tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

Where are all the OG strains you guys used to have? I called and talked to a woman manager (wish I could remember her name) who told me "everyone loves the cheap stuff." WTF! No EVERYONE does not. She was so rude and condescending by the end of the call that I wont be coming back.

Surly front desk!!! Demanded new information even through card was current and had purchased there last week. Definitely NOT WORTH the hassle! The other dispensaries are far more welcoming. Avoid.

It's been three months and true meds still has problem with the computer system I was expecting a deal when I visited but all I got was promised and a call back that never acured true meds I am very disappointed I have never been lied to by any dispensary in Arizona and every time I call it seem to be a very uncomfortable situation I actually recommend lots of friend to this dispensary and all I got in return was upset and misdirected people asking about how they should of not listen to me when I told them true meds is a great dispensary lol

Fix your security's attitude ASAP. Waste of my time wouldn't come back. Would never do business here again

Amazing concentrate!

I am very impressed with this place. it's only like 5 miles from my house I'm surprised I didn't come in sooner. I have actually heard from friends their quality was top notch. LOVE their ftp patient deal BOGO an 8th or a gram of concentrate. I love their tiers for their concentrate; silver ($30g), gold ($40), platinum($50), and diamond ($65) I might be a few dollars off. I ended up coming on a flash sale day so I was able to get the platinum tier for $40....sequoia strawberry & Larry OG were my purchases. <3

Nice location with nice budtenders, guards are unfriendly and the prices are quite a bit higher than other places. I visit for the sales and their sales bring the price down to average. Cannatonic was great for $30/ 1/8th but I see that price just went up also so I'll skip it until it comes back down. You should also include tax like Swell does.

This was my first Medicinal dispensary experience and Trumed came highly recommended by a couple patients that I know... The vibe at Tru is VERY similar to the recreation dispensaries in CO. The place is insanely inviting once you make it in the door. The staff is welcoming and very kind. Even the security outside was pleasant in 113 degree AZ heat! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who was my bud-tender but he was very nice and more importantly, he let me assert myself in terms of what I was looking for and what I already know about cannabis, despite it being my first visit. I told him what I was looking for and so he started pulling his best Indica strains and a couple hybrids off the shelf. I purchased two 1/8th's, a gram and also a CBD pen... The meds have been absolutely top notch. They are just as good as they look and smell. This dispensary is NOT neat my house, and I drove over 30 minutes out of my way to check them out.... With that being said, I will continue to go there. I will make the special trip to make my primary purchases from Trumed. Props to them and their staff and huge props for their on site, in house grown strains. Major thanks for the bottles water too! Thanks to Trumed!

So I went in today and now all of a sudden tru med is not giving pre rolls for reviews. I asked dude is this a new rule he said no its always been like that. (no it has not ) but I wasnt trying to argue. butttt they have tons of papers saying.. ... type a review and get a pre roll. no were on the paper does it say one pre roll every 1year or atleast 1 a month. all it says review us and get a pre roll. as I told dude that all he could say was ....yeaa well somebody wasnt doing there job right. but they KEEP THE PAPERS TO REVIEW THEM AND GET A PRE ROLL RIGHT UP FRONT EVERYWERE . so wat is it tru med . if tru med reads this, let me know wats the deal.

I wish I could give this place 5 starts across the board! Their products are fire but overpriced. Drip goes on sale for cheaper elsewhere even though it’s their product and some of their flowers pre sale prices are more expensive then other stores with the same brand flower and strain. If you want an exclusive drop drop go here.. if not save your money goto a store that stocks drip or your favorite flower

What happened to TruMed? One strain of house flower and 5 or 6 strains of the same stuff I can get at 25 other dispensaries. Drip is fire, but where is your flower? WHERE???

Your lines are ridiculous and I don't have time to stand around in this heat while other dispensaries have me in and out way faster. You guys have taken advantage and have cut our hard earned dollars by keeping our earned points. Shame on you I only go there if i have a entire day to poop away.

nice waiting room and very friendly staff but hardly ever any good deals, sorrt tru meds but I pass. Its not that good

I've noticed most of their top shelf has become tasteless smoke, that has commercialized names, and carries a hefty price tag! The overall quality has dropped significantly compared with a couple years ago! I tried one of their "guest" strains that came from an unknown source and it hurt my throat so bad I concluded it was sprayed with something or not grown/harvested properly. I have spent thousands of dollars here but starting to look elsewhere as paying $420 for an ounce of flower that has no terpenes whatsoever is getting old. The only thing they care about is overall THC but real smokers know that's just one part.

I waited 3 hours then they didnt have my order I placed then I get home to find out I paid for live hash rosin and they gave me a 60 dollar gram of just the hash rosin not live hash rosin which is 75 so I overpaid/ they didnt correctly fix my order which they should have taken the 75 off and put the 60 on there. I understand that you are busy and it a little wild with covid 19 but I ain't ever gotten treated rude at dispensary or got screwed over like this. I cant even call or get it fix so idk what to do or say.

over priced meds for low grade products. this place is more focused on aesthetic it looks like a candy store for adults but with weed. Budtender was a little annoying trying to talk me down from a deal I specifically looked up on leafly to visit this location almost every visit someone is trying to talk me away from a deal wtf?. I know Tru|Med bought they're genetics from Oregon which is why it doesn't make sense to pay 419.89 for an oz of subpar flower you didn't create. That and thier in house edible brand Baked Bros is overrated and way overpriced 40.52 for 300mg edible your better off making your own charging people that price smh coating premade gummies with extract. . I have been a patient since medical was first legalized I have witnessed change like many other stores, I implore you all dont waste your money here use it somewhere else where management will respect its customer's and honor deals it advertises.

Have been in here once and it is a good clean environment with amazing flower.

Have mixed feelings about tru med. I love the medication here, but the few times that I've been here some of the staff have been rude to me and my roommate. Another issue that I have is it seems like every time I get an 8th here, the sack usually weighs around 3.1-3.2. You guys say that your scale is calibrated by the ADHS, but I find it funny that every other dispensary I've been to gives me an actual 8th when I weigh it out. Seems like YOUR scale is wrong. I normally wouldn't fuss over something like this, but when an 8th costs $60 after tax I expect it to weigh out to at least 3.5. It adds up after a while! All in all I love your guys meds, but find myself going to other dispensaries for cheaper prices and better service. There's no way an 8th should cost $55 plus tax regardless of the quality of meds. Just my take.

So disappointed in this place tonight. Arrived at 9:45 and got in line with about 4 or 5 people in front of me. I myself and I was last waited 13 minutes to be told that they wouldn’t be taking anymore customers tonight without an apology from the manager or even being told by him the security guard informed us all. I came all the way from Apache Junction just for the bogo special on the pax cartridges passing probably thirty other dispensaries on the way driving about 40 minutes just to come here for their special. Very angry and disappointed with the kind of customer service received from this dispensary today.
