This location still is locked down while almost every other dispensary in the state has opened its doors. They claim you can request what ever you want so they write it down but never get it but several non pharmacannis dispensaries will take preorders. They claim the growers decide where their product goes not them and they have no choice in the matter but that was after the store manager told me straight to my face the first time I came he orders the product then later changed his answer after his racist black assistant manager got pissy cause we dont agree and I pointed out his knowledge on history is majorly flawed, missing major facts, and racist so now he pretends I'm not even there and wont acknowledge I even exsist. And when I started there there was no perk or something special for joining but everytime he brings new colored people in he ends up giving them a box full of stuff, shirts, samples, and much more from what I seen between $150 - $200 worth. As far as the other employees, one chick is always pissy and needs to remove the "stick" cause she think she knows it all. One dude is short tempered. And Most of them actually dont know anything about the product cause they dont buy from there and if they do its concentrate unless it was givin for free. Well heres the thing this location has the least amount of product especially when compared to the other pharmacannis locations and never bother getting the affordable things people like, instead the only choice is over priced and not worth it flower or over priced concentrate while other places have prerolls, shake, and popcorn flower that's affordable but still over priced for the quality. It's over priced mid grade flower. Only reason I went back is cause I like only ONE of their employees he the only one that will shake your hand and make you feel welcome and happy to be there and it's closer to home. Driving long distance in the winter is a stupid risk to take if you dont have to. I have now been to two pharmacannis dispensary and it's the same in both pissy people with their noses and big heads pointed up in the air and each only has two people I like but that's it. And no low income program like dispensary 33. Apparently they are not loaded enough yet but places like 33 get the donations and funding by the growers that these ones claim make all the Choices and the growers say all the choices are on the dispensarys. Point is if not for winter and snow I wouldnt have returned to any pharmacannis. Oh also their online menu is inaccurate they only put up stuff they have large supply of. So everytime I come in I have to ask If they have prerolls cause it's never on the menu they refuse to list prerolls. so how can you preorder what they are stashing on the side??? Oh also there selections suck. You want concentrate or cartridges go to morris they have almost a hundred flavors to choose from Addison normally has the largest flower assortment like 50 different buds. So save your self time and money and get more options cause these people dont have it and get very mad if you suggest they look into it. I'm only giving two stars on service cause of the two I like that work there or I'd give them a one star. I just hope i dont get shit on for telling the truth about these people. I been back there for two weeks and i already cant wait to transfer to a different dispensary, that's pretty bad.
Long time Patient, first time reviewer. I have been a patient at this location for almost 3 years now, and I just read the reviews today. Most seem accurate and the obvious one where the guy goes on and on and his personal feelings was just completely off. Which leads me to my review.
The "racist black guy ", (insert eyeroll) Happens to be the first person I met at this dispensary, he sat me down explained how being a new patient worked, actually he educated me. I had lots of questions and he answered them all, didn't make me feel dumb and saw that I had anxiety over the whole process and he took his time, which I appreciated. There is nothing worse than being new to something and the person in charge of helping you is rushing and has lack of understanding. He isn't that person at all. As a matter of fact when ever I go in he always takes the time to say hi to me, and I love that, there is nothing like feeling welcomed in a place of business .
The rest of the staff is great, there have been lots of new people who have come aboard in the last few months and I haven't met one who has been rude to me at all. Everyone greets me by name, (those who have been there long enough)
and they even remember what I prefer to order. The place is very clean, love the music selection and they even put out a "Muchie Table" with free drinks and snacks Im talking about Cheetos and cookies ! Another example of thoughtfulness from them.
The moral of my review is that you can't please everybody and there is always two points of view, I just hope that you see my review before you see the negative one.

As always, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve never had a negative experience at the North Aurora Verilife. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for “Atmosphere”’is because it’s still a little hectic trying to accommodate all the new recreational users. I’d highly recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

smooth line process. slight condescension from medical to regular patients. nice product.

employees very helpful
It takes a long time to get waited on. I’m a medical patient and there’s always only one register open so it doesn’t make sense to me that the medical patients that need it for pain management and other things have to wait longer than the recreational use people. Also there’s not a large variety for medical use. I would like to see if we order online we should be able to just go in and pick it up not have to wait 25 minutes while all the recreational users get waited on in and out and I would like to see more products for exampleThe chill pills the pain bomb in the pain pills are rarely in stock. However the staff is absolutely wonderful they’re friendly they’re helpful they are apologetic for having to wait
I also like that you kept some hours just for medical patients. Thank you.

