So this was our 1st time in a dispensary. We ordered online which was really great. We got a text saying they received the order and another text when it was ready. The order was ready in 15 min. It was quick and efficient. The people were nice and knowledgeable. We came 10 min before they closed so their outside security guards were gone when we left. As we were walking back to our car, a guy who was not able to get in because They closed at 9pm, came up to us in his car asking us to “help him out” We told him no we can’t help him and we kept walking. I was a bit scared because this guy followed us in his car. Once we were in our car -we headed to the speedway ( next to where you have to park) and that same guy was there harassing us. He didn’t seem right. I drove away and we went elsewhere to get lighters and drinks. It would have been nice if outside security stayed until the last patron left to ensure our safety. There really should be a light post or some sort of light where you have to park because it was very dark. Having that creepy guy following us was worse because the parking lot was pitch black. Anyway I guess this won’t be an issue starting 5/25 because when you order online you can drive up to the door and someone will bring out your order. I think I’ll feel safer next time once this option is in place or I’ll go when it’s light outside.
Budtenders are super knowledgeable about their products. Only tough part is its small inside but in a beautiful historic home. They could use a new building with more parking and allow the workers more space to utilize their product knowledge further by selling that knowledge on to customers upselling more products as it would give budtenders more time with customers. When there is 5 customers it seems as it gets crowded inside. This makes customers tend to hurry up.
The wait for the line was short, while I was waiting in line I told a few customers about the Brownie Scout and recommend it, turns out they bought it. The staff was amazing and friendly, would definitely recommend coming back and will be back very soon
Everyone is always super sweet! They go over your orders several times and are super methodical with their service. Very knowledgeable and excited about the products(as they should be). I love the Peanut Butter Buddha Bars! Cash or debit card, but with your card they charge an ATM fee.
great place..but the staff can be more knowledgeable about what they sell some do not know the difference between cbc and thc other then that Awsome place
Everyone is he great but parking is Not realistic. Some of the customers come for aches and pains and are subject to parking as far as several hundreds of yard down the street. Please work on this.
