Trulieve - Stuart

My first time in Trulieve was in the new Stuart location. I was greeted with a smile and and offered a bottle of water while I waited. Once I went into the “area” I was greeted by Deranda and Zillenia (I am so sorry if I botched the spelling) both with big smiles and ready to be helpful. Offered me the amazing first time customer discount and were right on top of handling any questions that I had. I was in Trulieve for the second time just earlier today and once again, the same exact perfect service. Once into the “area”, again I was greeted with a huge smile and I had the absolute pleasure of having Deranda help me again. She was Uber polite and had got me exactly what I needed and made another perfect transaction happen. A+ worker and A+ establishment.

Great place to shop with friendly social staff as you enter. The wait to shop is minimal compared to other dispensaries I have visited. The staff is knowledgeable and show a sincere willingness to make sure your visit was successful and rewarding. Product availability and variety are above the other dispensaries I have visited. Pricing is comparable to others. A shout out to Jenn, Trisha, Shannon, and Stacey for their assistance in my latest visit. You Guys Rock! So glad to have you here in Stuart.

What a beautiful store. It's nice, big, open and not like WPB where you feel everyone is sitting on top of you! They had all the products I needed and fast, friendly service.

This location is great! It’s not too busy like the others. Trisha was the best very good at recommending products and will leave you smiling

Everyone was so friendly and courteous…may not sound like a big deal but these days, it is so uplifting to be greeted with a big smile and a very happy hello.

I’m so happy they opened the Stuart store. Prior to that I had to travel to Vero Beach. Many other dispensaries have opened locally, but none compare to Trulieve for product and selection so it was always worth the trip. I had surgery recently & can’t drive ,so I had to use their delivery service. Chris is awesome! He makes you feel like family. My only suggestions are to improve the “on hold” time to place an order & for deliveries sooner than 3 days.

Mike M was a HUGE help with selection and information. Trulieve has been my go-to for all of my cannabis needs. I have found they are the most consistent, have the best products, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommend, so see Mike M at the Stuart location... he's the best!

Miss Trisha and Marie are some of the nicest staff around! And miss Latoya the security guard has a funny and charming personality to her that makes feel comfortable and safe.

I was told this was “the place to go” except when I finally got there, they were out of pretty much everything I was looking for. Definitely not worth the 20 minute drive.

Kristen really knows her products she's quick and friendly always happy to see me. She's my favorite. The flower is always so beautiful and good,prices are good too. I love Mondays and Thursdays specials❤Truelieve has the best flower around.

It us always a pleasant experience when I shop at Trulieve. Today Kristin waited on me. She is very knowledgeable about all the products. Happy and makes it a positive time.

Even though I considered Trulieve one of the most consistent dispensaries in my area, one thing bother me ever since I started shopping there. Trulieve play with the flower content/percentages for marketing purposes. This marketing practice goes completely against the principle of medicinal purpose cannabis in the state of Florida. When was the last time you pick up a prescription at Walgreens, to find out what they sold you did not have the claimed dosage? Pretty much NEVER! Just yesterday, I placed an order for Pineapple Upside-down Cake flower that was been advertised with 32% THC content. When I went to pick it up, I was asked: "What percentage THC you thought this strain have (Pineapple Upside-down Cake)?" When I answered over 30%, I was told: "Oh no it's 17%, we got the wrong batch, we did not get the batch that is 32%." This is not only deceptive, but a flat out lie and a misleading marketing practice. Well, guess what is in the menu again today? You are right, it's still advertised at 32% this morning. That kind of mistake should be corrected on the spot, especially when you are dealing with MEDICINE that will make or break someone's day and will affect their health. Any traditional Pharma dispensary would have to cough "mucho" cash if they pull a trick like this one. Meanwhile real cannabis patients suffer the consequences of unscrupulous companies like Trulieve.

It’s too bad that their customer service is not even close to their product. I arranged for a delivery that was confirmed for today, July 26th. I decided to call Trulieve’s customer service. After making two calls with long wait times I finally got someone. She informed me they arbitrarily changed my delivery date to the 29th. It just happens to be needed medication. If I hadn’t called Trulieve for an update I would never have known. I canceled the order and intend to never set foot in a Trulieve dispensary again!!!

Kristin was great. Knows the product well. Just tell her what you want and she’ll give you a few options. Went back tonight for the 2nd time and she happened to be the one that helped me. As before, very helpful.

Great flower & service

I love Trulieve. I've had 2 deliveries now from Trulieve - Stuart. The products are awesome. Delivery is quick. The people are very friendly and helpful. Don is great and the driver (I'm forgetful with names) is the sweetest lady. I will be using Trulieve and this delivery service from now on. They are the best in my opinion.

This is a beautiful dispensary. Everyone was so friendly. My consultant Allie was wonderful! It was a great experience. 4 stars for Trulieve Stuart! This is definitely my new dispensary.

I got skipped by 10 people because I wanted curbside versus wearing a mask, liberal twits at the counter using thier only power to exact covid revenge.

customer service from kristen and sierra was outstanding as well as all the front end staff kind,polite and friendly plus a wide selection of products is home base for me thank you.

Love the products here. The staff are always very nice and welcoming. The website for this company always gives me issues. It rarely works and is very inaccurate to matching the products they actually carry in store. If they had a nicely working website would give 5 stars all around.

After shopping here today, I became a really big fan of Trulieve. The atmosphere was amazing, and all associates were very nice and attentive! The associate that dealt with me was named Travis. This is what really made the experience for me. Travis showed me a perfect strain for the problems I was having. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place to anyone! 10/10.
