Trulieve - Lady Lake

I recently received my medical marijuana card to treat chronic major depression, and anxiety. Needless to say after years of failed pharmaceuticals, not only was I a little hesitant to try medical marijuana, but I was also quite nervous just thinking about how I would go about picking it up. I was completely wrong to be nervous. The staff at this location are incredible. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient while he answered all of my nit-picky questions, and he did it with what seemed like a genuine smile. The staff really want to help you find the treatment that works best for you. Though I have not personally tried the delivery service yet, I do appreciate that it is offered.

Clean, professional facility with a friendly and helpful staff. I am very satisfied with all aspects of Trulieve Lady Lake.

very good location. the staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to the medicine. and will answer any question you may have. and will make sure you understand the directions and dosage of product. jason was very professional.. prices are not that bad..

If I have to wait 30+ minutes then you should at least put a good show on to pass the time. Otherwise its an awkward lobby of timidly waiting "patients" trying to surf there phones in distraction. Doesn't sound all that fun in a place where I go to get my smiles. Otherwise your TruClear, as you call it; Or as I call it, the only Rx product worth buying. Your stocking of 9lb hammer is horrible. The only Incida you have in concentrate and I can never get it on a regular basis. Not only that but you have the Tru Pod in stock of the 9lb which is the same stuff. So are you intentionally trying my wallet? Or do you just not know how to manage the demand in a effective manor? If I am honest Trulieve is the only place I go anymore. Doesn't mean they don't have huge room for improvement. As a business they act more like a porn store then a doctors office. The only difference is I can't peek any goods till I sit in the time out room. What gives? Should I feel like I'm waiting to hear test results while waiting in your waiting area? As for your product: Its got good concentrates. The selection could be vastly better. I get one Indica to choose from. That is if I want to spend my money wisely. This specific location has OK, but limited parking. The people are very friendly. Even allow for familiarity. Some businesses restrict that aspect. Cool to not see that gone. Otherwise don't put on that growing informational on a loop. Who wants to watch an informational without any words in a short loop for 30+ minutes?

You need something different on the TV. Plus you need a bigger selection to choose from. Kinda expensive too!

Not happy with the whole Florida medical cannibis law as compared to michigan where i have been a med. cannibis patient since 2010. With that being said I found the product to be extremely pure in concentration at trulieve and found the staff to be very friendly. I was also impressed to find my consultant Andrew to be surprisingly educated in the field of medical cannabis considering Florida to be in a state still in its medical marijuana infancy. All around I would strongly recommend trulieve lady lake with my years of experience in this field.

Great but wish you had one in Citrus County. I use the delivery service and it is terrific, but I'd love to get in to the dispensary and browse!

I was disappointed to find there was no privacy during discussions of product and uses as related to my needs. Another salesperson was working with another customer--standing next to me while I was trying to ask questions and discreetly share my needs. I am a medical patient and found the overall-granted, my first-experience quite disturbing.

Would also like to give the delivery men 5 stars also. Ben and KJ were very helpful.

The shop is bright and clean. Being a first time customer, Andrew was very informative and answered all questions.

This place is great! The staff is always a pleasure to work with and always do whatever they can to make sure you're getting the best experience. Love the new strain options as well! This company is always listening and on top of the latest industry policy changes and news.

Parking is hard to find. They where great with service and very help full.

This is a nice place but it seems they never have the products that I need!! There aren’t but a couple with a hundred or so miles from me so I am limited and it is frustrating

Friendly and helpful staff from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. From when they called my name walking through the door to main room BLAKE who was the staff member went over every question. BLAKE was very professional, courteous and had lots of time to give me without rushing at all. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
