I have sent several emails to the website for an appointment with (no) response! In regards to getting an appointment to make an adult recreational purchase. I had to call last week (Verilife Wareham Ma.) to make an appointment, upon my arrival & after speaking to a representative prior there was no record of my appointment. I am & have been a loyal customer, I completely understand the chaos in regards to what’s currently happening in our world, however business is business & I have been a loyal paying customer. Lastly I sent emails to Verilife Wareham in regards to an appointment for tomorrow 6/9 earlier this afternoon & once again (no response) is my money or dedication to this establishment not important?

Small place was in and out quickly didn’t really get to look around much but I knew what I wanted so with that said... I bought the preroll and seemed very dry must of been rolled months ago but it was still very good

The flower is not house brand so the quality is mixed. Customer service is sometimes good sometimes not. Isn't the best place around but is convenient.
Been coming here since the opening of recreational. It’s about 3 miles away so super convenient! They have good selection. Prices are pretty high. Hopefully this will change? If your coming from a major legal state such as CA, you’ll probably be disappointed in the lack of selection of prices. Example: with Eaze.com you can get a .5 vape cart for $15!!! Anything similar to Verilife? Nope! People are really nice here. Wish they had delivery for recreational not just medical. Chow!

Poor customer service. Desk person had an attitude. Not helpful. Spend your money elsewhere.. prices weren't great either. Won't be going back.

An absolute problem with there web site. Your request are usually denied. The bi- product lines are minimal of the effect of total satisfaction. If you feel FORCED to make several purchases to make-up for the lack of whatever one product fails to produce ( per strain ) it’s because the end result is found in the most expensive of the vape-line of which it was used in. The flower is missing tri-comes, the wax is missing flower, the shatter is missing the wax; etc; etc…

Budtenders are super knowledgeable about their products. Only tough part is its small inside but in a beautiful historic home. They could use a new building with more parking and allow the workers more space to utilize their product knowledge further by selling that knowledge on to customers upselling more products as it would give budtenders more time with customers. When there is 5 customers it seems as it gets crowded inside. This makes customers tend to hurry up.
