Trulieve - New Port Richey

Website says they'll call I'd the don't have the product you ordered online. It's a lie. I've driven from Springhill to New Port Richey 4 times with my order never being filled. I've been turned away with leaking carts. I've waited for hours while online orders go first. I've paid for things thrown into my bag I didn't want. They display all the signs of a company that just wants your money. Just go to any other dispensary and ask the customers about Trulieve. People have a visceral hate for Trulieve.

Personally this isn’t my favorite location, I use this as a ‘go-to’ when my favorite locations are out of stock or I’m in the general area. They’re fairly quick about getting you through the door but order efficiency isn’t there. I’ve been to this location a few times and mostly every time my order is wrong and they absolutely never label any of my products (I do that myself in my vehicle before leaving their parking lot) which is super sketchy but that’s for those that actually do care about that. Staff is mostly friendly, there are some that could literally careless and give off that vibe to clients/patients. I’ve had multiple snide attitudes from employees at this location and for those reasons I would only recommend this location if you’re already in this area or your favorite others are out. But this is just my experience...

This was my first purchase and I was very nervous 😬. The staff explained every step of the process; I immediately felt at ease and was able to ask lots of questions. The staff was very knowledgeable. I learned so much while I was there and will definitely return.

I just recently got my Med card. Since then I have tried a handful of places. Hands down Truelieve has been the best quality. The flower is fresh amd not to dried out. Plus I love mini mondays and the preground flower. My only complaints is they need to build one in Hernando county or expand in NPR area. It gets really crowded ,especially the parking area.

Absolutely the worst experience in the medical marijuana industry. If you like waiting an hour for your online order just for them to tell you it's not been filled because they are out of product, This has happened three times. I have been dispensed incorrectly three times here the only place in over two years to do this. The employees except for James absolutely suck. I drive by here now to go to Palm Harbor where the dispensaries are correctly run. Boo to Trulive!

For one, it is closer to where I live and two, the waiting lobby area is great, with the seating and the customer service has a smile and does not make you feel you have to rush.

Online pickup is needed, with a wider variety of products offered. Safe, clean atmosphere.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I love that you can order online and pick it up in store. Great product, great staff, beautiful environment.

i dislike my online orders being ignored when i place them early morning hrs.I get the confirmation but....8 hrs.later,...order cant be filled :( If I show up as a walk in after online order confirmed,the wait is very long and most uncomfortable vibe from rude employees that dont give a s..t. 1 year experience with this location and i give it a 2 thumbs down.Drive another 20 miles for a great experience at the Clearwater,Pinellas county location.Re-train NPR store to get it together!

My first experience with Trulieve dispensary in New Port Richey was very stressful. I normally go to a different dispensary closer to my home, but it was closed due to the holiday. Upon entry into the facility, I was immediately confronted by a very young person with a tablet requesting my card. Note, I did not say greeted, because the person did not identify themselves, I handed her my card and she reviewed the card and said their was a 10 minute wait. She walked away with the card and after 10 minutes another young woman called my last name and came over to my chair. She asked for my drivers license and after reviewing, stated that my medical card had been altered. I told her that I trimmed the border of the card on the sides so it would fit in my wallet. She stated that the DOH does not allow for any alteration of the card. I told her that in no way was the image of the card altered and that is their a regulation on exact size of the card? She became agitated and repeated herself. I asked her if she was refusing the card and she did not respond. I told her to give me back my card and she did not respond. I asked her if she was refusing to give me my card back and she said no and told me it would be about another ten minutes. During my second wait, a number of other people that came after me were being called up and then some people that just walked in were allowed to go in. I knew this was wrong and I went up to the counter and asked for my card from the same person that accused me of altering my card. She stated that she already gave the person escorting people my card and about that time the escort came out and she asked him about my card. he said that he did not get the card. I again requested my card and she looked around and grabbed the card off the shelf and stated that it would be another 5 minutes even though their was no one in the lobby. I told her that I was not interested in waiting any longer and she looked at the escort and handed me my card. I am a service veteran that has held multiple security clearances and also a security license from Florida, so I understand about security, but this person was overzealous about trying to catch someone doing something wrong and clearly did not handle the circumstance correctly. This encounter was humiliating and very poor customer service. Would you do business with a place that has employees patronize their customers?

I highly recommend this location!! Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products for a large variety of medical issues. A well oiled machine. Waits for walk-ins are not too bad but I recommend ordering online...you walk right in! The environment is comfortable and welcoming. Come by even if you don't have a medical card...the folks in the lobby will be able give you information on the application process.

I've tried calling customer service three times about getting my money that is in credit sent to me. I ordered my medicine online. The first time I went to pick up my order they didn't tell me and gave me 2 of the other medicine I had ordered, and that is why I have credit. The second time I ordered, I am told they do not have it in stock, even though it allowed me to order it and they can not give me cash for my credit. Third time, they over charged me and never used my credit. I will no longer be shopping with Trulieve due to never having my medicine in stock but allowing me to order it, thus spending my time, gas, and money. No one has contacted me back and I need my money back so I can get my medicine elsewhere. This is been going on for about a month now. UPDATE: I was told if I go and pick-up my money, which is in store credit, I can no longer shop at any Trulieve. I guess that's how they tried to make it right. They just lost a loyal customer.

I think the products are top notch and the staff very friendly and educated. They have never rushed me and have remedied any issue professionally. When they have sales, it is challenging to the staff as well as the patients regarding order line and walk ins. Glad minis online for order now, thankful for that. I not only recommend but am a continued patron. I do hope the lines can speed up. Hard for many to sit or stand long times but it’s understandable. Like the staff, security and patients.

Dirty, untrained staff. Twice i have seen managers so high they couldn't function. Many time i order in line 24 hours later order still not filled. I think the staff saves product for their friends.

I am absolutely new to this world but they sat down and talked to me about it. they helped me figure out what would be best to help manage my symptoms and helped me find discounts. they were so friendly, helpful, and kind when I was very overwhelmed by everything. I 10/10 recommend this dispensary to everyone they're amazing!

Honestly,both Trulieve locations I have been in have had such,comfortable atmosphere. I like this location, because I've had such amazing experiences every time I've been here. From my first time in a dispensary, trying to find what works best for my disability, and finding what works and fits me best has been a great experience, Thanks to Cashier Michael Lipka! He is freaking Awesome! And honestly everyone else I have dealt with in this location have been great as well. I would Highly Recommend this location to anyone,especially a New Patient due to thier helping atmosphere. The staff, Cashiers even down to the Security Guard is freaking Awesome. I drive from hernando county and it's a Pleasure to deal with this office. Yes,they get super busy! Hello that's what happens when ppl know things are all around going to be great when dealing with this location. So yes, I don't mind waiting 45mins on a busy day! Or just order online for pickup! I had a great experience every time I go to the newport richey location for trulieve. I especially had a great experience today with Kelly L. She was very knowledgeable on the products and services. She helped me in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of the respect and know how from this team member. Always a pleasurable experience. I am very grateful to be graced by such great people!

The people at this location are wonderful Have actually been there twice Wanted to wait to see if service was consistent and it was Great service Only wish it was closer to my home

Twice in less than a week this store, and this company has managed to make sure i can not get the product / deal that was offered by their poor service and inept attempt to roll out a new ordering system that is more than a little flawed!
