tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

came in here the other day and they didnt even have any of their flower i hear so much about. i ended up getting some sauce instead and it was just average especially for the price and compared to other places. hugely overrated

This place has by far the best quality flower in the state, but the bags that it comes in are literally the cheapest in the state lol. Literally impossible to open a bag without ruining the ziploc.

Tru Med has really gone down hill since switching to rec… disappointing oil … Tru Flower was good but not as good as it once was. The atmosphere isn’t the same at ALL. Oh well.

How come the Tru med brand is gone from the selection list? Tru Med Flowers still show but you can no longer filter for just Tru Med brand.

Drove 50 miles. Heard great things about this place. It was very modern. Beautiful building. Prices were a little high. But their products were “top shelf.” Needless to say I ended up buying a distillate syringe and a cartridge for my pen. It was doing nothing but Burning. The king Louie I had gotten tasted like burnt butt cheeks. So disappointed. Will not be returning

This is a great place and very reasonably priced. But there's a 5% discount on entire purchase except like when purchasing specials then no discount for veterans. Plus unless you remind them when purchase over $50 for your free pre-roll they forget (not everyone).

this is been the third time that I've been there and I probably will never go over there again to the call-in to the customer service to everything I first called to see if they had the medication that I was looking for they were very rude to me on the phone then when I get there they let a whole bunch of people cut in front of me just because they were friends and they knew them on top of that when I bring it to their attention they copped a f****** attitude with me and then when I got ready to the ladies and that made it more worth her by just throwing my back on top of the table didn't say bye or anything and looked at me with an attitude like if I was going to grab it or what then I turned around and told them by and the fish turned her back to me and act like she didn't hear me all I got to say is I was never go back over there again

I was one that was given an IOU by this location for being a first time patient I'm still waiting it's and actually been more than 2 month and still nothing...obviously there is no reason this should take this long..Make good on your promise True Med and I will come back u still owe me an 1/8 and a preroll and I'm still waiting

I love this place. It's the only place in town I will go. I do have one complaint. More and more often you are going to "grams" only. This is simply a way for you to squeeze more money out of patients. Don't be greedy. This industry is generating plenty of money for you and others. I know firsthand the resources it takes for the grow operation. Please stop this practice of switching your best selling flowers to "grams only" it's shameful

Bud tender was NOT helpful, he didnt have no recommendations and due to lack of bad vision I had no idea what the buds were called.

What's up with trumed.......Your new patient point sale has been offline for over a month, while every other dispensary has there point system running perfectly fine. You state "Nationwide". Well then invest in a new system, cause everyone else is giving out grams, prerolls, and eights..... Been told your weed is fire, but your not going to get as a new customer until I get my new patient special......I already got two other solid ass spots for fire flower and wax all day long...... Just wanna give trumed a fair try..... When you fix the system more customers will come..... No rain checks plz😂😂😂😂

You guys have Superior product I shop here all the time love your products love your atmosphere that being said the fact that you don't have two lines one for medical and one for recreational to check in is beyond f****** stupid. I don't mean to be rude but other places have caught on why haven't you.

I love this place, it is my favorite dispensary and hands down the best product in the state. That being said, their prices have turned to shit and as a result, I have had to get my medicine elsewhere. I am disappointed as fuck and miss the old TruMed with hella flower deals and prices that didn’t make me want to look anywhere else.

You know this place is good. But it’s a bummer they can’t take a few seconds to save people 30 mins. Update your times. It’s super easy. And it’s super inconvenient to show up at the time you post you are open and then you’re not open.

All good bud my budtender had his nose sticking out of his mask. Cancer patients need meds from a safe environment - please have budtenders cover both their nose and mouth.

Well to be honest I have always liked compassion clubs lol but lately my favorite was closed down. So I tried a few state registered dispensaries and Trumed has nice frosty meds. I was shocked to see quality in a jar but was immediately snapped back to reality when I was told go to far counter to check out with out my meds i picked, instead I get a prepackaged strain. On the good side Chemdawg was flame!' 5 stars outta 5 but your plastic seals ARE CRUSHING THE NUGS! I get prepackaged is more efficient but how bout using the med plastic bottels so all the beauty and crystals is not destroyed,because its a slap in growers face! but ill return I enjoyed the chemdawg very much and quality is a 5 outta 5

great place. they need to stop doing the grams only bs when theyre low, or need to sell half 8ths. Fucking drives me nuts when the only 2 strains I want obviously have a half or more in the jar but they say gram only. go in the back and pre-package me an 8th wtf. i spend 6k a year here. give me some perks

I’m not sure who is posting that they have great deals they must work there. The FTP is kinda lame can only utilize if you buy a $50 eighth or a $40+ gram of wax. The flower was fire and very good quality but a little overpriced when you look at all the good grows around us.

I have no problem with your new prices. Im spending that a other placees. But why not open another location like every other dispensary. I sher don't miss that ghetto drive
