Zen Leaf - Germantown (Med)

I went to Zen Leaf to pickup a particular Verano cart I had been having a difficult time locating. I was expecting to grab my online order and jet, but instead received an education from Sam. I am glad I did. I only recently received my prescription, and the only other dispensery I'd been in had the atmosphere of a head shop. This place is clean, professional, and I felt like I'd had a consult with a pharmacist. I was allowed to take photos of educational sheets on deciphering the codes...terpenes and uses as well as the cannabinoids to target my symptoms. Thanks, Sam!

One of my favorite smoke shops in MOCO. Staff is super dope and Quentin is my dude! He’s able to speak accurately and intelligently to various strains, terp content, and flavor profiles. Give that man a raise and keep my wife’s name out your GD mouth! ✌️

Zen Leaf is the example of what a Medical Cannabis dispensary should strive to be. The staff is super nice without being fake or patronizing. I’ve been here multiple times and was so thoroughly impressed that I even introduced this place to my dad. Above all else they care about their patients and it shows every time I walk in.

Terrible prices, unknowledgeable bud tenders and staff. The first visit was confusing, mainly since the menus are unclear, pricing/discounts never explained the same by 2 coworkers. Being a new addition to the community, maybe Zen Leaf could be expirencing growing pains. However, the competition in this area is fierce. Oddly enough, the front desk staff provide ZensLeaf's great service and provides the only positive atmosphere in this location. Products are on par, just overpriced.

They have a super nasty male manager that needs serious help with how to speak respectfully to fellow humans. Dude had a chip on his shoulder and he was going to make it my problem. Reporting the whole business after no follow ups through phone or email were returned. They have made their stance clear: they are a recreational shop and don’t care about their medical patients anymore

Great dispensary with great folks. Really appreciate the curbside service during Covid, important to keep essential employees safe. Maurice and Jack are awesome!

My name is Chris Manley and I just became a patient. ZenLeaf is right down the street from my house so I wanted to try them out. Before I went I called and the young lady at the front deak remembered who I was because of my voice and I was amazed. Then I met Phil I believe and he along with everyone else was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and th as t also amazed me because I felt like I was in school all over again. Sam is the man because he broke down everything that I needed to know to get started with helping with my muscle spasms and he walked me through the dispensary explaining just about every product available. Sam schooled me and it was all very grest information. I will go back again and again, thanks for all of the help.

This is THE dispensary experience you want to have in Maryland! The staff works with each patient to find products with specific terpenes to help with whatever your symptoms may be. They also walk you through not only the buying process in MD but provide useful, concise, educational information about weed for newcomers (and they won't let you slide if you're already a stoner). I worked with Sam a few weeks ago; he was awesome and helpful (and cute). I recommend this place to everyone, especially those who have had bad experiences in local dispensaries.

This is the first dispensary ive ever visited. I was treated amazing and all of my questions were gladly answered. Great selection. The entire staff made me feel welcomed. Vince and Phil were awesome as-well! Highly recommend

Seriously fixed the growing pains from opening by my second visit and adapted quickly to covid. Accurate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very professional. Greatful to Zenleaf!!

Fast, friendly service and welcoming atmosphere! My Care Advisor, Sam, suggested some great add on to what I had already planned on purchasing. Definitely would recommend visiting these guys!

First Time to this dispensary and it did not disappoint. I was greeted by friendly front line staff who was very informative and who reminded me that I have to get rectified (which I was unaware). When I was taken back to the dispensary by Ben, the service I received was impeccable. I was given an explanation of the medicine and the different products that they offer to their patients. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the chronic pain that I suffer from, his recommendation and suggestions were very helpful. The dispensary was well organized and the layout was so easy to understand. It was also very clean. I appreciated the service I received and would recommend all Maryland patients visit this dispensary.

I don’t know if this is due to the COVID 19 rules and restrictions, but once I arrived, it took 20 minutes for someone to bring my order out to me.

great staff, and lovely spaced out location! brightly lit and very cleanly organized to display many of their cool products aside from the medicine! also: great selection of medicated products of all varieties! i personally am impressed with the selection of quality flower and concentrates!

Zen is the best!!! I am a frequent patient and every visit is a pleasure. The staff are friendly and professional. Ben gave me the exact advice I needed on the phone. Then when I can in I was helped by Sam. Sam is amazing. He is so smart and nice. I was able to make a decision with no doubt. I was also helped a few days earlier by Joey whom recommended product I never tried and it was on point, then helped by Quentin who always has a smile. I am loyal and will only go to Zen!!!
