Without many dispensaries to choose from - I'd say this location is above average in the friendliness and efficiency. It's super clean. I like to smoke cones and haven't seen any available yet.
All in all - so happy to have Verilife open and very satisfied with the product I've purchased so far.
Very pleasant experience. I ordered on leafly prior to arrival, very fast in and out. Minimum wait time on a Saturday (potentially due to inclement weather and rain).
I order online and was texed not more than 20 minutes later that my order was ready for pick-up. Today it was as usual, at Verilife in Wareham, which was perfect. there was a line but it moved quickly. My order was ready and the entire process was possible 10 minutes!
The staff is kind and understanding, as someone who has not really used cannabis beforehand. I have never smoked it, and I only use edibles. This staff is knowledgeable and extremely respectful and does not make me feel like a nerd, nor do they not make me feel like a pothead when I am using for pain relief only. I live 45 minutes away and could go somewhere closer, but I go to Wareham because they are great!
Employees are super nice and I always feel welcomed. I spend a good amount of money here per week, but I've finally had it with the flower selection. Won't be coming back until the selection improves.
Bought one pre roll was on the expensive side I paid it anyway because the usual dispensary I buy from was closed….. only to find out later that the pre roll in the container was torn in half…… very disappointing especially for the money I paid…. Also it was packaged in a huge bag not eco friendly at all and the staff said they had too… outside the dispensary is littered with big empty bags that are so unnecessary brought it up to the staff and was told “ to complain and leave a review online “ overall disappointed in my experience
Impressive how smoothly run this operation was today. Especially considering it was just day two. Kelly greeted us as we got in line to register, answered all our questions with a smile, and even gave us a big warm hug on our way out. We pulled into the parking lot around 4:45...And pulled out around 5:30. Registration, shuttle out, dispensary, shuttle back... 45 minutes start to finish.
I previously left a "meh' review of Verilife, and feel the need to update. My not-so-good review last time was due to my pre-order being wrongly filled (I got half of everything I ordered). This time, I was prepared and double checked before buying. Like last time, parts of my order were missing. I think the "blame" lies in the transfer of the order between Leafly and the dispensary. My order was not delivered correctly once again, but this time I carefully went over it and the awesome Travis who assisted me was happy to make the counts right. So... five stars this time. The product is excellent, and the staff is quite knowledgable. This is a very busy location, but they wish you in if you're a medical patient. Definitely now a top dispensary for me, just double-check those Leafy pre-orders and you will be happy.
I have come here a few times and Kathy is one of your best employees. She was so empathic and helpful. She always points out items which are suitable for my needs . Hopefully others will learn from her and one day she will move up .
Absolutely awful customer experience. Ordered via Leafly. Went to pick up. Was sent to a separate leafly line. They would then let 5 non leafly customers in followed by two Leafly. Meaning that even though I was 12th in the Leafly line 65 non leafly customers got in before me. It also took me 55 minutes total to get in and pick up my purchase. Not only that but manager came to Leafly line and told us Leafly is not for convenience or ease of access but merely to guarantee your purchase which simply is not true. Came off totally unprepared, unprofessional, and unorganized. I will never use Leafly to order from Verilife ever again. Buyer beware.
I really like this location I am here a lot the only problem is sometimes when I order my Leafly order I have to wait in line but I'm told by others that you get right ahead I'm confused as to why this isn't always the case the only problem I see is consistency besides that I love the product and I love the atmosphere the people are always kind...