The guy that was standing by the line was super helpful but once inside you were rushed and they were not very friendly

atmosphere changed here when it went recreational ..feels more like Walmart then a place of healing
Everything was fine minus the incredibly long medical line
Like it because it is close to home. People are always helpful but they have limited supplies of things.
I liked everything about my experience I’ve been a patient there and I will continue to be a patient there. Everybody is so pleasant
Everyone here is nice an very helpful. I’m very disappointed with the prices going up and not a large variety of flower. Also you don’t have weekly specials or sales anymore either . Things have changed since the recreational opened up.I haven’t been to any other dispensary so I can’t really compare and give an opinion.
I live closer to another dispensary but this one is wayyyyy better. Everyone is nice and they don't make you feel anxious/weird.
I am filled with much gratitude to those who work in the field and especially at this location. The North Aurora office is in a good spot, easy in & out, for those of us who live in the surrounding area. The staff is Awesome! They're friendly, professional, kind, understanding, helpful, and very informed on the products. The environment inside the Verilife office is bright, open, and casually inviting. They have a great selection of music lightly playing in the background which helps to add to the enjoyable experience. There's Cannabis information they provide on a flat screen TV, several magazines, and menu binders to view while waiting.
They offer great Discounts & Sales in weekly emails, the gracious discount to those on Disability, and then the Belly Rewards program for even more discount/coupons. So helpful!
Now with the ability to order online through Leafly - whoa- just kicked it up a notch on ease & quickness! Less time waiting especially when it's a busy day.
Fantastic experience all around each time I come to the location!
Again, much appreciation to the staff 💗
I’m still waiting on my order! They take too many recreational people before medical patients!
Staff here are wonderful at their jobs. The are kind and knowledgeable. This dispensary has reasonable prices, reward point system and discounts for seniors that do not compare to other dispensaries in the area.

I've been going here for quite some time, and a lot has changed!! I'm not in there a ton and have short breaks in my visits. My last visit was like starting all over again.....my anxiety went up when I didn't see any familiar faces....I'm not big on change! I also do a lot of research, and ask a ton of questions about products. I feel like I'm an inconvenience to them because it seems no matter the time or day I go it gets super busy!!! I was way more comfortable before when I knew the faces and people a little better. It would be nice if PharmaCannis would send updates on changes within a location of management and staff, so you could know a little bit more about the people that you're working with!!! That would've made me feel more comfortable when I went in.....I felt more at home with people before, and now it's just different everytime I go.....I wish I could go more often, and then maybe I wouldn't have anxiety about it!! I just can't afford to go on a more regular basis because of the distance that I travel, and my disability income. Overall, I love PharmaCannis, and continue to travel farther to go there all because of the Quality of products, selection of high CBD products, and LOYALTY to the location that got me started on a journey to bettering my health!!

I was told it was 3 and a half hour wait by the cop working out front. I had a timer going and it was 35 mins outside and 1.5 Hours inside. I clearly wrote down and circled what I wanted and was given something else with out being told it was a sub or that the original product I wanted was out of stock. No they couldn’t change it which was frustrating but the quality of the buds is phenomenal. I’ll give them the benefit of being super busy for the confusion but I will be back!

I placed an online order, arrived to the store and waited over 20mins. Meanwhile, recreational customers were coming in and out. Not one person came to check on me while I waited in their medical waiting room. Unfortunately, I had to go without my meds, when I told front desk I was in a hurry she gave me back my ID’s and sent me on my way without checking to see if my stuff was ready. Extremely disappointed.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful! It's so welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. I HIGHly recommend this shop!

I've been a cancer patient for a 1 year. I've gone through a variety of chemotherapy cycles and currently going through clinical trail. Easily accessible and has a very experienced staff. Went through any current rules and regulations. Friendly staff with extensive knowledge in their selection of medicinal cannabis.
