I used to shop Vertical everyday. Now I shop { Fresh Karma.} I stopped shopping Vertical when they decided to Raise all their prices. Now they want almost $20 for 1 gram of some Pre-rolls that's not even 20%. I might go back whenever they lower their prices and change their Rewards Program. $1 off your next order doesn't help much. { I can buy a Gram at Fresh Karma for the Same price Vertical sells .5 grams for.

The staff here is so nice and helpful. It's very fast and when they take you back someone comes right to you so you are standing there for more then a few seconds. I drive 40 minutes to come here because they are so nice.

Used to be a decent place as far as deals and the no tax was cool. I’ve been going since it opened, but man it’s getting worse and worse. I’ve noticed a new trend, i only dab rosin, I’ve been to many different dispensaries and let me tell you, they are up charging on some brands, some worse than others. I can drive to kc or Cameron and get better deals. No way 1g of rosin should be $79 plus tax, and I’ve seen 1g rosin go as high at 85. Ridiculous robbery for people who truly need it to medicate, won’t be back until prices are dropped and I’ll let people know the robbery going on here. They also won’t let you return a faulty product like some dispensaries in my experience Fresh karma in st joe sells rosin for $60/65/70 plus tax. They are getting greedy, I’d rather drive 2 hours away to get rosin than support the up charge, especially when the best concentrate deal you offer is 10% off. Save your money and go somewhere else or nothing will change

I love the look of the store. I was not impressed with their sales process. I didn’t have any confidence that the budtender really had any idea what he was talking about - either time I went. The selection was lacking - not many choices of pre-rolls and flower. The product I got was pretty ho-hum and dry. I would NOT recommend.
