The place is nice. They were all outta the blue dream I came in for but were helpful enough with finding me something else. They have a little glass shop next door but it has a pretty small collection of stuff.

OMG! I am so impressed with this place! I'm fairly new to edible marijuana, a little more experienced with smoking weed but I have bad asthma and happily made the change to edibles once I moved from scary, repressive Georgia to the Seattle/Tacoma area.
Anyway, I had gotten ripped off big time from a pot shop in Tacoma (Highway 7) and had heard lots of great things about Uncle Ike's. Last week I finally made the journey from Tacoma to Uncle Ike's in Seattle. As soon as my friend and I walked in, we were greeted pleasantly by a biiiiiiig black dude who was like a teddy bear. Very friendly guy but he was not afraid to throw a crazy homeless guy out of the store. My friend went off to buy some joints while I timidly made my way to the front counter. The joint (ha ha!) was jumping. I was immediately helped by a sweet young woman named Alexis. She was incredibly friendly and put me at ease immediately. I told her what I wanted and she pulled a lot of edible product off the wall to show me my options. Wow, what an amazing selection and the prices made my jaw drop. Alexis never acted rushed or impatient; she was happy to tell me about her own experiences with various products that she had out on the counter. So many choices, but I was finally sold on a bag of caramel apple "cheweez" from Magic Kitchen. I paid $28 for them which was about fifteen dollars cheaper than other recreational marijuana stores. I'm sorry if people have had bad experiences at Uncle Ike's. I was VERY impressed with Alexis and everyone else there. I will most definitely be returning. The location is right on the Metro bus #2 route and is in a fairly safe neighborhood. I might not go up there at night but during the morning, when my friend and I went, we both felt completely safe, except for the crazy homeless guy who was on the bus with us and got thrown out of Uncle Ike's!

Every time I step into this store I leave satisfied with most of my purchases. The staff are polite and sincere with assisting your needs. Wide variety of baller concentrates and top shelf strains for a solid price range. I can't lie, this place makes me want to fuck up some commas every time I make the visit.
It's wonderful, keep it up Uncle Ike's!!

Great place!

I liked that they had their "menu" available while you were still waiting in line, helps to decide before you get to the counter. Nice selection, friendly staff, but yes, busy busy. Got a nice selection of various smokables and didn't spend as much as I thought I would. I'd go back there again.

$12 for a battery and an additional $5 for the charger. Every other store I've gone to includes the charger with the battery. Ike's has some good stuff, but the pricing is ridiculous.

Despite the current construction outside a trip to Unkle Ikes will be worth it. They have a ton of options and great specials. I have never had a bad service experience there.
Compared to other places a toker can take their business, Uncle Ikes fees like a convince store.

They herd you like cattle. Coming into this shop after having excellent experiences in Colorado, Oregon, and other Washington shops where the budtenders are happy to see you and more than willing to provide lots of info, it was a rude awakening. I believe this is the ugly side of this industry. Capitalism at its finest. Sell them the stuff and move them out the door. I tip every budtender I've ever had extremely well. Not here. Most shops you walk into, you're assigned a tender for your visit, and you interact with them. They ask you what you're looking for, what medical ailments you may have, questions regarding previous experiences and then recommend proper medicine for you. This place makes you look at a menu and figure out what you want before approaching the counter. It's a pretty terrible vibe in there. They should just get rid of the tip jars, because their service isn't tip worthy. Product is great, but they aren't the ones producing the product so that shouldn't even be a part of this review. Also, I believe they overstate their thc percentages based on strain research.

Bud tender Michaele was knowledgable and able to help me get exactly what I was looking for last night! Hats off to a great shop.

Everyone loves Uncle Ike's. Conveniently located and open late on Fridays.

