Everyone complaining and giving 1 star reviews about The wait on Jan. 1 are morons. They were soooo helpful and really seemed to care about getting you exactly what you wanted. I'll be back again... and again... and again
This place is full of lies and the staff act like they dont know shit so I pay for a license for what never have anything.dump of a place staff dont k ow shit...
As a medical patient I have spent a lot of money to finally find the rightkind of meds that work for me...Then when I finally did last month you have now run out of both...Is there any way you can get more. .. Windy City Chocolate bars....And The Brownie Pops from Shelby County Services....I've waited 2 weeks for some more to come in and nothing...I just don't understand why you can not keep these 2 popular items in stock.....Please. Help
Been a med patient for over two years and the staff here is top notch helping figure out what works best for each person. They are amazing!
I loved this place before recreational came to IL. Medical used to be prioritized but that is definitely not the case anymore. I waited for 45 minutes for an online preorder while several rec customers came in and out quickly. If you mention it, you’ll get any number of explanations as to why depending on who you ask. I heard 3 different excuses given to 3 different patients while I was there. Very disappointing. I can’t wait until more dispensaries are allowed to open around here. This place has clearly decided they prefer recreational business.
This location use to be 5 stars, very friendly and help the medical patients but now it’s like we come 2nd 😭

Service was fast and informative. Dealing with the rush of people was handled as best as can be excepted. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my go to spot.
Great service I wish there was more medical products available ie. RSO and edibles for those of us who can't smoke
They run out of Revolution and Aeriz all the time, the rest of what they carry is mainly junk.
Medical computer goes out often, I wait an hour and for my inconvenience they give me nothings.
I can’t wait to shop at their competition.
Why they raise the price on medical veranos ?? That was recreational price now its been like that for 2 months and u guys wanna leave it on 65 like no one will notice but every other dispensary is 60?? Number 1 fail for me wont get me for 65 ..
I’m medical and I am always wasting at least 1 hour waiting in line
During these times, it is absolutely appalling the lack of courtesy you are displaying to your medical patients by not implementing stricter rules to protect their health. Many medical patients have underlying conditions and I saw every single medical patient wearing a mask at my most recent visit. The employees however did not have masks, nor were the recreational customers I had to walk past without 6 foot clearance enter the facility. This shows a blatant disregard for the health and safety of others. Also, despite the governor’s recent mandate, you have also chosen not to take advantage and offer curbside or even scheduled pickup for your medical patients. There has been a general decline in service in general since recreational sales began, but this blatant neglect to protect the safety of your loyal medical patients is just unacceptable in my eyes. I unfortunately had to reach out to and feel I must switch to a dispensary that is offering safer curbside pickup. I could not in good conscience recommend this dispensary to any medical patient during the current pandemic.
As a medical patient, I was very disappointed to watch recreational customers breeze in and out with their purchases while I waited. And waited. And waited some more. There were so many recreational customers who arrived after me, but they and many others after them were serviced quickly while I waited. I placed my order online and got a text telling me my order was ready for pickup. And yet I waited...It doesn’t make any sense how recreational sales were prioritized over medical patients. So it’s quick and efficient for recreational users, but actual medical patients are forced to wait a long time. Very disappointing.
Horrible for medical patients. During this pandemic they make us wait extremely long times while recreational is hurried through. A lot of medical marijuana patients have compromised immunity to begin with... it's horrible that they are exposing us longer to the public than the recreational customers are. B4 it was recreational they had at least 4 stations to check you out... now only 1 for medical. Ridiculous. changing dispensaries

Never have the same items twice, nobody seems to know what products do or what is equivalent to what. Seems rushed.
Ever since recreational was legalized, this dispensary went from being a pleasure to a pain. I feel like I'm at McDonald's! The rec users seem to think they own the place now. Service for medical patients is nowhere near what it used to be. I will definitely be switching to a different dispensary.
The selection of edibles is poor. Before recreational, there were many more options.
This location had already suffered a general decline with the introduction of recreational cannabis. Terribly conceived layout, and in light of the current pandemic, they’ve instituted moronic spacing requirements, including in the tiny medical Cannabis waiting room where potentially immunosuppressed patients are told to remain 6 feet apart. I’d rather wait in the rotunda or outside until you’re actually ready for me. Send a text, person comes in and straight to the counter and completes the transaction. Fucking duh.
Checked to see what was available this morning. Absolutely nothing. I guess when you have a total of only 42 products on the menu and nothing was available for pickup in my search you ain’t got shit. And are prices creeping up again?
Considering the competition shows over 300 items with over 100 items in my search I Just can’t continue to support this Verilife location anymore. I’ve already transferred to a new dispensary.
Let me know if you ever become a real dispensary offering consistent quality products and medically focused service.
Bye.
