Vireo Health of New York Queens

I'd use them now since they resolved all issues. New vape pen, new THC cartridge, all good now. I've already used them for refills.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Very helpful as well. Good quality, but very expensive in my opinion compared to other locations. What was ridiculous was that they gave me half a bottle for the same price because it was the first time to see how the patient would react.

This was the second NYC dispensary I visited as a new patient, and has been my only one since. Vireo's bulk oil for vaporization is way more economical than pre-filled cartridges anywhere, and the quality is excellent. Customer service here is outstanding as well, both at the dispensary and with home delivery. It doesn't hurt that Vireo is located right by the trains and Queens Center Mall! They're in my old neighborhood, and boy do I wish I could still get there within minutes. Then again... home delivery! For patients on a budget who prefer vaporization, there is currently no better option. I order here monthly.

Wonderful facility. Staff is so knowledgeable. Explain what you need to know as many times as needed. Location is good, but home delivery is better. I Have been to one in Lake success, twice. Horrible Facility. No Supplies. Felt like I was in prison.

DO NOT BUY VIREO FLOWER, EVER. It is not cannabis as you know it. VIREO is made up of greedy people who don't take the time to prepare an acceptable product. Absolute garbage, & trying to talk to them about their messed up medicine isn't an option bc nobody answers the phone or returns VMs. The only good thing this company has going for it is delivery service, but they just made that 3Xs as hard as it was or needs to be so you tell me whats left to be wrong. $130 for a 1ml vape that costs less than $2 to produce, seriously? This what you get when greedy Dr's open a cannabis business- ripped off, still ill bc I bought flower from them thinking it was thc containing cannabis, but it resembles industrial grade hemp or catnip. & I'm here in pain unable to go somewhere else bc Vireo got my $. Remember this you shysters, folks will be growing our own flower soon & your shit company will fall to the wayside & i say good. You are fleecing the people & what goes around comes around. The Greedy become the Needy & i hope you folks never feel like I do bc you'll want to die. Unbelievable this is where my complaint will be heard, if they allow it to post

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were quick with my transactions and over all I felt very comfortable there. I’ve been there twice, once for my consult and then for a refill.

No one is answering the phone.. I've been calling and leaving messages.. I don't trust places that are unprofessional.

Do not buy their products. They sold me multiple empty carts and refused to let me return it (5 min after the driver dropped it off and I saw they were empty). I made multiple complaints and finally received a call from their management, saying all the oil is in the wick. NOT TRUE. The carts were completely EMPTY. $99 for 3 empty carts that were supposed to be 200ml of oil in each. I can’t imagine how this place has any decent reviews.

My comments are for the 24 hours Queens delivery. I’ve been a patient for almost two years. It seems like there are more Rockland delivery days added since I’ve become a patient/customer. I haven’t had any issues with Vireo. Although there is a medical marijuana store in Rockland, I feel that Vireo’s products are more effective and cost a lot less. So a total win for me,

Live in Manhattan. Ordered 3 of the same carts for delivery from the Queens location. One of them was defective and spit hot oil into your mouth. DROVE there today to ask for an exchange of the other 2 UNOPENED ones for the newer cartridge as this was a KNOWN issue. They did not care nor provide an acceptable solution. This was a poor business decision as I will never give them another cent, and I am someone who needs medicine as often as possible. Many more options out there people, don’t give your business to such rude uncompassionate companies. FYI I am a multi multi repeat customer, and have never asked for a refund or credit from any other order.

Needs improvement, and I mean that wholistically, from decor, to service to product.

Living through the pandemic without my medicine would have unimaginable. I am so glad Vireo stayed open and continued to deliver through all of this. If I am running low, I can place an order and have it delivered within 48 hours. That is amazing! Thank you thank you thank you Vireo.

I’ve had only positive experiences at Vireo in Queens. Their Vape products are hands down the best in the New York program. I highly recommend Vireo.

This dispensary and their products are top notch. Until something goes wrong. I recently used their delivery service, and had the wrong product delivered. This occurred yesterday morning, more than enough time to redeliver and correct the error. The pharmacist I was communicating with (who was directly responsible) informed me that I could be "squeezed in" and arrange re delivery the following afternoon/evening. Don't try and call the dispensary, the phone is not answered. This isn't my only negative experience with this dispensary. Unfortunately, this is typical of the level of professionalism we all will be exposed to until laws are changed/amended.

Vireo was the first dispensary I visited when I got certified for medical marijuana in 2017, and the one I came back to and stick with after having tried all the rest. Parking is tough near the Queens location but they quickly assured me that they can do home delivery, and I have never had to go back to the actual dispensary since that first visit - everything is handled online and they deliver promptly. I have tried just about every other dispensary in the NY metro area (Sunnyside, Botanist, Curaleaf, Be/Citiva, MedMen) and Vireo has the best service, hands down, along with a good variety of products and reasonable prices. (They are also one of the few to carry the PharmaCannis Aqua vape which has a 2:1 ratio of THC:CBD, in case that is what you are looking for.) When you place a delivery order online, you can usually get delivery within 24-48 hours, and the delivery person sends texts to tell you when they are arriving. Pretty terrific service, and the drivers are always courteous and follow all CDC guidelines. Very happy with Vireo.

I went there the Flower is junk and the frist day i was standing waiting for the person behind counter to get off phone just playing with someone and the place looks like a illegal place selling drugs will never go there again u cant see inside like the other dispensaries

Would’ve given service 5 stars until this recent experience: Mistakenly bought a product that I didn’t order, or didn’t mean to order, not sure which. If it’s my mistake, fine, let me know. But that’s not what they do at Vireo. You’ll leave a couple of email and phone messages and after 48 hours they still WILL NOT have contacted you. Tell me to fuck off and that I’m shit out of luck, but tell me SOMETHING. 80 bucks is 80 bucks. Come on Vireo, call me. Moral: When you get something delivered from Vireo make sure you order the right thing or they will ghost you.

Vireo was nice and the employees informed me about everything and were more than helpful for a first time visit. For MMJ in NY their products are good and customer service is generous.

Reliable and prompt service.

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They, also, have delivery service. Many other dispensaries have open closer to my home, but I will not switch. More with the help with the support team at Vireo than my doctors, I was able to get off all of my pain meds in 6 months (75 mm fentanyl patch + four 7.5 mg. Percocet a day!!!!!).

I scheduled for a phone consultation with one of the pharmacists and they gave me stellar advice and recommendations for my symptoms. Currently using the vaporizer distillate starter pack and I’m finding that the Green is perfect for me. Will be trying the capsules and topicals later for direct pain relief! (:

I've been using Vireo for a couple of months now and would be lost without them. The next day delivery service is spot on. Extremely discrete and respectful. Vireo is professional and dependable. Recommend 100%!
