Worst dispensary in arizona, they leave you waiting on the for a half hour plus everytime then they lie to you, Go to Pondarosa releaf instead with the trip

very unhelpful staff, I would ask a question only to have the budtender ignore it and tell me what he thought was better, the prices are way over priced for a bland and honestly not good bud. the only good thing about this place was the music selection.

WACK! Whenever your card expires they don’t let you do online orders. They make you physically go and wait in line to update your card even if there isn’t a lapse. Big inconvenience. Other shops do not do this to you.

I was a first time patient this past Sunday and my experience didn'tstart out too well. The first time patient special is buy one get one free anything in the store, which is absolutely amazing. I purchased a 1000 mg cartridge and was supposed to receive a second 1000 mg cartridge for free. I live about 17 miles from the dispensary and when I got home I noticed that I received two 500 mg cartridges instead of the 1000 mg. I was extremely bummed and called the store, was told come back in whenever and they'll make it right. I went back in the following day and after a rocky initial interaction with the GM, Jon, he came thru in the clutch. I received the 1000 mg cartridge and he went even further than that. He comped me a shatter cone and something rolled in a palm leaf that was pretty damn good. I thought the shatter cone was a little better but obviously burned more quickly. I was extremely happy with those items. The PURA pure oil that they have is also top-quality. Could work on the taste just a little bit. Good stuff, good times. The GM Jon at Urban Greenhouse is a class act and I very much appreciate his outstanding customer service and patience with me. Everyone should stop there and check them out. You'll be happy

A guy in the parking lot pulled out a gun and was waving it around, pointing it at people and cars. On top of that, we got a bogo on Leafly for some edibles, but when we came in the clerk told us they didn’t have that deal, and got her supervisor, who then offered us $5 off our order. We accepted, but he never added the discount. On top of having our lives threatened they didn’t even want to honor their own deals. What a joke.

BEWARE this dispensary at ALL cost! Placed an order for a promotion being advertised on their own website for Medical Patient First Time Discounts - Buy One Get One and the employee wouldn’t honor it even though I showed them the promotion online. Asked for the manager, Carla, and she was extremely dismissive and disingenuous. Was told that because I visited the dispensary on a day where they had a BOGO for recreational customers that I forfeited my Medical Patient Promotion. When I told them that wasn’t right, another employee started getting hostile and aggressive with me, telling me to, “take my negativity elsewhere!” Will not be returning back to this establishment as their customer service is complete trash.

Website encourages patients to place orders online. It’s been almost 3 hours and no text to even confirm order. Stuff happens and I’m assuming it was super busy. I called to ask what the status was (hey who knows? Maybe there was a mix up?) before I could even finish the sentence the guy that answered the phone said “you know what, we’re busy we’re super and short staffed, just come in” and disconnected the call. Super rude! I understand when it’s stressful and busy it’s not easy to stay friendly but as a customer it is not my fault and I’m just trying to make things easier in the first place by placing the order. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the store and products but if staff is going to react like that to a simple inquiry I’d rather find somewhere else.

This place is awesome! I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dispensary because of the staff, quality medicine and great deals.

Let me start by saying that Urban Greenhouse is one of the best dispensaries that I have been to in Arizona. I can't count how many times I've been to a dispensary and been disappointed by the meds so much to where I walked out without even getting anything. I went with a free gram of the Sour Diesel and the DOGO Rug Burn OG. Sour Diesel has always been one of my favorite strains and I consider it to be one of my "go-to's". I love the cerebral high that I got out of your dispensary's Sour Diesel. I rolled up a joint of it and was ready to carry on my daily activities. It definitely had the distinct smell and characteristics that usually come along with Sour Diesel. It also burned PERFECTLY, which probably means you guys cured it perfectly. I also can't count how many times I've gone to dispensaries that have good looking bud, but they obviously weren't cured right, which is the most important step in the manufacturing process. After the Sour Diesel, I decided to smoke some of the Rugburn OG that I purchased. To my knowledge, Rugburn OG is a cross between the strains Rare Dankness and Ghost OG. I could definitely see some of the Ghost OG characteristics in both the bud and effects. The Rugburn OG had that EXTREMELY distinct smell of an OG strain. Another thing some of your competitors like to do is claim that it's an OG strain when it obviously has no hints of being an OG strain. You guys are spot on with your strains and as someone who has knowledge over many different strains, it is much appreciated. The Rugburn OG was a perfect indica dominant hybrid, just as i expected it would be. It was perfect for when i wanted to go to bed and unwind for the day. It gave a great body high that helped make my troubled back feel better.

I'm a old timer smoker and going to a az state dispensery was very intimidating for me but I was greeted by a very friendly face Ashley I think then I was taken care of by Michelle she was very informative and spot on saved me some money bye knowing specials and got me some killer smoke so keep up the great work and pass pass give

I got 3 prerolls, just wish they weren't so loose. The product is always great! please have Grams for all strains. That's my only request. Otherwise this place is in my Top 3 dispensaries to go to. ☆Keep up the great work☆

First of Megan the bud tender I had was rude from the first moment I stepped op to the counter had an attitude about any question I had to know about the products and made me feel very uncomfortable to purchase anything. Very disappointed

I'm disappointed that they don't have any medical patient deals anymore, since recreational started.

Would not recommend to anyone at all save your money for a real dispensary what a horrible 1st time patient experience, staff is not knowledgeable about quality on vapes or concentrates will not ever send money or even go to this dispensary again

Do not shop at Harvest dispensaries. Boycott this place and every other harvest dispensary from now on. My friend group and I will never go to another Harvest. Terrible customer service. I was just told by a manager that she drives from Chandler to get here and that my drive shouldn't matter. After denying me my BOGO because they have been bought out by Harvest. Vote with your dollar. Let's not continue to support huge corporate greed.

Stop wasting your time going to this dispensary and start going to Territory. BOGO’s always. That’s all they are good at.

🚨🚨🚨🚨don’t buy the shatter I have been a regular for years. I went in last week after purchasing 5 for 88 for three shattered that was crumble the product is Not worth the money. I placed an online order and saw the display of the shatter. I saw the quality was shitty asked to switch they refused. I called the store they said that it depends on the manager if it was her she would switch it. WOW inconsistency like it’s the luck of the drawl. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WONT CARE IF THERE PRODUCT IS SHITTY THEY JUST LOST TWO CUSTOMERS
