Even though it was very busy, I didn’t have to wait too long, and the staff was great. Laurie helped me, and she was fantastic - very helpful and friendly.

I love this dispensary. I get in fairly quick and the staff is amazing. Particularly Walker. She makes shopping easy and comfortable. Walker has also recommended product that I have always been happy with. The girl just is always happy and pleasant to shop with. Y'all need 10 of her!!

Jesse was the go to guy. don't know how anyone could complain. but is in the Village's. lady was asking for manager for nothing big at all. needs some good medicine myself this was a dream come true waited 53 years for this . happy camper here.

I always look forward to these two guys visiting, Bruce and Axl. Always happy are glad to see me and patient, sometimes takes a few moments to get to the door. What a great way to shop, saves me a trip and the waiting time at the dispensary. God bless you guys for making my day every time!

I ALL my delivery people! Bruce, Michael, Ulysses and the ones I forget the names. I only get delivery because of disability. I have had like 'two issues' they addressed it, with patience, efficiently and effectively fixed it. So grateful to have such a caring team.

Although this location is undersized for the volume of people that comes through it the medtenders are always awesome. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Products are almost always excellent and if not the return policy is the best in the business. Please open another location in the Villages or Ocala or at least increase the size of the current one to have at least 8-10 lanes for checkout.

Melissa & Kristin are both very pleasant, informative & helpful delivery personnel.

was very pleased at first! but after trying the tincture 1:1 at a cost of 80.50 (delivery included)I found the product worthless, no effect at all. felt like I was using olive oil. wasted my money and was told by a trueleive rep that even thou they recommended the product to me, they are not doctors and even thou their product did not work I could not return it or get a store credit because the tincture was not defective it just did not work for me. my advice is find another dispensary that will stand behind their products and you can trust.

Always receive great customer service from this location. Quality products. You get what you pay for. Today purchased GG in vape and banana kush in concentrate.

The people who work their are very friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is a bit small but they did add more comfy chairs. I have never had an issue.

Bruce and Garrett are #1. I live in a remote area where it is hard to get internet/cell service. A lot of the delivery teams get lost and wind up at the wrong house when their gps goes out even if they've been here before. It kind of makes the delivery process a hassle with all the calls and giving directions. I don't have to worry about that with Bruce and Garrett. They remember the route and arrive on time. They hook me up with the best discounts without me even asking and they even set up the Canpay app on my phone for me. These guys are the best delivery team!!
