People are super friendly and helpful. Products are great quality, very wide selection of strains. Prices are best I have found since getting my card, absolutely love their deals and the fact they come out with them weekly. Location was perfect until I moved:/ but their deals are worth the drive every now and then, please expand to Bel Air!!!!! Only downside is it has a weird parking lot but they can’t really help that lol

I was sold a strain that had about 20% less the typical potency and it was never mentioned to me that it was less thc. Because I am a caregiver of a teen with autism and epilepsy, I rely on a specific dosage for efficacy. They refused to take it back or switch within an hour of purchase and suggested I call corporate. When I did, they instructed me that it was against company policy to refuse a product exchange because of potency discrepancy -- because it is medical, potency is crucial. It took me an hour, but I got them to do the exchange. The kid manager sucked.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! They advertise that they close at 9pm when it’s really 8pm. I drove over 45 minutes just to come to a closed facility. Complete waste of time. They lost a potential customer.

I've been to 4 places and I gotta say that My Farmacy is the best hands down. Everything about them and the staff makes me feel at home.

NO MORE STRAIN OF THE DAY!! I hope 🙏 this is going to be reinstated very soon. harvests flowers are great, but I am elderly disabled on a fixed income and can not afford the high prices, this will force me to have to go elsewhere, buy shake that will not work for me as well as harvest flowers. what a shame. I do not look forward to this, my pain will be through the roof. also the ounce deal 4 weeks ago needs to come back weekly. that was the sale ever!!

Classic bait and switch - their 2 days special was sold out within 4 hours without any texts saying they were out and before I left I attempted to call but no answer. Be aware of their marketing tactics.

The budtenders are very helpful during these difficult times. I misread an advertisement and the tender was so helpful and helped me correct my mistake. I wish I could remember his name.
