Trulieve Miami is amazing! I’ve never seen such kindness in any staff, in any field. Everyone is so kind and extremely helpful. Very patient with newcomers who don’t know what they’re doing, and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone who wants to understand the product they are purchasing.

Trulieve was the first dispensary I went to, simply because it was closest to my house, but I’m really glad I did. The staff is beyond nice, and— if you’re a first time customer— they are very thorough with explaining all the deals they have and how it all works. I love that they have the option to order online and that you’re able to check in before you arrive to reduce wait time. However, even when I’ve gone in as a walk in, the wait time hasn’t been excessive. Also, they’re great with following COVID guidelines and recommendations; if there’s no room in the lobby (6ft between each customer), they allow you to wait in the car or outside and text you when there’s space. More than anything though, what I LOVE about Trulieve is their deals! When I got my medical card I wasn’t sure if the prices would be worth it, but Trulieve completely quelled that worry. On Wednesdays they have 7g of ground flower for $25!! Other promos have included discounts such as 25%-35% off, free battery up to $35 with a cartridge purchase, deals on edibles, and the list goes on. I’m subscribed to the text and email notifications so that I get the daily promotions/deals. The only con: $3 surcharge if you use your debit card. After my first time I’ve been going to an ATM so that I can pay cash, but it’s a bit inconvenient. They do accept payment through the CanPayAnywhere app; I signed up for it, but I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t really comment on it. But yea, overall, I definitely recommend Trulieve - Miami (I’ve also been to the location in Ft. Lauderdale and also had a great experience there, so they seem pretty consistent).

The other day when I went to trulieve to pick up my order. Someone told me they were out of stock but the gentleman Josue sent another employee to go check in the room and they found it. Also, Josue notice their was an issue in my account that happened at the dadeland location. He was very courteous and patient. Showed extreme customer service. He noticed I was frustrated with the wait and the error but he kept assuring it’ll get fix and apologize. Honestly, he made this stressful situation way easier for me. I left satisfied.

Staff members are all awesome, down to earth, people who know what they are doing and that help you figure out what would work best for you based on your unique situation. Cool location especially if you live near the airport Today I’m trying the Rick Simpson oil for the first time I had to get my doctor to switch my route of administration so I really wish they would allow people with a topical administration to receive the product but I’ll let you know how it goes

I have mixed feelings about this location. I also have mixed feelings on Florida's MMJ program but Trulieve does accomidate my medical inconveniences. Don't want to point fingers or say names but My guy gives me the good stuff so I'm medically satisfied. Thanks Bruh ⛈️🆑

Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable about cannabis. I know nothing but needed help because I was diagnosed with a rare Auto Immuno disorder. I’ve had two huge reconstructive surgeries with plates, screws drilling etc... I’ve been in pain for 10 months since the surgery I haven’t wanted to go near Tramadol, Percocet or Hydraconone. Neal S and a new Trainee were hugely informative. I give them 5 Stars.

I so love this place! Marilyn was dispensary specialist yesterday (Black Friday Sale!) and she was amazing. She was able to look up my past purchases so I could get the same product as I did back in July. Her energy was wonderful and amazing, she answered all my questions and gave me some really great recommendations. It's so nice to find someone that truly enjoys their job in Miami, it's rare for sure. This location is really wonderful, I've never shopped anywhere else because the customer service, reception area and every other aspect is completely spot on. Marilyn continued to deliver the excellence I have come to expect from this location. Thanks to all and have a very happy and safe holiday season!!! :)

Great products. Terrible wait times. Impossible online order for pick up. Arenna gave great customer service considering the circumstances. Patients should never be made to wait over 2 hours with not even an update, then they guy at the counter has the nerve to make me feel rushed as if I'm bothering him! If they had a menu board or price list menu I wouldnt have to ask so many questions. I'll keep shopping at One Plant where they deliver fast and friendly service to patient.

Quality is good, employees are nice but the wait times are very long and there’s no reliable way to know stock levels so it’s hit or miss.

Nick was very helpful and patient. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me many options which to choose from which was great. He was also very clear and specific with product knowledge as well as business rules/policies etc. Mike at the front was also very polite and could tell is a hard worker. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was so disappointed by the removal of the flower menu 😔. Personally i am a very visual person and i like to see all the different strains available it avoids me asking that same question more than once and keeps me open to asking more informative questions about the product. I do not believe this was taking away from my interaction with Trulieve staff it was actually engaging us more💚. Bring back the menus and implement it in every trulieve location.
