Today was my first visit and it certainly will not be my last! The staff here are very knowledgeable and super welcoming! Tony was such a breath of fresh air as a budtender - very helpful and gave many great recommendations without pressure to buy any of them! This dispensary has a great crew who clearly love their job and are passionate to help customers at fair prices! What more could one ask for? 🙌🙌🙌

We came to Portland for the first time ever to visit with family. UF was one of our favorite places we stopped during our entire stay! We came back a second time. The people were friendly, intelligent, and extremely generous! They made the experience fun, relaxing, and easy. Shout out to Tony baloney for helping me find one of my favorite strains I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back.

It was a very loud volume astomphere. I could barely here my budtender over the overly excited group next to me. This isnt the fault of the store but it felt more like a wild bar than a dispensary. The menu online was inaccurate to whats there. It wasnt the more comfortable space. Maybe would go here again.

All of the "bud-tenders" are really nice and informative, which is nice for a novice like me. The employees don't have a "cooler than thou" attitude which is refreshing.

staff went out of the way to help me acquire a specific strain, same day. A++ customer service and great prices on nice flower.

We were in the neighborhood and were drawn to their distinctive green cross about a block away. The 2oz coco budder seemed a little expensive but we decided to try it. The medicine was great and it lasted about 6 days. They have larger quantities for a discounted donation. I want to try the delivery service next :-):-):-)

I love this place. Bea, Emily, Randa and Mike and the rest of the crew are absolutely fabulous and so knowledgeable,I had a tooth ache and Randa knew what strains would have some clove to them. I buy dr. Jolly’s cartridges all the time and spend hundreds of $$ every week. My cartridge leaked all over my pen and they said I’m sorry we can’t help you but sometimes the companies make them like that and it’s not our fault. And the owner said that.. I go I buy the best to know it’s good quality and they don’t care. They were lying to my face because they have accommodated me before when I had an issue. I could not believe my eyes ! They are now over priced their flower quality does not compare from before and they call themselves top notch when they represent the products they sell poorly and give them a bad rep. I will not buy dr. Jolly’s for ever because they sell me defective crap!! Or shop there ever again! Dr. Jolly’s should be ashamed of how Urban Farmacy represents their name and just gives the customer a bad rep.

My order was canceled with no contact other than an email. I went online thinking they were sold out and found out they did not have the larger quantity I ordered, however they had it in a lower quantity. Every other person I know has said the pharmacy calls them directly and offers the remaining quantity. This happened to me personally at "Doctors Orders" and they called, offered me remaining amount. Will be shopping at Doctors Orders for now on.

Urban Farmacy has become my new favorite neighborhood dispensary after trying a handful of their strains over the last few months. I am over the moon about their quality products and I especially love using the online ordering service! This is a hidden gem in the Portland dispensary world! Beautiful cannabis flowers and darn good dabs! Everyone is so friendly! Don't miss this experience if you are passing thru town!
