It’s a little small for volume of people

Jesse was the go to guy. don't know how anyone could complain. but is in the Village's. lady was asking for manager for nothing big at all. needs some good medicine myself this was a dream come true waited 53 years for this . happy camper here.

Bruce and Uli were my delivery drivers today Bruce is an awesome informative delivery gentlemen he believes as I do in customer service These days it does not seem to exist but today I felt that customer service appreciation made my day!! Thank you for doing your jobs today….well done!!!!

Most the time I get my orders delivered and every single time it never fails that I get Garret and Bruce!! I love the fact that their delivery staff is so personable!! Makes delivering worthwhile! Garret is such a great person to talk to when you want to find out what’s the best strain for you, especially concentrates! And Bruce never fails to be personable and so customer friendly! I can’t wait to get my delivery next week and see them again! Their delivery team is one of the best in Sumter and Lake county!

There's a faster way to serve people come on

Lady lake is the busiest around for sure! There needs to be more stores. Lady Lake employees are the best and try their best. Every customer has individual needs. Needless to say before your purchase is final they take the time to answer questions, check your merchandise to make sure there’s no leaks, breaks, broken seals, etc. so to say the least it all takes time. They are definitely worth the wait. JS

Although this location is undersized for the volume of people that comes through it the medtenders are always awesome. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Products are almost always excellent and if not the return policy is the best in the business. Please open another location in the Villages or Ocala or at least increase the size of the current one to have at least 8-10 lanes for checkout.

The people who work here went out of their way to accommodate me. Garrett was very helpful explaining what I was getting and how to use it. He also explained previous medications I had taken. I would recommend this dispensary to everyone and anyone.

employee was shady and the seal on my flower was broken from the back of the canister. plus I explained to him that I wasn't knowledgeable about the differences and wanted to try 3 different flower minis so I could find what is right for me and he gave me 2 of the same so I had to return it for another. after I gave him a $5 tip he brushed my questions of and was trying to get me gone.

Service is amazing. Product is amazing WHEN THEY HAVE IT! I only have 2 complaints about the Lady Lake location: 1) the parking situation is awful, good luck finding a place to park or to even drive in as people will just park wherever they want to when the spaces are full and 2) they are ALWAYS out of the TruPod Indica, I was able to get it one time (Dos Si Dos) and they’ve been out of stock on it for almost 2 months now, that’s just ridiculous. It’s the only available Indica pod they have and only 3 of their stores in Florida ever have them on a regular basis. I already have to drive over an hour to get to this dispensary, not willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to St. Augustine just to get what I need. Please start keeping your Indica pods in stock, they are the best!

Only used delivery. Was biggest Mistake of my Life. Not only did they not deliver when promised they were in process of canceling my order yet still add it to the registry if I had not caught that, they most likely would have never even delivered. Yes that’s right they entered my order as filled with the state MMJ registry yet never delivered it and were cancelling the order. When I contact them about this they sent a driver out with my order finally who broke down in my driveway blocking me in on Halloween. Was stuck there for over 3 and 1/2 hrs. I was charged full delivery price. And full price in order less first time discount. Was told on next order I was to get free delivery and a 20% discount in next order yet everytime I login everything I select is out of stock or not for delivery. His is the type of business trulieve is. They are a joke. The I had ordered 2 GSC which were both light and weighed only 3.2 and 2 member berry which one of them was 3.2 and one was 4.2 and was some of the worst flower I have seen. The GSC was very good but as I said was light. I contacted them about the issue and receive an email back say my order had been canceled after it was entered into the registry and was delivered but it was canceled. So use at your own peril. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. One star if I could give no starts I would. Complete joke I recommend any other dispensary but trulieve

anyone that rates this lady lake store more than a 2, definitely doesn't shop there. i have been a customer for two years and they still cant park more than 4 cars, always a log jamb. delivery is also a guess when they'll show up. not the employees fault. MUV came to my rescue

Delivery to my home during a global pandemic. Store policy is that all employees wear masks. The delivery folks left theirs on the car dash in plain sight. I have a large sign stating clearly that my property is under quarantine. Beep and wait. They did not. No masks, came right up to me. Within 2 feet. Handed me my bag while I signed and paid. I have severe PTSD and panic. I was blown away. The customer service rep who took my complaint didn't care much if they get my family sick. Giving me my delivery charge free. Lol. And if we get sick?? These folks go door to door all day long....

Bruce and Garrett are #1. I live in a remote area where it is hard to get internet/cell service. A lot of the delivery teams get lost and wind up at the wrong house when their gps goes out even if they've been here before. It kind of makes the delivery process a hassle with all the calls and giving directions. I don't have to worry about that with Bruce and Garrett. They remember the route and arrive on time. They hook me up with the best discounts without me even asking and they even set up the Canpay app on my phone for me. These guys are the best delivery team!!

If they are out of what you have ordered they simply do not fill your order and wait until closing to tell you they cannot fill your order. This is the second week in a row that my order was simply unfilled with no notification and most recently I had to pay MORE without notice for something comparable to what I originally ordered. God forbid people who are on a fixed income go through this. I could luckily afford to spend the extra money but I imagine those poor people who have just enough money to afford their medications and they get to this office and not only is their order unfulfilled they don't even have the right product. Sad experience with Trulieve for the second time in a row now.
