the staff here is very nice and helpful. I've purchased some good and just okay flowers from them. the prerolls have always been excellent quality. it's also really warm in there which was nice after walking in the cold. they're much better than the scum bag dispensary just down the road. go here and spend money.
Came in yesterday with my boyfriend and saw this woman aggressively talking to the poor girl at reception. She made this girl explain over and over why they could not accept a return. The receptionist remained calm the whole time. I WOULDN'T. Went inside and the girl helping me get my weed was very nice. Be nice to your service industry workers. Just don't be a B****!
While I've enjoyed the product here for a long time, recently the service disappointed me: when asking about harvest dates, Kyle reacted by snapping at me that he "just can't think about that right now" and condescendingly gave me his apologies before brushing me off entirely. While I have previously loved this dispensary, I'm sad to see that its budtenders'* attitudes have changed.
I did not mean to offend with my question but I certainly am offended by the response. Thank for the years, Urban!
*not just a budtender, but also the manager. Even worse behaviour in that case.
