This is the best dispensary in the entire state of Missouri and in the top 5 of any I have been in throughout the country. Excellent selection, helpful staff, and a vibe you can't find anywhere else, period. I went during their Grand Opening event, which was an eye-opener for me. How are other dispensaries not using this model? I called today because I wanted to go back but their hours said they were closed, and apparently after today they will be open 7 days a week. Now that they are open 7 days a week, this is my new home dispensary, and I live 30 minutes away.

People - I met the Store Manager, Desmond, on my first visit. He has continued to engage with me on subsequent visits. He always greets me with a smile and helpful attitude. He has introduced me to some really great new products. He is a great example for the other employees. Product - They carry a large assortment of brands and products, however, my favorite is the Vertical Brand strains that they grow in Missouri in a separate facility. Always fresh and powerful. Price - The Vertical Brand products are the best deals! Other products are priced competitively. They also run a daily deal for each day of the week. Overall, I love this dispensary with it's big tree in the middle of and it's warm and cozy atmosphere. I have had all wonderful shopping experiences so far.

The bud tenders there have no idea how the marijuana even tastes. They have no clue what earthy is. They just say whatever to try to get the sale. Most of the flower we have bought here tastes terrible.

I love the look of the store. I was not impressed with their sales process. I didn’t have any confidence that the budtender really had any idea what he was talking about - either time I went. The selection was lacking - not many choices of pre-rolls and flower. The product I got was pretty ho-hum and dry. I would NOT recommend.

Used to be a decent place as far as deals and the no tax was cool. I’ve been going since it opened, but man it’s getting worse and worse. I’ve noticed a new trend, i only dab rosin, I’ve been to many different dispensaries and let me tell you, they are up charging on some brands, some worse than others. I can drive to kc or Cameron and get better deals. No way 1g of rosin should be $79 plus tax, and I’ve seen 1g rosin go as high at 85. Ridiculous robbery for people who truly need it to medicate, won’t be back until prices are dropped and I’ll let people know the robbery going on here. They also won’t let you return a faulty product like some dispensaries in my experience Fresh karma in st joe sells rosin for $60/65/70 plus tax. They are getting greedy, I’d rather drive 2 hours away to get rosin than support the up charge, especially when the best concentrate deal you offer is 10% off. Save your money and go somewhere else or nothing will change

Vertical is the nicest and overall best dispensary I've ever been to. The Vertical brand of flower grown in Missouri is definitely fresher than other brands hands down. What I like is that they stock their "classic favorite" strains at deeply discounted prices. This is my go to store.

It was my 1st time there and let me tell you, my whole visit went AMAZING!! From when I walked in the door til i left the service was great!!! The employees we ALL so kind I got the pleasure of meeting John, Weston, and cashier initials KC all so sweet and took care of all my needs. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
