I have now been a patient here for approximately 2 months. I can say that if you are willing to talk and share the bud tenders Gus and Star do listen and have a good knack for recalling your preferences and making suggestions. I personally like to vary strains nearly every purchase and this allows me to get great products often at a great sale value. You really do get the feeling of being treated as a friend instead of a client

First I must say I came to this facility for 2 reasons. 1st Reason was the location. It is right off of the expressway. 2nd reason is because I asked alot of fellow patient reviewers about this facility anf heard nothing but good things. my first visit i was warmly greeted by the staff and they were beyond cool. Very informative and very honest. Their menu was very very impressive. I love shelby county community services products and from the previous dispensary (the herbal care center 13th western👎🖓) they had alll their products which made my day!!!so if your reading this get down to the posen location and register there asap for the best service in Illinois

I'm a first time cannabis user and last week was my first visit to a dispensary. I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere and the knowledge and accommodating nature of the staff. I have fibromyalgia along with a myriad of other things. The day that I went was a bad day for me and I wasn't getting around well. I was offered a wheel chair or anything else I needed. Overall I'm very glad I picked them because they are all about the patient and removing the stigma of receiving this life changing medicine. I left feeling a lot more comfortable about my decision to try medical cannabis. I'm also a big fan of Gus that everyone mentions. He made me feel that we were starting a journey that would lead to the relief I've been seeking everywhere for years.

I have many gr8 times @Posen. Yesterday was especially wonderful. Being a Reiki Master, my surroundings, needs to be pure and free of negativity. The energy there is Ahmazing!! One of the duo's, Peyton was there. This man never stops trying,to get better prices for his patients. A good person, who actually cares. Windy City Cannabis is the premier and only place for good quality medicine. Also, where everyone knows your name. Gus & Star, Muah-

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THIS DISPENSARY DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO BUY MORE THAN 7 GRAMS OF FLOWER IN 1 DAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE AVAILABLE UNITS. THIS PECULIAR POLICY IS INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have never seen any other dispensary with this incredibly inconvenient policy. At every other dispensary I have been to, if you have available units, you can buy whatever you want. NOT HERE THOUGH. The staff is HORRIBLY RUDE and in my opinion VERY LAZY. I have called multiple times and received incorrect information most of the time. After I repeatedly told them what they told me was wrong, they refused to take responsibility and it just frankly seems that the staff does not care to help. Despite spending a TON of money at this dispensary, I have been repeatedly treated with disrespect. I FELT 0 CUSTOMER APPRECIATION while going here. That was my cue to leave.

I've been a patient at WCC since June 2016. I used to love this place. I still love many of the people that work there, however it's lost it's personal compassionate side. Management is not compassionate or caring like they should be. Example. I placed an online order for pick up, but due to new hours i didn't make it there in time. No problem the next day i go online top place an additional order since new items were added to the menu. In fact, i added two new orders. Mmt total was over 475 dollars. I get there and the security staff is like 10 people deep all bombarding you with questions and directions. I give my id and try top pick up my items... well the first order is cancelled.. the third items are cancelled and for whatever reason the second items are ready. i politely ask for all items and i am told i can't get the items i ordered. WTF... The district manager appears and explains to me that although i did receive text telling me my items are ready.... they choose to cancel my orders. I wont be permitted to pick up any new items beaides the two they choose. I explained to her that was bogus, rude and not a good business practice. Sheer argued but eventually sold me the items i requested. Such an unnecessary harrassment and sour taste to what usually is the highlight of my day seeing people that are known for giving personal compassionate customer service. Candice, Star, Dave, Kevin... still gets great marks for knowing how to treat you right. Secondly, the selections are so limited now... It's not much that can be done by WCC. I think they need to keep the family feel for their patients. The relationships matter to the patients.

Windy City Posen has the best prices, selection, staff, and atmosphere in the Chicago area. I recently changed my dispensary and Im very pleased with my decision. Gus and his staff are very informed and welcoming. I recommend anyone who's looking for a new dispensary contact the Illinois department of Public health and request this location. The turn around time is 24-48 hrs and its well worth it.

Absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Had great insights and I changed dispensaries to them and great menu.

It’s an average location with below average staff

Soooo bad. I drove an hour three days straight, going earlier each day to be told each time by someone just peeking their head out of the door to say they aren’t open anymore. Call first? Nope, they don’t answer the phone. None of the Windy City locations do. Still don’t even have an explanation for why I was turned away.

Just got back from my first visit at this location. Gus and Star are great super friendly and very knowledgeable. Gus gave me some great recommendations! Another great experience at windycity!

They carry great products and services is fast and friendly. However, I have one issue. Several times I have visited and they either closed early or closed recreational sales early. They need to learn to remain true to their business hours. I called about 2 hours ago and asked what time they closed to recreational users. I was told 6pm. I call awhile later to make sure before I went and lo and behold, they are closed to recreational users. Again, stay true to the hours you have posted on your website and stores. I get that there is a high demand but it really is your responsibility as a business to make sure you are able supply that demand.

I have have had such a great experience with this location Gus and Star are so informative and caring this has become my extended family right when I thought it could not get any better I met David then Emily and her kind heart with extra giving and caring makes this place the best for me... I don't know what I would do without them right now they always know exactly what I need when I need it..... Hope Emily is here to stay also!!!! She brings more joy and snacks :) I Love this place 💗

Gus and his team are great... Yeah, if all the players could stay on the team. With this place, it’s like one day they are there, & the next they’re gone. I don’t know what type of revolving door they have over there??? Let’s just hope it doesn’t affect us, the patients too much... It’s not everyday that you find nice, warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable people... And when you do, you should want to keep them around. Just a thought...
