If you need guidance and have moderate to no knowledge on the products you're after, you'll need to go here. It's almost like a one on one experience with each transaction.

Great location, service and product. Video's prices are competitive and they offer good value. The distillate cartridge is one of the best available and the battery powers on when you inhale, no button to press. They automatically setup an online account for me too!

I've been with Vireo for about 1 and a half years. The staff is outstanding, willing to help, give information, and the pharmacist help with recommendations. The delivery service is top notch, they even come in rain or snow. Hats off to the delivery team.

Great product, decent prices and excellent customer service

At first they forgot to call me at specified time for the consult and I had to finally call another location to get in touch because they weren’t answering the phone. It was frustrating over the course of a morning. And I had made 3 attempts to get them to call me during the 2weeks before. But the pharmacist was really knowledgeable, respected that I knew the products and didn’t just spill out info at me as others have at different dispensaries. I will (attempt) to use them again next time, as long as I’m able to reach them if I have questions.

May 2020: Easy from start to finish. Everyone from the initial pharmacy telegraphy visit (Doc had a cool face mask with stars on it), to the delivery team of two people in a vehicle were professional. From dress top to bottom (casual or business casual), to demeanor, disposition, and knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant. I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I use the Queens location in between the Queens Center and Queens Place malls. Be sure to ask the pharmacist about a financial hardship discount such as being on public assistance, a first responder or a military veteran discount. UPDATE: August 2020 Multiple orders this month to figure out what works for my chronic health condition (Crohn's Colitis) during this severe flare up that landed me in the hospital multiple times. The Red distillate and capsule work great for later in the day or evening, the Yellow capsules I take in the morning to knock back the spinal stenosis and leg numbness (pins and needles), the digestive and autoimmune disease, and also helps this veteran with mental health. Buy the Bug Rx by Mig Vapor along with the replacement coils for a discount. Also be sure to receive your $3 validation parking discount, will be on your receipt.

I live in Staten Island NY and the closest location for vireo is in Queens. They deliver my medication to me with no extra charge! And the doctors and staff always check on you to see how the products worked for you. I am very satisfied with vireo. I wish New York was more lenient with this program(( actual flower, prerolls and edibles would be great)) but til that day comes, this is a great service!!

Everything about this dispensary is great, just traveling out to Woodhaven, Queens can be a bit of a long stretch of a ride on the R-Trains, especially on the weekends. I wish they had a centralized "Manhattan Location" Vireo's prices are great and reasonably priced. I've been going since Medical Cannabis was first legalized in the State of New York. Their "Gel Oil Capsules", "Tinctures" are great and the new addition of their "distillates vape cartridges" top quality medical-grade cannabis. However, I would like to see stronger CBD Distillates Vape and Ground Flower in both THC and CBD Flowers.

I’ve been a patient with Vireo for a year and some moths. I always get the Home Delivery and the driver|deliverer are so pleasant, kind, & always make sure you’re given the correct delivery package. I love how I’ve finally found what works for ME! I’ve tried other brands, but I just love Vireo Green Cart, Yellow Oral, & the midnights. I have 4 Herniated discs and a Pinched nerve in my neck. This green and yellow are amazing for my pain in my back. They are always reliable and always have your vireo Favorites. Also, my consultation was amazing with the Vireo Pharmacist. She truly helped me with my choice of the Vireo Spectrum. I will always stay with Vireo. I am truly thankful to have such an amazing Medical Marijuana Dispensary that always has exactly what you need for pain, anxiety and etc...

I have tried other dispensaries and this is the best I could find... Prices are high but that's not their fault its the way NYS regulates these places. The counselors are very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Delivery is fast and easy, with online ordering.. This is the best dispensary around!!

I’ve never actually visited the dispensary itself, because Vireo offers free home delivery. That’s one of the reasons I chose them! I work from home and it’s convenient to be able to get my medication without having to arrange time away from work, drive there, look (and possibly pay) for parking, drive back, and then have to find parking again when I get home. The guys who deliver are awesome - friendly, professional, and really nice. And they text you a tracking link so you know exactly when they’ll be there. Vireo’s prices are also a big reason I keep coming here. They were well priced before but they recently lowered prices on a lot of items. The quality of the products they offer is outstanding, and their product line keeps expanding - it’s great to have so many effective options. Finally, the level of care and attention from the pharmacists is great. If you ever purchase something you haven’t tried before, they call to make sure you understand what you’re buying and how to use it. They’re happy to answer any questions you have! I can’t recommend Vireo enough. Outstanding, effective products and a great team to work with. A+
