This was my wife and I second time at URB . Both times we were served by Erin , she knows hers stuff. Very polite and knowledgeable. We will ask for her every time. The atmosphere of the whole place is overwhelming. Oh , and the aroma …. Mmmm…. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

the budtenders are always really helpful. sometimes too packed. could use a better system/layout for lines

This wasn't my first dispensary visit and I have returned a number of times and I have brought a few friends! The employees are super cool and friendly and the product is amazing and I will return again and again and I will continue to suggest this dispensary to my friends and anyone that is looking for good quality products!

They are all super polite and helpful. They make sure everyone feels welcome. I usually do pick ups and I’m always in and out. The people running the registers are really nice. They confirmed your orders to make sure it’s correct and some of them even crack jokes with you. Johnna was by far one of the nicest people in urb if you can ask for her!
