Place is a joke, 10 budtenders 1 guy taking money. Maybe when you have a bogo have product, if your sold out by 2 you didn’t order right. Wait in line for 30 mins to tell me they out. No one working here is wearing a mask - in a pandemic - we’ve been up 120% in cases the last week and you’re a medical supplier what are you thinking. Some of us are immuno compromised on top of the virus and it is hella inconsiderate to not care about your customers , not coming back until you figure it out

I hate the location, terrible traffic, very low class and dangerous area. Now, your prices are too high and you don’t list THC numbers on flowers. Now I must drive from Tempe to Glendale for Quality and price 150 per ounce Everyday vs 180.00 that’s a 120.00 savings per month. Saving myself 1,440.00 per year.

I was not very happy with the customer service of the people that work there and of the fact you guys were out of almost every choice I wanted till I settled. However, I got home and opened my meds and seen the most amazing huge nug and it was bomb. So the flower is great, just need to work on people skills especially when your out of most of everything your offering still but out.

(Imagine making multiple accounts on Leafly to dox🤡) So this was my second time coming here, picked up the Item 9 Labs pods that were on sale for BOGO 50% off, AND was able to use my $10 off over $50+ on 2nd visit with the deal. 2 pods for $70🤯 First time patient deal is BOGO up to a certain limit. I picked up 2 GrowScience Live Rosin carts for $55, fat deal. I would RECOMMMENF using BOGO FTP ON SHIT YOU WOULDN’T NORMALLY BUY. Maybe try some expensive you know. As for the location, I lowkey love the urban look. Even though it’s in the ghetto, you forget when you’re inside. Security guards, keyed entrances, cameras, very secure and safe. Reason why all 5 stars though is because no where else has deals on those pods, also it smells fire whenever I walk in. It’s a nice ass property. And they are quick with it, and friendly. If you still buying some booty dog shit low tier $20 Eighths in 2020, thinking it’s fire, get the fuck outta here. Might as well smoke that Reggie, you get more for your money.

First time patient and the service and atmosphere was amazing, plus people are friendly and the meds taste, smell, look, & feel great. definitely wanna come back and amazing deals I got too.

this place has changed for the worst the staff use to be fun and happy to there now you can tell that They are not happy and it shows from the moment you walk into the door. I will not be coming back Danielle was rude and the rest of the staff do not make you feel welcome. I will not be coming here anymore this place sucks thanks management

I’m pretty angry at this location after visiting last night. I spent quite a bit of money on Flower since it was time for me to re-up. I was in the area so I thought it’d be easy. My first selection I already knew I needed a straight Indica, then a straight Sativa. Well their jars are Mislabeled! I spent all this money and when I got home - 7 miles away, they’re ALL HYBRID!!! WTF. What a HUGE disappointment and waste of money. This doesn’t help my medical situation at All. Yes, they have the fancy touch screens to look at each strain which I did with the Indica, my mistake is that i didn’t look up each one to get the Real info. I Trusted their jar display that is labeled. This is just another weed shop. Don’t bother if you really depend on the medical information/use for flower.

i dislike how i had a tone of points too redeem and for some reason my points just evaporated with no explanation all though i would just assume one of your staff members has no loyalty or honor..hope you clean your shit up before you get audited and there is no one left too place the blame on

will never come back again. came in with my wife and we wanted to pick something out together but was told since we are using her allotment i couldn't be involved in the decision of what we wanted. I was made to feel uncomfortable while just standing there with out having any kind of choice on what to buy... never come here with your spouse or at all.

decent flower their house concentrates is ok customer service is is totally unprofessional dont go here enless ur looking for something specific. all thess people leaving good reviews are blinded by their first time patieny deals after that they dont care. trust me go somewhere else.

Awesome place. I love the incentives they provide me to keep shopping there. Now that they have implemented a point system I doubt I'll be going anywhere else. My meds are always great and I've never found any seeds in my product. Thanks urban greenhouse!!

5 stars to all criteria. There's never a long wait, the buds are fresh and green, great selection and the atmosphere is a lot classier than other dispensaries I've been to.

Can't knock the quality because I buy stiiizy vapes, but this is the slowest damn dispensary. disorganized, no bud tenders when the line is to the door, and just rude all the time. I would not recommend going here unless the deal is something you can't pass up

My first visit will be my last! Terrible quality on the flower. Went back to exchange but what I got was the same dry hay smelling shit. Very unhappy how can they sell this even at discount prices it's not worth it.
