Visited my favorite Trulieve location on Jax Beach last Saturday. Joey was my bud tender. Really knows his product and was extremely helpful with my selections as are all the staff. I have been to numerous Trulieve locations and all are excellent. However, the Jax beach shop is by far the best. Excellent customer service from!!! Ask for Joey, he is a huge Jags fan!

First time ever picking up from this location and it won’t be my last. By far the best staff out of the dozen or so trulieve stores I have been in. I’ll never go to the other Jacksonville location again. Amanda A was amazing. Happy knowledge and Proficient at her job. Everyone in the location what happy and smiling. Very welcoming and polite. Trulieve corporate should look at this store and make the others copy them.

Best Trulieve in Jax.

After my 3rd-ever dispensary visit to this Trulieve location, I will not go anywhere else again, besides here. My 2nd visit was to the Yulee Trulieve, and it was also wonderful. But Skyler at the Beaches location is who really secured my loyalty to this company. He was so helpful and friendly that I immediately felt taken care of and like my needs would be met with the products he was curating especially for me. And, after using the products he suggested, I finally achieved the relief I've been seeking (that I hadn't found by visiting other dispensaries), which was a great feeling. Learning about the medical marijuana field can feel overwhelming when you're getting started, but the Trulieve fam will replace that feeling with easy-to-understand education, personal consultation, and tailored recommendations. Every person I've ever interacted with in a Trulieve store seems like they're having the best day ever, and they pass that positivity and warmth on to their customers, creating a pressure-free, inviting atmosphere. Additionally, their products are simply better than you'll find elsewhere in Jacksonville. And the fact that they process returns and exchanges so easily and without issue, makes a HUGE difference during the shopping/buying process - you know you aren't SOL on a $60 product if it doesn't work for you. I cannot recommend Trulieve enough, and this location, even though it's across town for me, will be my home store from now on.

I am giving a review based on my age which is 62. I smoked weed years ago for recreation....now it’s for cancer related issues. So I was a little lost initially on all the varieties in weed but also how it is dispensed. I have been the BCH BLVD store and they are great...but if you happen to be able to bet BRIAN at the Beach store...he is awesome. He took time discussed with me all my issues and suggested a Indica and also switched a concentrate and wahla.... it has worked so well for me I went and bought more so not to run out. I am a patient that is on patches and oral prescription pain meds and I can’t keep it in the manageable zone until this combo. My review on other advantages of purchasing from Trulieve is quality, quantity and most important convenience with the on line orders...it’s a must. This business is professionally run with no issues on returns and I had no idea that would happen until Brian told me to bring back the one I couldn’t handle with the receipt the next time and no problem. I haven’t found another dispensary in Jacksonville as good as Trulieve. Most importantly they understood I was old school and needed help purchasing weed in 2019, no more $20 lids. So if you are in the same situation I am in with extreme pain....try being there at opening on a week day if possible and ask all the questions you need to feel comfortable and be forth coming of your pain tolerance issues and health issues.

Shout out to the people who helped me in Trulieve Jax beach! BEST TRULIEVE I'VE BEEN TO! I only waited 3 minutes to be called to the back for a walk in/ pick up, Lots of meds to pick from. I was slightly disappointed about no tinctures in stock but i wasn't mad, I'm going back next week so it's all good. I got the last powder which i was crying happily because I wanted it since the day it came out. The staff there really went out of their way for me while assisting me with my order! Thank you Myranda, Bnan and Tony! Also, not to mention, these individuals had excellent knowledge on every single product I've asked about. This has never happened to me before. It is great to have a very welcoming Location. I will be going to Jax beach more often than Jax!

Summer was super kind and helpful. But due to a policy change, I think I will go elsewhere. I served, gave them my DD214 to copy for their records when I first went because of the veteran's discount. I do not have a military ID because I was released from service due to a medical issue. Too low a % to get disability, so no ID. Went in yesterday and they are telling me no more discount because I do not have an ID, even though they have my 214 in their records. So they expect vets to bring in the 214 every time we go in. This form is precious and to get it replaced if lost or damaged it takes a TON of paperwork. Just not willing to do this. Wish Harvest never sold out to them. I miss their products and good sense. (BTW, I did get a one-time override discount thanks to Summer and her manager, so thanks!)

Angel was such a great help. I just got my medical card and she guided me every step of the way. Her recommendation has helped tremendously. This store will be my home base. I was disappointed because they were sold out of flower but all together was a great experience. Thanks Angel

Brian was very knowledgeable on cannabis and was very helpful in helping me decide what products to choose. Loved the atmosphere and happy faces. Would recommend. First time buyer discount was great.

Patient with me as I bombarded her with questions, very knowledgeable as she answered, with clarity, every one. The atmosphere made you feel comfortable everything is clean. Love, Love, Love the Jax Beach location! Angel has great knowledge of the products/strains- which I can appreciate esp when there is so much to know! She was even helpful to find a new doctor to for my needs! She is an asset to your company, I have personally talked to her directly if I have any questions and she is always 100% professional, sweet & will go above % beyond as far as customer service! Mason- he rocks! must be a manager bc he is extremely personable & seems to be very laid back but also takes high regard with his position! This is my #1 dispensary in Jacksonville! They will take care of you! Starting to feel like family!💚

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE dispensary AND location. On the rare occasion (twice and so grateful they have refund and exchange) I’ve received a bum item (not bud-tenders fault), the return and exchange are always smooth and effortless on my part. Ok overall let me say this is hands down the BEST Trulieve and best Florida dispensary I have been to! I am so glad I decided to make this my new one stop shop. From the check in with Zoe (she’s so sweet and helpful) to the back with all the goodies and happy crew working. I had a concern with my battery and the manager Joel helped me hands on troubleshoot! This place Is top notch, it’s also very clean which makes me feel safe figuring the pandemic. The service can’t get any better than this! Thank you!!

Truelieve was my first experience at a medical marijuana dispensary. I was seen very quickly and helped by a young man named Adam. Adam answer all of my questions and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and there was a very welcoming environment. I'm completely new to marijuana and had absolutely no idea about the different strains or anything else that would involve using medical marijuana. Adam walked me through from beginning to end and I received a lot of info that I feel will be very helpful for my success while using medical marijuana. He was also very quick and efficient with getting me in and out knowing my anxiety issues in public places while also giving me all of the information that I needed and also providing me with info I didn't even think to ask. I will definitely be returning because of the quality attention that I personally received at truelieve with Adam. My only complaint is the guy at the front could be a bit more welcoming. But he did offer me to wait outside and text me when it was my turn, which was helpful.
