Every time I go in I am treated with respect and they are really good at explaining things in detail. I often place orders online and sometimes I do not know what things are. When I call to ask questions (that to me sound stupid) they answer them sincerely without judgement. I do not feel embarrassed asking questions now. They also offer great alternatives when they do not have what I am looking for. Great people, great selections.

im a rec user. putting aside all the current issues caused by legalization of rec, such as long lines/waiting, frequent menu changes and general disoder, this was a great experience overall. I see med card holders saying they have to wait in line when in fact they dont. i waited a total of 11 hours over two days to finally get some. med card ppl were always brought to the front of the line and given preferential treatment, as they should.

The employees at Verilife in Romeoville are kind and knowledgeable and will happily answer all of your questions. You can tell they really care about what they are doing and when you go in, it's all about you! Prices are decent and there are discounts and sales you can take advantage of. The dispensary is easy to get to, has enough parking and is very nice and clean inside.

A separate entrance from the parking lot to the building needs to be added for medical patients.

They’re always accommodating I have a lung problem and can’t go in unless there’s no one there and they always take such good care of me

I have tried other dispensaries and I keep coming back to this one. The staff still remembers me after I tried another place for about 4 months. I love the fact they are so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I love their Cannapoints, the more you spend of course the more you can get discounted off at a later time. Their menu keeps getting better and better every time I look at it. Definitely staying at this dispensary. Thank you MCC for all your great work.

What did I dislike? NOTHING. if you complain about Midwest compassion center it’s because you are either illogical with medical dispensaries. I absolutely love coming here! Some of the best and most knowledge staff that are always excited and happy to help. Most positive vibes and always great deals! Amazing menu and amazing online ordering. Couldn’t be any simpler. Thank you Midwest compassion for taking care of your patients like family.

The customer service is world class. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They make the experience comfortable and easy regardless of your experience and knowledge. They go above and beyond every time to make sure that everyone is getting the most out of their treatment.

Nice quiet very helpful it’s a little small place but I find it not overwhelming. I recently went back to MCC and very glad I did the people there are very nice so helpful don’t rush you out. They really try to help with with my ailments. The variety of products keeps increasing which is great.Thanks again Tom and Mich for all your help and smiles. They also have a great online ordering system so if you’re ever in a hurry your order will be there waiting for you

Not once have I looked for another dispensary since receiving my cannabis card and selecting MCC. Every visit is smooth, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Giant variety of products, killer website. I will be re-newing my cannabis card soon and selecting MCC again.

The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. They carry a great variety of products and carry many different strains of flowers. Their array of accessories is also estensive. I'm always a satisfied customer.
