I was sold a strain that had about 20% less the typical potency and it was never mentioned to me that it was less thc. Because I am a caregiver of a teen with autism and epilepsy, I rely on a specific dosage for efficacy. They refused to take it back or switch within an hour of purchase and suggested I call corporate. When I did, they instructed me that it was against company policy to refuse a product exchange because of potency discrepancy -- because it is medical, potency is crucial. It took me an hour, but I got them to do the exchange. The kid manager sucked.
