Trulieve - Key West

I just returned home from a great shopping experience with Nick in Key West. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that are offered. I love Trulieve and ALWAYS have a pleasant experience when I shop there.

Great store! Very fast! Not a long wait! Very knowledgeable employees. Zach and Michael were excellent and very helpful!

They should just close. They never had good service The delivery service SUCKS. I’m just not ever going back. That’s my thought.

I visited last week for the first time in a while and Jacki took some extra time explaining the new products to me and was very nice and super helpful regarding my questions. She explained the discounts on trupods that day to me which I was happy to take advantage of. Never a bad day visiting Trulieve Key West from the middle keys!

I was there right after the Thanksgiving holiday and didn't expect to see a lot of choices. I was pleasantly surprised. My budtender was Susanna, and they really do a thorough job training their staff. Every time I go they answer my questions, and never make me feel foolish. We all have to learn. This time, I was able to buy new items for myself. She helped guide me in the process of using my new meds. It really is an enjoyable experience. Please open more stores.

I loved everything about my visit! Mainly my server Vic, he was absolutely fantastic! He took his time to explain the difference between Rosin and Shatter and was extremely knowledgeable. He also helped me pick the correct flower for my needs. Don't be shy, if you need knowledge just ask, they're there to help you find the best products for your needs.

Visited Trulieve for the first time yesterday, the whole staff was absolutely fantastic, Michael and Anthony were so helpful they walked me through everything step by step and made me feel comfortable and totally informed. 100% going back and would highly recommend

This was my first dispensary experience and it was amazing. The building is clean and is staff is friendly and professional. It’s easy to find right down on the heart of Duval. Sometimes it’s hard to snag minis but there is always a wide selection of products. It’s a guarantee that you will something that appeals to you! I have been to this location several times since my first visit in the summer and the staff are always helpful. Shakira, Davis, and Zach have always gone above and beyond on each of my visits. It’s nice to shop and feel at home - this place doesn’t have the rigid atmosphere of other locations. Can’t wait for minis Monday!

Key West’s Truelieve I receive my products via delivery. The Folks from Key West are really great!! Right from the moment they arrived! Friendly, Positive and, Helpful! I had questions about the TruClear I’d ordered. They both gave me good tips on how to make it easier to use and dose. This is the third time I met Darren And first time for Vic. I feel like I am getting to visit old friends! Really enjoying the wonderful experience and, looking forward to future tips and ideas on how to’s for truelieve products! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Also the company is so great with customer service! Above and beyond! Happy here in the Key’s 🌞☺️❣️

Even in light of the COVID-19 shutdown, service at Trulieve was great. Thorough and respective of personal space. And reasonable prices. I was helped by Amy and Jinny.

I was approved for medical marijuana due to my autoimmune disease, therefore I was very uncomfortable during my most recent visit because a staff person was not wearing her facial covering correctly and they allowed a person to sit in the waiting room with no mask. So I ordered delivery for the next time and the delivery person came to my door with no mask! Products are great and staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable but i do not feel safe being exposed to people who aren’t protecting me by wearing a facial covering.

I had an issue with a product, but Andrew was able to switch out my items and give me an overall good experience. Always great service very clean. Thanks Andrew!

First time at Trulieve in Key West located at 400 Duval Street. Today was their grand opening so they were offering 25% off! What a wonderful experience - highly recommend this dispensary! Shout out to DEAN for helping me out today! The space is beautiful and clean and modern. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I am a newbie and had a lot of questions which Dean was very happy to answer all of them. Dean was knowledgeable, reassuring and gave me some great guidance towards products that will work for me. I appreciate the high level of customer service I received, the patience that both Anthony and Dean had when I asked questions and asked them to repeat things as well. I am grateful for their idea to keep a journal so I can continue to experiment and try out which products work best for me. I forgot it was cash only, but they happily held my order and quickly processed me once I returned. There is an app you can use too which takes a few days to set up so you can pay without cash (I'll set this up for next time). Overall great happy experience, knowledgeable & professional staff, unique products, plenty of materials to help educate yourself, a clean and modern and beautiful space, great central location in Old Town Key West, and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Trulieve team & especially Dean!

Great people and relaxing atmosphere, very knowledgeable. I had Kyle assist me and was super helpful. Manager also stepped in to help replace a puffco that had failed and treated me really good, hooked me up.

Staff has entered my incorrect information twice, resulting in embarrassment without an apology or solution. This location has wasted my time and exhibited unprofessional behavior, as the cashier wouldn’t explain to me what the issue was until a manager assisted her.

Very informative. Dean and Zach made me feel very comfortable. I am a difficult person who knows it all, but Dean and Zach recognized that and treated me nicely. The manager that you brought from Dadeland is a great guy.

I've been a regular customer at trulieve since I first got my med card, the people in the lobby are super kind and welcoming aswell good conversations for when you're wait and the service and cooperation from the budtenders is outstanding (S.O Davis ,Michael ,Jose Nitsi,Andy and Annie) you guys rock and if I missed anyone they rock too🤟🏼. there's also a wide selection of great products no matter what the problem is they got it. from there entensive knowledge on terpenes and specific cannabinoids, to the quality of the product ,whatever it be. I have anxiety and bipolar depression but I dont believe pharmaceutical medication for it never worked for me and only made things worse. for my anxiety I was recommended indica dominant strains, and for my bipolar depression I was encouraged to try pure hybrids. This knowledge has drastically changed and improved my life and am grateful for that.

I visited about a week or so ago and was served by "Davis". He was extremely knowledgeable on the store's products and took the time to kindly explain to me the differences. The rest of the staff was equally caring and attentive. Trulieve is easily the best dispenserary in Key West, I just hope they end up getting more products to choose from because they tend to run out somewhat quickly.

It's always enjoyable to visit this dispensary. All of the staff helps me make the decisions I need to choose the product that's best for me and my condition. When I go in and ask for something specific, the staff will search the entire store to find what I need, and when I leave, I feel like I left a friend's house instead of a business. Between the quality of the product and the staff's professionalism and friendliness, I truly enjoy going to get the medicine I need to help manage my condition. Trulieve and their product has been a Godsend for my illness, as I've noticed I feel a little better every day. I give Trulieve, their products, and their staff the credit for that improvement totally. Thanks Trulieve!

First time at Trulieve & I will never go anywhere else! As soon as you walk in your greeted & given a warm smile by the woman in the front (didn’t get her name sorry). Very quick, not a long wait & the staff is amazing! I was helped by Amy & she was super sweet! Very knowledgeable of the products & loves to help! I went to pick up a first time order & the whole process was easy even for my first time, Amy even helped me change & add some things that were better for me. I ended up walking out with a bunch of stuff at a great price. Highly recommended, thank you Alexander the GM for having such an amazing & sweet team at Trulieve on Duval St. Check them out!

Best dispensary on the island. Great selection of products. They have been open for 3 days and I’ve been there 3 days in a row lol.
