My favorite dispensary by far! Verts is a perfect balance of professional and laid back, just how a dispensary should be!

Rude staff of college kids who think they are cool because they sell wees. Worst customer service ever.

Used to be my favorite shop then they all of a sudden changed the rewards program. Went from 1000pt for 40% off entire order. Now it's 40% off a single item. Had that been the original reward I would never have worked towards the 1000 pts. Also find it quite amusing that less than a week after my negative review on Weedmaps they completely wiped their presence. Probably didn't like having the sub 4.0 review score. So I'll use my 40% off and never visit again. I can't get same quality for equivalent product at Natural Alternatives, and they weight it fat.

I love Verts. I used to live in downtown Fort Collins so I went to Organic Alternatives, but I started going to Verts at a friend's recommendation after moving to Loveland. The staff is always friendly and I'm constantly satisfied with their excellent customer service. The dispensary itself has a really intimate, cool vibe to it and it's a really comfortable place to shop. They have awesome member deals and daily deals, better than any of the dispensaries I've been to in Fort Collins, and the flower is great as well. Verts is definitely my favorite dispensary and I don't see myself going anywhere else any time soon. Highly recommend.

I dislike the way the manager Grant treated my roommate. I am standing up and defending my roommate for hearing that the manager spoke so rudely to him. Over nothing! This location is not in a good location and the management is the reason they aren’t getting more than one star. Someone needs to fire that manager named Grant, he doesn’t represent the spirit of kindness or goodness, he is a selfish money hungry worker of the devil. He has defiled the temple of pot of peace into the temple of himself, placing himself above everyone else. If this guy were an Indica he’d be called the Swamp creature, I hope I run into him again, he’ll have to set the record straight with me, Robert Hall, age 31.

Just bought a gram of live resin and found out that the container was leaking. Instead of helping out a costumer the staff instead blamed me for the faulty container. First and last time here.

Consistently the worst behaved staff in any service in the world. Unbearably rude and “know-it-all”. If they’re busy in the slightest, don’t expect to be waited on courteously or given the time of day. They want you out of there as fast as possible, so they can go hit their weed pens in the back room. Terrible popcorn quality bud, no discernible flavor or high. One star is generous.

It didn't take long for me to fall in love when this place. They are the only place I can find my favorite India strain anywhere but here and they grow it with expertise.you can tell by the quality, I mean it's amazing. The staff are more than pleasant to talk to and my dog was welcomed. Fantastical!

I always have a good experience because of the budtenders and the cannabis. They sell RSO and its so medicinal, my sleep has been more restful because it's it.

Good people good selection

I called and asked if they had any 710 flower available, since on Instagram they were listed as having been in the last for a drop. The guy that answered said that they would not be getting the drop till Monday. That they don't get drops on Saturday. I went in on Monday ( today) and they told me they were out that got the drop on Friday and sold out already. I get if your sold out but just be upfront about it. I drove in from out of town to be there when they opened to get flower only to find out I was lied to. All employees need to be well informed and if they don't know be honest!
