The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It’s great to get first-hand information on different strains effects etc. From my experience, the facility runs professionally with the safety of both staff and consumers in mind.
Medical patient with two visits now. I was pleased with both experiences. Solid selection. Easy to find. Good help. I’ve been to probably 5 dispensary’s so far and you expect growing pains. It looks like this place has its stuff together. Only problem is the hours. Hopefully they can find help like everyone else.
I'll start at the beginning...we pulled into the parking lot and were stopped by the security guard. Without bothering to put down his phone or end his call he proceeded to give me and my 84 year old grandmother attitude because we were new to Verilife's "arrangements", if you will. We drove the mile back to the shuttle, and were screened by a couple of friendly employees in a muddy tent surrounded by their lunch garbage. It seemed super unprofessional. After being driven back to the shop, we waited in line outside for a quick minute before being allowed in. They're pretty organized and know how to keep the line rolling. Overall I found the selection to be poor, and the tender could barely answer questions. I've been a rec customer in WA for 2+ years and made the mistake of thinking that this would be similar. This is NOT the case. People deserve quality product, decent selection, knowledgeable tenders, and accessibility most of all. On our way out to the return shuttle my (hot ticket) grandmother commented "Jesus they treat you like a friggin' criminal, don't they?"

I ordered online and waited for three hours in front. Received a text message that said the order was being prepared And then when I tracked the order it said it was canceled!!
This place deletes negative reviews. How then can we have honest feedback on this place?! We can't. They control the review process and do not allow anything negative to be voiced. What is the point of reviews if they can delete the ones they don't like. Beyond lame, and shady to boot!
Having nothing to compare it to I may review better, but I go to a dispensary in Fall River that blows this one out of the water in terms of service and atmosphere. The customer service at this place was great by a select few, and pretty awful by another few. I think the pickup orders should be ready when you get there that's what pre order is for , i thought anyway, here when you pre order , they fill it in front of you , it's not ready when you arrive, it should be. This wouldve made the process less complicated im sure.
Would not recommend. Went here for the first time last night and was very disappointed. Door man was RUDE and it felt so rushed in the store, felt like staff just wanted to get you out the door without giving customer service. Extremely pale in comparison to other dispensaries.
Two different strands we ordered ahead of time and were confirmed. Then when we arrived they replaced one of the orders with brown crap weed. Place is a rip-off, can’t wait for real dispensaries to open
I went on opening day and was very pleased. The wait for the shuttle was less than 30mins. I placed my order on the app and it was completed before arriving. Dog Walkers product was perfect! I would absolutely refer this to any of my friends and will be a returning customer!
Leafly they are using your name to get us in the front of the line for reserve and quick in and out. I waited in line for 45 min. Someone needs to do something about this.
Completely overpriced and not equipped to handle customers. Wait times are ridiculous and parking sucks. Brockton and Fall River are much better. Add more registers and staff.
14 different types of flower and 11 different pre rolls on medical side Jan. 16th 6 types of flower and no pre rolls on adult side..Whats up with that? We all know that u make ur money on the adult side so why r u driving ur adult users away? the only thing u have going is ur location, so why are you sending us adult smokers elsewhere?
Pickup took way too long. Will not shop here again, there are plenty of other places to go and every single one of them will have pickup customers in and out in 2 minutes flat.
