Trulieve - Vero Beach

the products are trash the staff is rude rude. and I feel like I was treated unfairly. like maybe if I was an older person they would have tried me the way they did. It is also extremely inconvenient and inconsistent with product availability. They simply cannot uphold reliability on distribution of clean meds . It's makes me wanna buy off the streets frankly.

I stopped by the Vero Beach location and picked up some SkywalkerOG at 24.3%THC. The security guards and staff are always very friendly. These buds were dense and sticky, they broke apart in little gooey balls. The scent of dank pine trees filled the room. I rolled a joint and sat in my lazy boy. My 18 pound cat Jackson who is my side kick, sat in the recliner next to me. With each inhale I feel my body melting into the chair eventually becoming numb. Fat cat Jackson stares intently waiting for me to give him more treats. After awhile I find the strength to make a small snack, 3 hot hogs, 1 hamburger, 1 bowl of pop corn, 3 bags of gummy bears, 4 hershey's chocolate bars and a 1/2 gal of sweet tea. I awoke in the middle of the night holding half a candy bar on my chest. My chin was covered with chocolate, my sheets and bed looked like they had been in a horror movie with chocolate milk instead of blood. I thought what happened here? What comes next? The half joint in the ash tray kept calling to me saying things like "You deserve a break Mac!" and "I'll be around when you need me!. I medicated with the half of joint and fell back into oblivion. Trulieves SkywalkerOG is some of the dankest flower I've had in the medical program so far. This strain grown and cured perfectly by Trulieve is worth the top tier price! Thank U Trulieve!

Very friendly staff! I have my favorites among the staff already. (Jimmy & Melissa) But honestly I’m happy with anyone I get because you can tell they love there jobs. Also, Even if the line looks super long it moves along steady. But most importantly when it’s my turn I don’t feel rushed! I enjoy talking to others waiting it’s a community thing. No hushed conversations about what you’re using it’s great!

So for a second visit and because of the night and day difference especially when you don’t show up in the morning it’s a vastly shorter wait staff wasn’t rushed they had what I came for and the second time visit discount was definitely worth the trip I’m giving a new review and giving 5 stars don’t show up in the am trust this review 2 hr wait in am 15-20 min after 3 pm probuduct very good especially vapes top shelf

the staff are vary friendly and knowledgeable however the flower that i went for they where all out like they always are need to do way better ordering stock most people like flower and like to smoke and its not just this place its all over these places need to order way more flower then they do i travel from okeechobee to this location its over an hour drive to find out theres no flower

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER....and no one cares. Placed online order at 11 a.m., sitting here at 5:30 now and told my order did not go thru, so sorry! Get to the back of the line. Hope there is something left when I get in. Of course it will be more expensive, lol. Really really poor service

This place is great! I just wish there wasn't always such a wait... also, I wish they could keep things stocked longer! They do a good job keeping up though and they have awesome customer service, a knowledgeableand and patient staff, a safe an friendly atmosphere, and great product ✌💚🧘‍♀️😁🤘 plus reliable and flexible deliveries!

Love this company over the other two or three I’ve tried in FL. I hate that flower is tough to get legally, but at least we are finally here. This place has the best and wisest variety of strains in FL hands down.

Trulieve is the best dispensary in the state. Prices are in line with others.The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are an experienced patient or a completely new, they are there too help. The difference makers are the products and the variety of offerings. From concentrates, to vapes, cbd, or thc. They provide the most delivery options for your medication. Ordering online is easy and super efficient. I know they have delivery as they all do, but I have not used the service.

I have never had issue with trulieve... with one exception the Vero store needs to extend their Saturday hours. The fact you guys are only open for 3 hours makes it extremely inconvenient for anyone traveling who cannot make it on a weekday! I live in Port St Lucie and will drive to your Boynton store on a Saturday just off the principle that they will be open!

I like the store and most employees are helpful and friendly. But they never have flower inventory, I keep checking online and they don’t have what I use sativa-green crack flower, hybrids...

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Busy on days that they run specials, but otherwise in and out in a few minutes with pickup orders. If you need assistance they always have the staff to help, just ask!

The store is small but the employees are so friendly and helpful. The front desk guys were cracking jokes, it made me feel very comfortable. Melissa helped me and she answered all of my questions. She offered her help anytime I needed it. I appreciate all the help!

i always have an awesome experience there.. everyone including security is always great. its always a nice atmosphere. and tony and nia on my last purchase was amazing as always. i love the variety of the different strains and how much they educate you. i am a #VeroTruliever. everyone there is great. anthony and harrold make it a great time while we sit and wait to be called back. i love the #TruFlower #FreeTheFlower also i love being able to order online and pick it up whenever i go that way.

My visit to Trulieve Vero Beach was very positive. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I made my purchase with Tony. He answered all my questions and explained to me how the different products worked. This was my very first visit. With the great results I am already experiencing I feel I was able to make good purchase decisions by Tony being polite, knowledgeable and having the patience to reiterate some of the same answers many times.