Uncle Ike's is the quintessential tourist dispensary located in a trendy neighborhood.
The budtender was not knowledgeable and the service felt rushed and the prices were outrageous for what your actually buying.
The one saving grace of Uncle Ike's was the quality of their Joints. I toked down a 36.1% GDP one gramer and huffed it all down, it was divine! I had never actually tasted such well grown bud since my days in Canada. The Hybrids and Indica's are a real treat up here! Strong & fruity, pungent, yet light when smoking. Very refreshing!
Overall, it is a nice shop but way to busy and cramped to really get into the buds and speak with someone who is not trying to sell you 40 mg lemon-ginger soda's at $30 a pop! *In Denver, similar drink would cost $8-10 bucks on rec. market.

Professional yet lady back and personable at the same time. You're treated as if their one and only customer even though there is always a long line. Yet still manages to be fast service without a long wait. Just one air of caution (that stopped me from giving service a solid 5) they can double ring you for two items when only one is given and not notice it themselves at all. So, Just be on "high" alert yourself and knowable about how much you should be paying and they will kindly correct their mistake when you call them out on it.

Felt very rushed, great selection, hard to beat these prices. Wasn't thrilled with the tincture selection. Really wasn't thrilled with the tincture quality. A tincture is not meant to be an all-oil product. Free parking, separate glass and paraphernalia shop next door, a purchase there gets you 10 percent off at the recreational side plus a free car wash.

Back in 2015-2016, Uncle Ike's was unquestionably one of the best weed stores in Seattle. Unfortunately since 2019, they've been outdone by their competition and seem content to coast by on advertising and name recognition alone. Their reputation is definitely not what it used to be.
First of all, the prices - Uncle Ike's claims that they have the lowest prices anywhere in Seattle, and this is simply and irrefutably a lie. They have a markup of at least $1.50 on most items. American Mary, Have a Heart, Dockside, Herb's House, the Joint, Ganja Goddess, White Rabbit, Ocean Greens, Green Fire...I could go on, but all of these places have demonstrably cheaper prices than Ike's. They also have better customer service, which brings me to my second point.
Uncle Ike's does have a wide menu selection, but unfortunately the staff often has trouble finding these items in the store unless you pre-order ahead of time, and staff members that are not on the security team are usually pretty high (or maybe just slow). More than a few times I've arrived at this location on the weekends to find a line way out in the parking lot, all because the staff loves to take their time chatting with customers. The parking lot is regularly littered with trash, and half the time I come here it seems like the bouncers are spending their time yelling at homeless people instead of checking IDs at the door. They have the biggest security team out of any weed store I've seen, but for what? Do they really need four guys in vests standing around the store at all times? Because from what I have seen, it seems like some of them get bored standing around, and take their frustration out on others. And all of this before even bringing up the owner of this chain, Ian Eisenberg, who has a deservedly slimy reputation in the Central District.
Please, consider giving another marijuana business your money. Have a Heart and Herb's House in particular are just so much better than Uncle Ike's in pretty much every way I can think of, save for a smaller menu selection.

I've been here many times and this is my go to place but with construction on the road outside its sometimes makes it a pain. Also depending on the time of day it gets packed and wait times are longer. However they always have good deals and they have so many varieties to choose from it makes the drive worth it.

One of the best to look at products, though when there's a line, you feel that general sense of urgency. Therefore, I would go here if you don't have a lot of questions. They recommended to me a high CBD White Widow which has done wonders for my Epilepsy. I will be back again.

The entire staff does such a great job here at this location THE CD from the door man always being on point to the budtenders and managers. We feel this location has been the staple store for IKES as well as the most friendly. PLENTY OF PARKING which is a plus and from Jason to Hilary, James and Garcia this is our GO TO STORE

Love this place

its nice that it has free parking. for the first time there it was a bit overwhelming. it didn't feel as "calm" as I experienced at a medical marijuana facility.
the ability to go next door and get accessories was wonderful.

I've been going to this store since it first opened. It seems the quality has went down. I brought a random pack of pre rolls and honestly the look and smell of it , has me questing if it's even really weed. Maybe it's my fault for shopping off their budget friendly menu but I dont think these Larry's Joints - Maui waui sativa things should be sold anywhere . I have never tasted something so bad , nor has any weed ever made me so nauseous. Lesson learned for sure. It was gross .
