Windy City Cannabis - Posen

I'm really unhappy with the selection that they have lately and when I finally do see something that I like is out of stock right away. how am I supposed to treat my medical condition if I don't have anything to treat it with. I cannot afford to settle for what they have at the time

Although my first time in a dispensary, the experience was strange. Seeing pictures from dispensaries in Colorado I was expecting more of an adult candy shop type. This was more clinical and I get it now. Transforming from medical to both medical and recreational will take time I’m sure. Quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Atmosphere just threw me off.

I am an patient at this location. Where is the variety of flower especially indica for patients? There seems to be only 6 or 7 types of flower posted on this site and none of them are indica. I can view the menu through both this leafly app and through email. Every time I am on either, there is nothing to offer in flower. Is there another website available for me to see the variety of products available or should I just go to dispensary much further away that has variety for its patients besides just for veterans? I really loved coming here but it seems since Recreational started it has really changed and things are not readily available like before. The quality is not as great as it used to be. The service is always friendly. The atmosphere used to make me feel like home but now it feels strange these days.

First visit to this location/a dispensary in general and Candice couldn’t have made it easier or more welcoming. She is a total sweetheart and she knows her stuff. Definitely recommend WCC Posen!

There's nothing better than going to a business and being treated like you are the only person that matters. That's what it feels like when you are at the Posen location. Gus has always been extremely helpful, never rushing me, allowing me to time decide which products I'd like to try. His recommendations have always right. I always thought it would be great if they could clone him. Well, I think they have, Emily is the female version of Gus. She is wonderful, I hate to leave the dispensary. It's just so pleasant. I hope she is at this location permanently.

As a pot smoker on and off for fifty years, a lot has changed. The staff is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. I come here for pain relief that opioids cannot provide. Just for fun the hybrids throw in a little kick. Professional Clean Knowledgeable and they have Sales. I'm In!

I've been going to Windy City Posen since I've received my card and Big Daddy Gus and his crew Starr,Dave,and Emily they work together seemlessly they are great and really help with anything you don't understand. The whole crew strives to be the best they can be. I haven't seen Emily and do hope to see her when i come back in. I wouldn't change the location. they are the best i get alil leary when i come and new people are there, i prefer to deal with the staff that I've known. Looking forward to seeing the crew when i go back in. Thank You for making it easy to understand all the help that can be achieved with their help and knowledge its a godsend.

Excellent menu, knowledgeable staff, and South Side local... I switched here for the location, am staying to sample all their unique specials!!

Amazing people, Gus is the man. They were helpful and gave me piece of mind when I purchased my meds. The experience was something that I hope everyone has at their own dispensary and if not switch to there's, it was very easy to do because they did it for me. I love these people and their amazing deals!

I've been going to Windy City Cannabis for about 8 months now. Everyone is very helpful. Gus has been my pain specialist since I've been going (great guy). He's helped me with all of my needs and doesn't know that he's givin' me back a social life, I can't thank him enough. Another mainstay has been Dave, he's seem to specialize in Indica's, He's opened my eyes to strains that I now like very much. These guys have been life-savers! And on top of that, everyone who works there makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Windy City has certainly changed my life for the better.

Gus is one of the best and professional people at this location. His knowledge of the product is exceptional. Gus has excellent customer service. He's definitely going to be missed. Having someone who shows compassion and respect for people is priceless. The overall atmosphere of this location is inviting.

While I’ve only been coming here for a month now, and it is not the closest dispensary to me, I am beyond pleased with my choice. With a chill modern vibe and outstanding customer service, you will not go wrong with choosing WCC Posen as your dispensary. Great selection and usually always something on special!

Ok people i’m getting nuts with reviews! Lol! I seriously just usually don’t do them but i have to say,i love this place! And honestly it’s not even because i get medicinal relief it’s also THE PEOPLE!! Every single employee here at the Posen location are amazing! The reason i am reviewing yet again is because of the experience i had today! I have had an awful week due to cancer. I just had a second port installed and then chemo the very next day as well as radiation. Today has sucked! I went into find something to help and as soon as Gus saw me he gave me a great big bear hug because he saw me starting to bawl my eyes out! He comforted me and treated me with compassion. That my friends goes a LONG WAY!! I needed that hug badly!! So i’m just saying when you pick your dispensary look for that!! Look for Gus!! I’d follow gus to any location or elsewhere in a heartbeat! And yes of course he picked a winner that really helped take the edge off tonight! Thank you Gus!!

Windy City in Posen has helped with my pain and anxiety tremendously and has helped significantly better than any of the opiates, anti-depressants and benzodiazepines that I was overprescribed and forced to use as a crutch. RIGHT until the day I walked into Windy City in Posen I had suffered and now I am forever grateful for medical cannabis and for the staff at the Posen location. They have become an extended family and I absolutely love Gus, Star and David and now that Emily is added to the mix, it's truly become complete. They are all genuinely caring and truly want what is best for their patients. Every time I go to this location I am greeted and helped right away with a helpful, smiling face and am very satisfied with the products that have been recommended to me, mainly the Sativa dominant strains of concentrates. I will definitely recommend this location, due to the wonderful family that I have made at Windy City In Posen.
