Trulieve - Key West

I just returned home from a great shopping experience with Nick in Key West. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that are offered. I love Trulieve and ALWAYS have a pleasant experience when I shop there.

I visited last week for the first time in a while and Jacki took some extra time explaining the new products to me and was very nice and super helpful regarding my questions. She explained the discounts on trupods that day to me which I was happy to take advantage of. Never a bad day visiting Trulieve Key West from the middle keys!

Brutal service, they took my ID card and never returned it. They found it then never called to tell me they still had it. When I called I was promised it would be mailed the next day st the latest. I phone back 4 days later it's still in yheir safe and they can seem to afford a stamp the supervisor told me. Then it's "were too busy" apparently they're to busy yo fix their screw up. If you spend they'll serve you but once you left them your money you then become scum under their shoes. The management is brutal, their customer help line is a complete joke. And they are a bunch of lying scum. I will continue to post negative reviews until my ID card is returned. You are the absolute worst customer service in the industry. Multi million dollar company and can't afford stamps. Is that a pure lie or what. Plus the whole place stunk of bad garlic breath! STAY AWAY. GO TO SUNBURN, LESS MONEY MORE SERVICE.. JUST DOWN THE STREET.

They should just close. They never had good service The delivery service SUCKS. I’m just not ever going back. That’s my thought.

Living in the Middle Keys it's difficult to find the right medication. Trulieve always has your back. Killer staff, Alex Rodriguez was my tender today and as always right on point. SOLID!

I feel the location and staff are phenomenal ! I leave satisfied and with a smile every time. yeah more flower choices would be wonderful but i truly have no complaints ! 💯it

I visited this location today. I had this person Annie mayo,who took care of my order. Was very very informative, very pleasant, showed me a lot of things that I didn’t know. I thought I did now. I would recommend this place to anybody. I mean it’s such a great atmosphere, when you go in the people are so pleasant it is just a lot of fun. Go there check them out, have a good time thank you

Location is fine ,it’s the absolute phenomenal, intuitive ,insightful and informative crew that has been established I have to say Michael and Simona aren’t just employees their absolutely like family to me ... Davis helped me today and he’s definitely learning from the BEST!!!

I like the privacy as well as the Bud Tenders. Brian was super knowledgeable and friendly. Finally have a good dispensary. I would like to see a %20 discount for Vets like some of their competition offers. Really only complaint

I loved everything about my visit! Mainly my server Vic, he was absolutely fantastic! He took his time to explain the difference between Rosin and Shatter and was extremely knowledgeable. He also helped me pick the correct flower for my needs. Don't be shy, if you need knowledge just ask, they're there to help you find the best products for your needs.

Best dispensary on the island. Great selection of products. They have been open for 3 days and I’ve been there 3 days in a row lol.

Very informative. Dean and Zach made me feel very comfortable. I am a difficult person who knows it all, but Dean and Zach recognized that and treated me nicely. The manager that you brought from Dadeland is a great guy.

Key West’s Truelieve I receive my products via delivery. The Folks from Key West are really great!! Right from the moment they arrived! Friendly, Positive and, Helpful! I had questions about the TruClear I’d ordered. They both gave me good tips on how to make it easier to use and dose. This is the third time I met Darren And first time for Vic. I feel like I am getting to visit old friends! Really enjoying the wonderful experience and, looking forward to future tips and ideas on how to’s for truelieve products! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Also the company is so great with customer service! Above and beyond! Happy here in the Key’s 🌞☺️❣️

I've been a regular customer at trulieve since I first got my med card, the people in the lobby are super kind and welcoming aswell good conversations for when you're wait and the service and cooperation from the budtenders is outstanding (S.O Davis ,Michael ,Jose Nitsi,Andy and Annie) you guys rock and if I missed anyone they rock too🤟🏼. there's also a wide selection of great products no matter what the problem is they got it. from there entensive knowledge on terpenes and specific cannabinoids, to the quality of the product ,whatever it be. I have anxiety and bipolar depression but I dont believe pharmaceutical medication for it never worked for me and only made things worse. for my anxiety I was recommended indica dominant strains, and for my bipolar depression I was encouraged to try pure hybrids. This knowledge has drastically changed and improved my life and am grateful for that.

It's always enjoyable to visit this dispensary. All of the staff helps me make the decisions I need to choose the product that's best for me and my condition. When I go in and ask for something specific, the staff will search the entire store to find what I need, and when I leave, I feel like I left a friend's house instead of a business. Between the quality of the product and the staff's professionalism and friendliness, I truly enjoy going to get the medicine I need to help manage my condition. Trulieve and their product has been a Godsend for my illness, as I've noticed I feel a little better every day. I give Trulieve, their products, and their staff the credit for that improvement totally. Thanks Trulieve!

Staff has entered my incorrect information twice, resulting in embarrassment without an apology or solution. This location has wasted my time and exhibited unprofessional behavior, as the cashier wouldn’t explain to me what the issue was until a manager assisted her.

Visited my local Trulieve store in Key West today. Upon arrival I was checked in right away and called back to pick up my online order(s). I was greeted by Cody who reviewed my order(s) with me and answered a few questions regarding a few other products. He was very professional, friendly,and knowledgeable.

This was my first dispensary experience and it was amazing. The building is clean and is staff is friendly and professional. It’s easy to find right down on the heart of Duval. Sometimes it’s hard to snag minis but there is always a wide selection of products. It’s a guarantee that you will something that appeals to you! I have been to this location several times since my first visit in the summer and the staff are always helpful. Shakira, Davis, and Zach have always gone above and beyond on each of my visits. It’s nice to shop and feel at home - this place doesn’t have the rigid atmosphere of other locations. Can’t wait for minis Monday!

I was in yesterday to grab some flower & rosin, and Nick was my rep. He was really helpful & his product knowledge was second to none. It's not the first time I ended up at Nicks station, and he has ALWAYS been very helpful. Trulieve is lucky to have him there.
