Very good service, however does not vary a very wide variety of strains. Very educated on strains and can give advice on where to find strains if your strain is not available.

I was not particularly impressed. I came in there about a week ago to the system down was told if I return I would get a discount cool. came back not only did I not get any sort of discount I feel I was only shown and told of the higher end expensive products. as a med patient was looking for deals on consentrates and looking for a new provider not only did I not achieve that they did not return my patient card so had to get a new one just to shop elsewhere total inconvenience.

I had been going here for years but after the way i was talked to yesterday, I will not be returning just due to the fact he wouldnt of said it if he wasnt behind a counter. He talked through be and said i was being disrespectful just for asking an employee on their way into the building if they were budtending today and that was the extent of the convo when she laughed and said no. And even after i said he had no right to speak to me in such a condescending tone he then defends himself and mocks me, I never want this individual to talk to me again in life nor to see his face again. I will say though the day before i walked out with a empty container after i paid for it, the manager hooked me up so I appreciated that but not the experience. Nonetheless ill be taking my business elsewhere. I’m not gonna think it was racial motivated but i doubt he would of blown a little circumstance up like this if he had any respect for me as a loyal customer for 4 yrs.

I love Verts! Staff is wonderful, buds are great, price dropped on prerolls. Comfortable environment. Only think I could complain about is the confusingness of call in order vs walk in. Sometimes I order online and watch 3-4 people that walked in get called back first. If I walk in then the preorder line goes faster. But over all I love this place. So many great Budtenders, Sarah has helped me out several times and I always leave happy with her recommendations. But she likes to chat about plants and random stuff. I really support their Women owned and support BLM, LGBTQIA+, it feels like a really super safe environment for me.

Today I went in just to see what Verts was all about, and I was very impressed to say the least! Not only were the staff members kind and courteous, but they were truly knowledgeable on their products. and more willing to help me out, than places I go to regularly!! I am a total pain in the butt, I have a lot of resources, and I only smoke the best concentrates, no shatter, kief, live resin and up, paying $75 a gram for what I like isn’t unusual. That said, I can drive a bud tender pretty crazy because I demand the best. I was accommodated today, and I think I might have even made a friend! Lol, then after finding me the stuff I wanted, they helped me out with the discounts I could use to save a few bucks! I will be coming back here again, for sure. In life, when u want a certain something, that is specific, u gotta ask for it, otherwise how will others know u want it? When asked the staff here went above and beyond, bravo. Special shout out to Dragon and the manager with the green beanie, who were most awesome and helpful!

I love Verts! Every single strain I’ve purchased has been exactly what I needed at the time and never once have I seen anyone being rude. I just read some of the negative reviews and they’re blowing my mind man! I have found the staff to be great!! Today, PJ hooked me up with some awesome weed. Funny thing, I want to go grab the two containers so I can say what they are but unfortunately, one of the strains is a kick-ass indica and we’ll, you know. now my legs are saying no way!Thanks PJ! You were spot on my man!!

I unfortunately live in Greeley Colorado and they do not sell cannabis in the city limits so therefore I have to go out of town at least 30 minutes to get Rec Cannabis Anyways I really wish you guys would change your menu when you’re supposed to change it now I just look at it you change your 10 minutes ago but yet you still got shit up on there that you just told us u don’t have...So other than it being a simple thing to do now we wasted a whole trip for Collins and then get what we are quite wanted

I would disagree with the poor reviews. Yes, they do employ young adults and I assume many are students since this place is just off campus. I'm in my mid 50s and I found the bud tenders to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! It was a little busy and could have had more counter space but the product was great as well as prices. My 1st visit but I'd definitely go back! BK

Highest prices, longest lines, and poor service. $160 bucks for little popcorn nugs is blasphemy.
