Trulieve - Jacksonville Beach

This is my favorite Trulieve location even, though it is not the closest one to my home. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Natalie W!! The Jax Beach Trulieve also seems to have the best selection of products in our area.

I was lucky to have Rachel assist me and the more we chatted the more I learned. No pressure, extremely patient and guided me to the best products for my conditions. The staff has an incredible knowledge of all their products and seems to enjoy helping their customers. It was more like speaking with a friend, very relaxed atmosphere! I will definitely request Rachel next visit!

I am totally disturbed from the conversation with WENDY very rude ! Trulieve needs to evaluate its staff ! Angel was helpful and understanding. I had to drive almost 30 mins to receive this type of discrimination.

For a year and a half I went to Truliev mainly this location, the staff are amazing everytime I go in there I have great service and whoever is helping me always is very patient as I always ask a ton of questions. My complaint is with online ordering system it is terrible to say the least, the last two times I have ordered online I never got notifications my order was ready and after waiting a day I checked the status and both times it had been restocked, too bad for me I know please get it together

Everyone at this location was so helpful and very very friendly. I worked with Adam and Brian and they were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They knew all the answers to the questions I had about different delivery methods as well as the effects of different strains. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family. Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff!

Clean, happy, and professional. This location is AMAZING. I choose here over anything at the beaches. Best selection. Tons of flower. Mason, who I belive is in charge, is understanding and helpfull. Rachel my bud-tender is a beam of light at all times. She goes out of her way every time to make sure we are cared for. I ask for her every time im shopping because she makes me feel like family. A plus store! Im offically a "TRULIEVER" !

This shop is the jam, always has flower in stock, short wait (at least when i have been) and super helpful staff, today myranda took care of me and she’s always got a big smile and very knowledgeable. Tha 9lb hammer is flame this batch!!

This was my first time at Trulieve- Jax Beach. It just might be my favorite dispensary in the 904. I was a walk-in and was quite impressed with the level of service I received. It can be worrisome to go to dispensaries during this COVID-19 outbreak. Trulieve Jax Beach was very clean and cautious with servicing their patrons. Hand sanitizer all around!!! My boy Adam made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about all the products and apparently has the inventory memorized lol. All in all, highly recommend this place if you enjoy a CLEAN, courteous experience.

I’ve been coming to this store since November and it has always been an absolute nightmare. The manager, mason, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refuses to honor the weekend specials and will make you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes, while taking back other customers who just got there 5 minutes ago. The menu is never updated accurately. Ever since taking my complaints to corporate, my treatment by mason has been even worse than before.

Adam was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Super happy I tried this place out, I will definitely be back!

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE dispensary AND location. On the rare occasion (twice and so grateful they have refund and exchange) I’ve received a bum item (not bud-tenders fault), the return and exchange are always smooth and effortless on my part. Thank you AJ for being so professional and thank you Trulieve.
