Trulieve - New Port Richey

Their quality control needs drastic improvement. I bought an 8th of gorilla grapes for $53 and an 8th of 9 pound hammer "minis" for $27. The 9 pound hammer "minis" were bigger than the buds of the gorilla grapes. This is the second time I 'over paid' for a product. The first I was pretty much ripped off. That time I purchased an 8th of banana kush for $53 and it was all leaves, no buds, literally. I live over an hour away plus tolls, so i wasn't returning and making it into a 4 hour excursion, and why would they believe me anyway? Service is always great, i will add. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The people at this location are wonderful Have actually been there twice Wanted to wait to see if service was consistent and it was Great service Only wish it was closer to my home

I had to make sure I give my first review ever on here to Bri. I am constantly learning new stuff from her every time I go in there. I also want to call out Justin he always makes sure if they don’t got my favorite strain he gets me the next best thing thanks man. Make sure these are your med tenders whenever you get a chance they will make the day so much better

Cydnee was extremely knowledgeable, excited to help, and was able to resolve my confusion on pricing. She was able to get me a 35% discount and I left. Happy customer. She has helped me twice now and each time has been outstanding! Go Cydnee!

The waiting areas are uninviting being overwatched by an armed guard. The tip jars on the counters have to go out off place and unprofessional. I can't recall seeing a tip jar at the pharmacy counter at Walgreens. Decent product quality. Over priced on everything except their concentrates. My advice would be to go there in person the online ordering is a joke at best take my word and the word of others on here it's not worth the frustration. Trulieve is truly the Walmart of medical cannabis.

Worst place yet.....placed express order...got text - it's ready....went there, checked in.....but they couldn't find the order....had to wait 10 mins as a walk in, ok.......got my order after 20 mins or so, but place was noisy chaotic - not organized.....1st/last visit.

The Staff are the best ! Every person knows the products and what they are used for . They give discounts often and give points for purchasing with 10% off with every 500 points. They add up faster than you think ! Easy to get to on South Bound side US 19 , quick right after traffic light ! Highy Recommended I personally have been going to Trulieve since they opened in N.P.R. before that Clearwater . Best Products for price.

Went on a Tuesday and was surprised how fast I got served. My true host (Nicole F.) was very helpful. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable about Cannabis and had great customer skills for a younger person. I'm usually a critical boomer but not today.

I'm a 69yr. widow that has a fear of anything new , especially walking into a Cannabis dispensary totally clueless. To my surprise it turned out to be my best day in years. The best part was my experience shopping with Ryan Nix! Ryan is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient .... even with a 69 yr. old lady's that talk too much! Took online order. Did not check orders after 4 hours they put me to end of the line. When I complained manager stated he didn't need to serve me. Great way to treat a disabled veteran.
