Their product is fire no doubt, but there are a few staff members that are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. So much so, I'm done getting my medicine there. People do not deserve to be treated like that AND upon asking for an apology on a human level, did NOT receive one from the employee. product = fire, service = disappointing for how much their product costs.

I have no problem with your new prices. Im spending that a other placees. But why not open another location like every other dispensary. I sher don't miss that ghetto drive

My first time here was great, everyone was friendly but the second time I came I brought a “3 Visits = 3 Gifts” coupon that Dr. Reeferalz gave to me. I tried to redeem my first visit (Free 500 mg Drip C-Cell Cartridge) but I was denied the free Cartridge because they had gave me one on the first visit; mind you that was the first time patient deal. He told me I could only use the second one (BOGO TruMed Top Shelf Flower Eights) for that visit. So I bought two Top Shelf Eight but I only got the matched on one of the Eights I got. When I brought it up to the Budtender he told me that he could only match one. I told him that the coupon clearly stated BOGO TruMed Top Shelf Flower EIGHTS which means as long as I buy an Eight I’ll get matched with another one but not limited to one. His response was that it was a typo on the coupon. The coupon states something and that has to be Honored. It is not up to the Employee to decide what he think the verbiage means on the coupon. I would like for TruMed to make it right for their Patient’s.

So there “deal” is buy some of there quality but way overpriced bud, and you’ll receive a free 1/8 of outdoor garbage that’s been in a plastic pouch for months for free. No thanks trumed I’ll get my meds elsewhere from now on.

Waaaaaay too expensive. I used to visit this place at least 2 times a week. Stopped after I realized they were trying to pull some funny business when they lost patients points. Flower is great and expensive, concentrates are weak and expensive.

never have I ever. felt so imbarrised. or humiliated I been spending 💲💲💲💲💲💲 at this place for years but today these two wana be security made someone disabled park there car off the property and walk then was talking stuff about me like I'm not listing and he the of security showing the new dude how to do his job... I will never come back no matter how good There stuff is and the maniger didnt care i was upset couldnt even talk cuz I'm at this point balling my eyes out infrunt of everyone and maniger like wana talk bout it I'm looking at her like I can't even talk. she says ok then goes to see what they have to say.. but hey I'm a nobody right..

Tru/Med is hands down the best flower in the state. People complain when the inventory isn't the greatest. To that I disagree, I say thank you TM for not trying to push flower that any other place has, thank you for having a perfectionist attitude with the meds. I come here for the best, so I expect the best and they NEVER disappoint. Favorite place on 🌏

Honestly I’ve heard really good things first time I came in was very nice for first time patient but I came in yesterday for the special 40 quad of a mid ... like I know it’s on special just trying to get rid of it but honestly this was the worst weed I’ve ever had in my life got the pink cookies full of seeds and smell was unsatisfying... give a big thumbs down..

On my birthday I visited a few dispensaries and asked for loose herb . I have an allergy to hemp prerolls and can not smoke them . The other dispensaries offered something comparable to me instead of the pre-roll. Tru med offered me a discounted gram of outdoor strain . They were very hard and the staff told me that is why they were on sale . Lol then why sell it ??

Stopped in yesterday for my first time visit and service was pretty quick and helpful. A lot of selections to choose from and a helpful bud tender. Only downside was the quality on the drip crumble, I got one that was a couple months old so there was no flavor and was dry.

This might be the worst organized dispensary in Central Phoenix. The security guard puffin on his vape pen might have been the least caring person there while obviously showing no understanding of security. The employees were unknowledgeable of actual marijuana and everyone looked and acted beyond unhappy. I enjoy every aspect of marijuana and this place is gearing toward the unhappiness of a circle k. Uninspired, unworthy of hype and unless it fits within a mile radius of convenience, ignore this cesspool.

well first of how can a cannabis company get away with selling products that are nine months old! because i bought two items a unknown pre roll amnesia haze the date on it was 06/23. which is way to old! and i also purchased a diablo cannagar. the date on that was 10/23 . not as bad but it should still be sold or removed from the sales floor . especially when it cost is much as if does. it should be way fresher. even if the shelf life is 12 months! also i placed a pick up order / express order . and in know way was it express ! it took way longer then it should have . cause when i go to other dispensaries express means just that . in and out in less then 10 min. which is what i expect to waitand be helped not 20 to 30 minutes.

Whenever I went to Trumed, it was a 90% chance that I would get some FIRE, but lately, it's all junk weed similar to other dispensaries that buy their weed from mass producers. It used to be that you could go and choose between a selection of sativas, indicas and hybrids. Now, it's nothing but hybrids. And whenever they do get indica, it's a crap shoot. Tastes just like the other cheaper brands. Trumed flower is now just at par with the other dispensaries, but with 75% mark up!

What was that imposter valley girl you sold me? Back in the day it tested over 30% thc. This batch was barely 22% and felt nothing like the original strain you guys had that was almost overwhelming.

This place has an amazing selection and all the employees I’ve ever interacted with have had such excellent and welcoming customer service! I also really appreciate that the salesfloor is open and simple, making it easy to navigate, and which is especially useful in eliminating any need for employees to walk you through the store to the location of each different product. As far as product recommendations are concerned, if you’re debating at all with yourself over whether or not their exclusive PAX Era device and accompanying pods are worth it, the answer is yes. At least that’s just my opinion, but I can confidently say it’s easily the nicest device I’ve ever owned, particularly considering the price of the Era and the longevity the pods provide (most specifically in comparison with a basic ccell cartridge.) I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty excited to work my way through the long list of different strains it has available!

A few days late on this review first I want to overly thank my bud tender Jessica and a gentleman who also assisted me get into this fine establishment after my recent surgery and helping me get everything I needed for some much needed comfort. I had received a coupon that with a $20 purchase I get a free gold tier concentrate which was the only $20 I had to my name. She was very helpful in bringing me all sorts of options while I sat in the chair unable to move easily I ended up walking out with a gram of strawberry cough shatter and dosido batter and a nice 50 mg caramel edible that a solid nights rest. She even helped me to my car to make sure I can get in easily carried my meds for me which is really actually helped tons will be back way more often if you’re looking for a nice place go here though it can be busy sometimes there is a reason for that
