at checkout. Safety is important to me and I feel safe coming here. 🙂🎸🍕

Every dispensary in Maryland uses the same suppliers. Quality of a product is a BRAND issue, not a DISPENSARY issue. The array of items available at Zen Leaf Germantown is immaculate. There are so many different items to choose from. Their weekly deals seem to be consistent, so if you miss a deal one day, it'll most likely come back around next week. The service is great. Everyone is in a good mood, well versed, and patient. The staff WANTS to be there. You can tell everyone is where they want to be and it reflects in the work they put in. <3

great staff, and lovely spaced out location! brightly lit and very cleanly organized to display many of their cool products aside from the medicine! also: great selection of medicated products of all varieties! i personally am impressed with the selection of quality flower and concentrates!
