Trulieve - St. Augustine

I visit the Trulieve St. Augustine dispensary often. Everyone is very welcoming. Most recently I had Brittany W. as a budtender/associate. I was looking for help with sleep and pain and Brittany W. Was very helpful suggesting products which might be of assistance, in a friendly and professional manner. I hope to have Brittany W as my clerk in the future! Thanks for all of your help.

clean, neat, very professional. first time. every one was very nice. Chelsea was exceptional and thorough with her explanations. overall a great experience.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO IN YOUR DAY. The staff is amazing and knowledgable only to be held back by whatever causes this location's outrageous wait times. You will wait between 30-60 minutes, often that long for pick up orders already marked as complete, too! Sometimes just to get checked in can take well over 10 minutes...not a big deal if this wasn't the ONLY Trulieve I've ever been to with this problem. I have visited many others in Central Florida, none of which make you wait more than 5 minutes to check in and another 10 to check out, even when they're super busy. This location is too small for its demands. They're out of stock CONSTANTLY whereas our neighboring stores always pop up underneath to remind you it's just YOUR location that never has product. The only thing good about this location is the staff. In fact, the staff is GREAT! I feel bad even writing a bad review but Trulieve offers no option to submit feedback or complaints on their website. Help out your staff by giving them what they need! Anything! This Trulieve isn't even in the same league as its other locations. Hopefully it's fixable.

I did not dislike anything. The gran opening of the new store in st augustine was amazing. My tender Matt capp was amazing he was super sweet and informative. I enjoy the atmosphere and good conversation

It was my first visit to this dispensary and found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. I have to say Meghan S. was very knowledgeable and helped steer me in the right direction.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and it was the St. Augustine store. The consultant was very young but knowledgeable. I was impressed with the older gentleman, Dave, that greeted me when I walked in. He took the time to explain the discounts and answered my questions while I waited. It was good to see a more mature person there who understood my pain.

I had a great experience here! I have been to a handful of dispensaries around Jacksonville, I’m going to make the drive to St. Augustine from here on out! Joy was especially helpful and very patient as I was pretty indecisive with what strains I wanted. With that, awesome selection of flower and plenty of it!

I stopped by this location after visiting a few other dispensaries. You cannot beat the new patient discounts here. The front desk staff was subpar, too long of a wait for minimal people in lobby. Meghan was a sweetheart and a pleasure to shop with.

I give this facility a standing ovation by far!!! Very informative and I was treated with the upmost respect. I give credit when it’s due and I can tell you that there products are great quality

We love it here! We love the staff and the products! Mia is the best Pt consultant! Her product knowledge, amazing attitude and sweet personality make us want to come back more and more! Many great team members too!

I’m a first time patient and this was my first time going to a dispensary and Trulieve! I was helped by someone named Mia and felt i was totally being cared for and she made sure all my needs were met. She helped me find the right strain for my problems and guided my through the whole process. Best customer service!

i wont even waste my timed. jax st aug. the manager at this one. just like jax. an im watching to see how the other stores go. they start with ow we care about the medical benefits. only using cancer patience and vets to get open. then start pulling the discounts from vets and and everyone else. trulieve has been the biggest offender of the bait and switch lie. and users of illness and pain of others to for huge financial windfalls. at the expense of the people that they swore they were trying to help. i have to check a box saying it was my first time there because the other two are the worse of the three i can check all lies. fake smile and laughs for god sake. if your going to have people sale meds to people teach your employs about the product. dont lie and say oh that is out this is just as good. and they have no idea what there talking about. separating people so they can bait and switch. shady shady shady business owners and practice. online ordering to customer service. i started with the jax one went down hill same way. st aug opened . started fine then just like Jax. if your a vet or elderly or ill where u need meds. keep your eye on these people. and your prices. and scams. and get over the compassion its a facade. its all business. look at the prices going up and at the same time saying oh we didnt mean you could use points on type of your discounts. which in fact they used to get people to sign up so the can expand, do your research. have a good day and that 1 star is B.S. there way below zero on service !!!!!

Chelsea was amazing!!! I’m a first timer and new patient. I was extremely nervous headed into the store. She made me at ease and comfortable within minutes. She was patient, non judgement and seemed well trained and informed. She provided me with lots of recommendations and information. I left feeling confident about my purchase and about Trulieve in general. Will definitely shop this location again and hope to see Chelsea again.

Overall, Trulieve is challenging. However, on a positive, rep Eric is amazing, excellent customer service every time I visit. If I ran a business, he's the only there that I'd gladly hire.

This was my first dispensary trip, but I was pleased with the Saint Augustine store. The staff were nice and helpful. I got what I wanted and gained some knowledge about a few other products.

Best Trulieve around !

St. Aug Trulieve is top tier compared to the others I’ve visited. Always friendly , inviting and well informative. This is my go to for my medication , and will continue to be. Great job guys !

Wrote this earlier but did not see it come up. This location needs more flower. You cannot order what is not in in the system and no one knows what is coming in. Why can't we order what we want and then pick it up. MORE FLOWER PLEASE!!! On a bright note, Ashley is super at the front desk, happy and never seems to get frazzled as we keep piling into the store on Friday morning!! Thank you Ashley for being spot in the waiting room process!! Kudos

Patrick was so helpful in solving the muscle rub concoction. Hopefully with out new recipe I will get a full nights rest! He is alway upbeat and informative.

Darby was My consultant and she was awesome. This was my first time in any dispensary. She answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns.
