Trulieve - Vero Beach

I got a delivery on 03/16/2019 and the guy on the phone helped me find what exactly I wanted . he was nice and took extra time helping me even as they were slamed.i heard everyone in background. awesome product also 1 day wait on a delivery. and pleasant all the way smooth. there's a Reason for all the 5 star ratings for trulieve! hope it helps someone ,mike

i went from a "trueliever" to a "are they still in business ?'" this morning was the final straw-bannana kush- checked at the "appropriate time"-out of stock. last 2 months every time they claim -the web site-a FLOWER strain i want- even though i check at the 2 "best time to check" as i was told by trulieve staff- IT -THE FLOWER IS NEVER IN STOCK FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS ! what happened trulieve ? you WERE my " go to " store. now i have to refer to you as the " oh, look at the pretty EMPTY FLOWER CONTAINERS NOT IN STOCK FOR DELIVERY....OR PICKUP STORE" terrible. absolutely dismal. stocking of flower is so bad i dont know why i bother checking twice a day any more...no, if the flower strains i want that trulieve JUST FRESHLY POST EMPTY CONTAINERS OF ON THEIR WEB SITE-being out of stock-it seems permanently-is NOT going to inspire me to buy something else from you instead. but it WILL inspire me to buy my medicinal flower "elsewhere"..are ALL the trulieve stores like this now ? or only the VERO store ? oh well, from the NOT IN STOCK FOR DELIVERY or pickup on whole flower for the LAST 2 MONTHS FROM THE VERO STORE, i guess all i can say is "here lies trulieve- rest in peace" maybe one day they will come back to life again, but after 2 months of OUT OF STOCK every time i click on a flower strain empty container-since it appears there is no actual flower IN those containers, i am forced to rate 1 star..down from 5 stars. if they-the VERO store ever come back to life with whole flower-something actually IN the flower containers online, then i will change my rating and review, until then. zero stars. and why oh why - and they are not in stock either -so they must be empty "vape cups" as well- are trulieve sticking our flower back into those vape cups ! this is a step BACKWARDS , not forwards. not that it matters. when i click on a flower strain i want that is in those vape cups, that is not in stock either !

Great staff, answering all questions. Parking is at a premium

It is nice to have a location a little closer and with less traffic. The staff is amazing like all of the other Trulieve dispensaries I have visited. Can't wait until the supply can meet the demand. Growing pains stink! I would love to see the Durban Poison in the Truclear syringe. I also like the older syringes much better. I could attach a blunt needle and refill my cartridges. Vero will be my go to until something opens up just a tad further north.

I’ve never been to the store but willl be picking up for the first time !! Recently I had them deliver - there was a problem and they cleared it up the very next day to my satisfactions. They are honest and willing to admit mistakes - rare in this state of economy where everyone is out for a buck...

I fully appreciated the help I sorely needed from Brandon. Excellent info and given in a polite manner. As an old fart, courtesy matters.

Would be nice if their security guard would not try to push his pathetic conservative political agenda on the people who go there.

What a fantastic place! I am more than pleased with the CS, in particular Amy and Robyn are great. As a Parkinson's patient, I have been given excellent supervision as a patient and after narrowing down the strains have become 95% symptom free. Once again, thanks Amy and Robyn at Trulieve, Vero Beach, Florida.

Even though some products are hard to get, the customer service and knowledge is unequaled. Product that you get is always of excellent quality. My only complaint is the distance I have to drive from my house.

I love this store especially Amber Chelsea and all the others have been knowledgeable about stock always so friendly but please get the stock in that we need the stock they have is usually really good but we don't want to have to go to another dispensary and I know that you don't want that

I've been to knox, curaleaf, and now Trulieve. I have to say Trulieve is by far the best dispensary Ive been to. I'm super excited they are opening in boynton and west palm. The quality of the products I got are top notch. I got gorilla glue #4, 9lb hammer, and Pineapple Express vape cartridges. The reason they don't get 5 stars is due to not having flower but that's only because the state hasn't allowed it yet and not really their fault. As soon as I see whole flower available in the dispensary it will get 5 stars.

If you have a problem it depends on whom you speak to and it doesn’t seem consistent

The last two times I have visited here Amber C has helped me check out. She is quick, knowledgeable, and is awesome at customer service!! I have had no issues with products, or returning products that did not suit me. Highly recommend!

Every representative there steps up their client service. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient (with new members like me). Benjamin was terrific!! Thanks for all of your help and looking forward to returning soon
