The employees loudly talk shit about each other. I could clearly hear which supervisor is banging what employee. Clearly that's a violation of any work place dynamic. Its clear that the leadership doesn't give a damn about anything. In the midst of an ongoing pandemic, you have an employee Kristen that rips people phone out of their hands to create her own review. That has to be the rudest thing I have ever witness. NEVER going back, ill make the extra drive to PSL or even FTP over stuart location any day. Dont trust the reviews with Kristen in them, she more than likely wrote it herself.

Today I received the dreadful call that my order was out of stock . I was helped by a young lady T. She was absolutely amazing I was disappointed but she uplifted the situation replaced my items with better quality flower and gummies . She had me laughing and not even caring about the mishap. Thank you T

Ordered ground Flower Friday 11/27/20 at 8:38 AM. It was on the website and I have my confirmation number. Emailed, called, waited on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever answered. Got a call on Saturday at noon that they sold out and didn't offer me anything else. Horrible customer service,. Will not return. I don't care how cheap their products are. Horrible customer service.

I had a problem with one of my true pods so I went to see Ryan Coles; within minutes I was all taken care of... no questions asked!! I love their products and their service and their atmosphere! I drive past four different dispensaries to get to Trulieve Stuart.

I went in today to the Stuart office and had Brandon as my person. Brandon was very friendly very comfortable very knowledgeable and had me laughing. I will be coming back because of the friendliest and Brandon!!

I love trulieve been to many locations but you guys are seriously struggling to fulfill orders in a timely manner due to social distancing. If I order 2 8ths at 11am there is zero reason that that should not be ready for pick up by 6am. Also your online ordering process is horrible as it does not filter the inventory to your pick up store you have to click through every bit of the menu and it is extremely time consuming and difficult to find what you want then you call the store directly and they text you thanks for your order with no confirmation number and say wait for a call back for pick up appointment when I specifically asked when I placed the order if it would be ready today and was told oh yeah no problem now it is 2 hours from your closing time o am already home from work and still waiting on a call... Your pick up process is broken just update your inventory per store here on good ol leafly and set up leafly pick up always works beautiful at other vendors. Seriously frustrating in these already inconvient times. I love your products and normally your service but you can't tell me you are fulfilling orders as they coming and you pull and bag 2 8ths in a 7 hour time period?!?!? It's very clear you are processing your high dollar orders first not everyone has hundreds to spend on medicine and shouldn't have to wait extra long because of it.... Terrible service since pick up only came into play....

I just had a delivery from trulieve. Johnathan T. Was a rockstar. Called me and gave an accurate time of arrival. His customer service was excellent and delivery was made with a smile. Thank you trulieve .

PCB X Animal Cookies is amazing. Finally a heavier hitting indica. FL needs to continue to grow more quality strains like this and keep the costs down.

Even though I considered Trulieve one of the most consistent dispensaries in my area, one thing bother me ever since I started shopping there. Trulieve play with the flower content/percentages for marketing purposes. This marketing practice goes completely against the principle of medicinal purpose cannabis in the state of Florida. When was the last time you pick up a prescription at Walgreens, to find out what they sold you did not have the claimed dosage? Pretty much NEVER! Just yesterday, I placed an order for Pineapple Upside-down Cake flower that was been advertised with 32% THC content. When I went to pick it up, I was asked: "What percentage THC you thought this strain have (Pineapple Upside-down Cake)?" When I answered over 30%, I was told: "Oh no it's 17%, we got the wrong batch, we did not get the batch that is 32%." This is not only deceptive, but a flat out lie and a misleading marketing practice. Well, guess what is in the menu again today? You are right, it's still advertised at 32% this morning. That kind of mistake should be corrected on the spot, especially when you are dealing with MEDICINE that will make or break someone's day and will affect their health. Any traditional Pharma dispensary would have to cough "mucho" cash if they pull a trick like this one. Meanwhile real cannabis patients suffer the consequences of unscrupulous companies like Trulieve.

Kristin was so helpful. She knew the product and was able to help with medical advise. I will be back!

It’s too bad that their customer service is not even close to their product. I arranged for a delivery that was confirmed for today, July 26th. I decided to call Trulieve’s customer service. After making two calls with long wait times I finally got someone. She informed me they arbitrarily changed my delivery date to the 29th. It just happens to be needed medication. If I hadn’t called Trulieve for an update I would never have known. I canceled the order and intend to never set foot in a Trulieve dispensary again!!!
