Why is the area to purchase so large? Seems like wasted space.

Just received my card and have been 3 times this week. A+ customer service and quality from all staff and product I've received. Small issue with a product and they handled amazing. Very glad this is my home store.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

There's nothing better than going to a business and being treated like you are the only person that matters. That's what it feels like when you are at the Posen location. Gus has always been extremely helpful, never rushing me, allowing me to time decide which products I'd like to try. His recommendations have always right. I always thought it would be great if they could clone him. Well, I think they have, Emily is the female version of Gus. She is wonderful, I hate to leave the dispensary. It's just so pleasant. I hope she is at this location permanently.

Windy City in Posen has helped with my pain and anxiety tremendously and has helped significantly better than any of the opiates, anti-depressants and benzodiazepines that I was overprescribed and forced to use as a crutch. RIGHT until the day I walked into Windy City in Posen I had suffered and now I am forever grateful for medical cannabis and for the staff at the Posen location. They have become an extended family and I absolutely love Gus, Star and David and now that Emily is added to the mix, it's truly become complete. They are all genuinely caring and truly want what is best for their patients. Every time I go to this location I am greeted and helped right away with a helpful, smiling face and am very satisfied with the products that have been recommended to me, mainly the Sativa dominant strains of concentrates. I will definitely recommend this location, due to the wonderful family that I have made at Windy City In Posen.

I've been going to Windy City Posen since I've received my card and Big Daddy Gus and his crew Starr,Dave,and Emily they work together seemlessly they are great and really help with anything you don't understand. The whole crew strives to be the best they can be. I haven't seen Emily and do hope to see her when i come back in. I wouldn't change the location. they are the best i get alil leary when i come and new people are there, i prefer to deal with the staff that I've known. Looking forward to seeing the crew when i go back in. Thank You for making it easy to understand all the help that can be achieved with their help and knowledge its a godsend.

I've been going to Windy City Cannabis for about 8 months now. Everyone is very helpful. Gus has been my pain specialist since I've been going (great guy). He's helped me with all of my needs and doesn't know that he's givin' me back a social life, I can't thank him enough. Another mainstay has been Dave, he's seem to specialize in Indica's, He's opened my eyes to strains that I now like very much. These guys have been life-savers! And on top of that, everyone who works there makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Windy City has certainly changed my life for the better.

I have noticed a huge difference in my husband, he is more relaxed and content with his meds and his overall attitude is just great. I would like to thank Windy City Cannabis for being so great with him because it's helping.

IT smells like Downy in the waiting room. Love that smell, then into the dispensary for the REAL smells :) Very polite and courteous, they offer you coffee, water and hot Chocolate.

Amazing people, Gus is the man. They were helpful and gave me piece of mind when I purchased my meds. The experience was something that I hope everyone has at their own dispensary and if not switch to there's, it was very easy to do because they did it for me. I love these people and their amazing deals!

Really good as a medical patient since November, I like to online order then pickup like 30minutes later. So far it has been a breeze for me to get what I need. Has enough of what I want to smoke, sucks that there’s a 7g purchase limit and I have to keep traveling back often but I will deal with it until the recreational buzz settles. Good service good prices glad I’m medicinal. Thank you!

As a pot smoker on and off for fifty years, a lot has changed. The staff is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. I come here for pain relief that opioids cannot provide. Just for fun the hybrids throw in a little kick. Professional Clean Knowledgeable and they have Sales. I'm In!
