Med patient here, always had good service and the staff is very friendly. Yes there are occasional waits but that’s how it’s going to be for a while until more storefronts open up. Happy to have this as my neighborhood spot.
I like that they streamlined the pickup program for medical patients. I drove 1 1/2 hours, then was in and out in 15 minutes. Friendly and professional staff.
I like the courteous staff, the music, the no fuss. Only one issue. The young lady who works there should really consider wearing pants that do t show off her crotch and rear. She’s well groomed but work isn’t the place for that attire.
They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Been going here for at least 4 years and have never had a problem. They are respectful and understanding and do not rush you. Even with the New Year and new laws they treat medical patients first and foremost. I am very thankful for that!! Keep it up!!
As I have been a patient at this location since it started!!! I do online pick up orders frequently and today I got my order confirmed.. With in five mins I was told that they was short one of my products.. I DO NOT know how this would happen as I was told that if they was under 3 items it wouldn’t be listed for a online purchase!!! So if I ordered three how did I only get two?!? Someone else got my order !!!
Out of all the dispensaries I've been too, this one feels the most like a medical facility. They have a waiting room and you sit down at a desk to make your order and discuss products.
Versus other places that feel more like a gas station with a clerk behind a counter.
I would like to take a moment and write a honest review. Let me start by telling you when I first went there I stopped by to ask questions about obtaining a medical card. Everyone I encountered were very professional and friendly. They walked me through the whole process. Once I was good and able to purchase they took time to explain everything from legal aspects of the program to recommendations of the products. I'm always acknowledged when I arrive and leave the facility. They have a wide selection of cannibis. They do run out of certain items just like other places but they are quick to restock fast. I recommend this place👍👍
The staff here are always friendly and fun. For medical, during non-rec hours things are pretty quick. Ordering on leafly when items are available for pickup helps too. They are still getting really heavy rec business and wait times for medical during rec hours tend to be pretty high. It'll be fun to see how things change as we continue the first year of legal weed :)
Medical patient here and your parking lot closed off the way it is....so dangerous why don't you have an opening for in and out like you used to do? One lane in and the same lane for out is just lazy.
Went about 430 on a Saturday and was in and out in 1 hour. Cost was comparable to other dispensaries, choice was far superior to other dispensaries, and overall experience was smooth overall. Will gladly drive 40+ again to go back.
