Trulieve - Pensacola

I would like to praise one of your employees. His name is Skyler (not sure if it is spelled correctly). He was the most helpful since I've been using your store. I'm new to this and older. So far he's the that actually took the time to explain different strains, etc. Great job ! I feel less overwhelmed.

I am a frequent truliever! I bounce back and forth between here and one other dispensary. However this particular dispensary has med tender TEVIN here. I need to give props when they are due. Tevin is probably my favorite med tender. He is SO warm and friendly. He is EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! His positive vibe and giant smile are so wonderful and infectious! Very genuine happy person. If ive had a crappy day and I end up coming in and TEVIN. Is my med tender then I ALWAYS leave A Happy satisfied patient!!!!!! I'm so glad y'all got yourself a Tevin!!!!!!!! I'll keep coming back to see tevin and that smile. He really does make my day. Thanks trulieve!!!! Now we just gotta keep up on that ground flower! Sold out state wide!!!!!!!

Great budtender= happy consumer My 1st time at this dispensary.. I was greeted by Nicole. She was very patient & knowledgable. Listened to my description of products I liked & gave me those products in truelieve’s version. Thank you Nicole for making my experience an exceptional one :) happy customer Chelsea ( I had the pictures of the makeup line of bud)

middle of the road on service a little snooty and clanish.. strange vibe in that joint but the service after the sale is outstanding 100%money back no questions asked other that how to make it right was astounding. what dealer in the past ever had a conscious right? on the whole they're decent people with the best products in town this far

ı have Prımary Progressıve Multıple Sclerosıs & although ı'm 'home- bound, there's nothıng that could keep me away from thıs dıspensary! the employees are all knowledgeable about each of theır products & take the tıme to go over as many as you need them to.. even make comparısons & gıve great recommendatıons (that have yet to dısappoınt). only negatıve downsıde of Trulieve ın my opınıon.. ıs that the Flower runs out far too fast, every time. especıally the 'Mini's'! seems there'd be a way to adjust the ınventory & avoıd the issue altogether by now. one can only contınue to hope! untıl then, ı can only gıve 4.5 stars.

got a text that I could order mini's online today, ordered online, got a conformation, waited all day heard nothing back, went to the dispensary and was told that my order had not been filled, was asked what they needed to do to make it right, I told the manager to sell me flower for the price of the mini's but she didn't do it, poor customer service and terrible communication between the online service and the local dispensaries, I think I will be shopping elsewhere, from now on.

High quality products and great staff. James was friendly and knowledgeable, especially for my first order.

Anytime you get a delivery from this company, (this is for Okaloosa and Santa Rosa/Escambia counties) I highly suggest that you do the math yourself, including discounts/loyalty points. As well as watch out for delivery fees being added back onto orders where it was waved. Even if you tell them on the phone, they still ALWAYS tell you the highest total. If you speak up they then have your discount total. My ignorance has likely cost me a TON!

I used the Trulieve in Destin but went to the Pensacola location for a certain strain and expected to have same service but not so much. The guy was nice but seemed to be in a hurry and not very helpful. If I didn’t know what to ask for, I would have been lost. He didn’t tell me anything about products. They were out of one of the strains I needed, he didn’t tell me about any comparable strains and when I asked he seemed to rush so I just stopped asking questions. Didn’t want to feel like an idiot. Also they had a sale going, I wasn’t informed but I saw a paper by his computer and asked what all they had marked down and he ‘wasn’t sure what they had left’. Not the kind of service I got in Destin and I drove an hour to the Pensacola store so it was kind of a bummer. I’ll stick with Destin.

Without a doubt, the best dispensary in town. Ashley Sue is amazing. She always takes the time to interact with people on a personal level, going out of her way to be nice and do anything she can to help. She cares about the patients and it shows. Carlos is always friendly and very helpful, too. Trulieve products can be hit or miss sometimes, but this kind of excellent customer service, as well as a good exchange policy, is what keeps me coming back loyally.
