Best dispensary in town :)

I am giving a review based on my age which is 62. I smoked weed years ago for recreation....now it’s for cancer related issues. So I was a little lost initially on all the varieties in weed but also how it is dispensed. I have been the BCH BLVD store and they are great...but if you happen to be able to bet BRIAN at the Beach store...he is awesome. He took time discussed with me all my issues and suggested a Indica and also switched a concentrate and wahla.... it has worked so well for me I went and bought more so not to run out. I am a patient that is on patches and oral prescription pain meds and I can’t keep it in the manageable zone until this combo. My review on other advantages of purchasing from Trulieve is quality, quantity and most important convenience with the on line orders...it’s a must. This business is professionally run with no issues on returns and I had no idea that would happen until Brian told me to bring back the one I couldn’t handle with the receipt the next time and no problem. I haven’t found another dispensary in Jacksonville as good as Trulieve. Most importantly they understood I was old school and needed help purchasing weed in 2019, no more $20 lids. So if you are in the same situation I am in with extreme pain....try being there at opening on a week day if possible and ask all the questions you need to feel comfortable and be forth coming of your pain tolerance issues and health issues.

Shout out to the people who helped me in Trulieve Jax beach! BEST TRULIEVE I'VE BEEN TO! I only waited 3 minutes to be called to the back for a walk in/ pick up, Lots of meds to pick from. I was slightly disappointed about no tinctures in stock but i wasn't mad, I'm going back next week so it's all good. I got the last powder which i was crying happily because I wanted it since the day it came out. The staff there really went out of their way for me while assisting me with my order! Thank you Myranda, Bnan and Tony! Also, not to mention, these individuals had excellent knowledge on every single product I've asked about. This has never happened to me before. It is great to have a very welcoming Location. I will be going to Jax beach more often than Jax!

After my 3rd-ever dispensary visit to this Trulieve location, I will not go anywhere else again, besides here. My 2nd visit was to the Yulee Trulieve, and it was also wonderful. But Skyler at the Beaches location is who really secured my loyalty to this company. He was so helpful and friendly that I immediately felt taken care of and like my needs would be met with the products he was curating especially for me. And, after using the products he suggested, I finally achieved the relief I've been seeking (that I hadn't found by visiting other dispensaries), which was a great feeling. Learning about the medical marijuana field can feel overwhelming when you're getting started, but the Trulieve fam will replace that feeling with easy-to-understand education, personal consultation, and tailored recommendations. Every person I've ever interacted with in a Trulieve store seems like they're having the best day ever, and they pass that positivity and warmth on to their customers, creating a pressure-free, inviting atmosphere. Additionally, their products are simply better than you'll find elsewhere in Jacksonville. And the fact that they process returns and exchanges so easily and without issue, makes a HUGE difference during the shopping/buying process - you know you aren't SOL on a $60 product if it doesn't work for you. I cannot recommend Trulieve enough, and this location, even though it's across town for me, will be my home store from now on.

Summer was super kind and helpful. But due to a policy change, I think I will go elsewhere. I served, gave them my DD214 to copy for their records when I first went because of the veteran's discount. I do not have a military ID because I was released from service due to a medical issue. Too low a % to get disability, so no ID. Went in yesterday and they are telling me no more discount because I do not have an ID, even though they have my 214 in their records. So they expect vets to bring in the 214 every time we go in. This form is precious and to get it replaced if lost or damaged it takes a TON of paperwork. Just not willing to do this. Wish Harvest never sold out to them. I miss their products and good sense. (BTW, I did get a one-time override discount thanks to Summer and her manager, so thanks!)

Visited my favorite Trulieve location on Jax Beach last Saturday. Joey was my bud tender. Really knows his product and was extremely helpful with my selections as are all the staff. I have been to numerous Trulieve locations and all are excellent. However, the Jax beach shop is by far the best. Excellent customer service from!!! Ask for Joey, he is a huge Jags fan!

First time ever picking up from this location and it won’t be my last. By far the best staff out of the dozen or so trulieve stores I have been in. I’ll never go to the other Jacksonville location again. Amanda A was amazing. Happy knowledge and Proficient at her job. Everyone in the location what happy and smiling. Very welcoming and polite. Trulieve corporate should look at this store and make the others copy them.

Everyone at this location was so helpful and very very friendly. I worked with Adam and Brian and they were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They knew all the answers to the questions I had about different delivery methods as well as the effects of different strains. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family. Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff!

Clean, happy, and professional. This location is AMAZING. I choose here over anything at the beaches. Best selection. Tons of flower. Mason, who I belive is in charge, is understanding and helpfull. Rachel my bud-tender is a beam of light at all times. She goes out of her way every time to make sure we are cared for. I ask for her every time im shopping because she makes me feel like family. A plus store! Im offically a "TRULIEVER" !

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Joey and his team at the Jax Beach store. Deliveries are always on time (or early), the products are high quality, and most importantly every staff member is kind and knowledgeable. India, K, Brittany, Matt, and everyone else on Joey's team are friendly, knowledgeable, and high energy.

I wrote a review a few months ago that needed updating. Trulieve has gotten a lot better since that review. Whatever computer problems they were having has apparently been fixed. Been very smooth and easy ordering from Trulieve since mid January. Trulieve products are hard to beat. Their staff is usually always polite and helpful.

Easily accessed, great parking, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a very “safe” feeling at this location.....by far the best dispensary I have yet to visit in Jacksonville. Brian and Tony are wonderful bud tenders and have assisted me many times. Will shop here exclusively!

Trulieve has been struggling recently but customer service is still on point. I feel bad for the employees who are blamed for the company’s problems. Bethany in particular was very patient and nicer than she should have been to an angry man who was yelling and threw money at her. The higher ups really need to get it together and make sure they are taking care of those taking the fall.

Nigel was extremely helpful and knew his products well. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional.

I’ve been coming to this store since November and it has always been an absolute nightmare. The manager, mason, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refuses to honor the weekend specials and will make you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes, while taking back other customers who just got there 5 minutes ago. The menu is never updated accurately. Ever since taking my complaints to corporate, my treatment by mason has been even worse than before.

This was my first time going to a dispensary and I was lucky enough to be helped by Angel. She is so smart about everything and is willing to help without you feeling nervous or stupid. She is an amazing person and I’m going to try to see only her on my trips there because she is so good. P.S. she has gorgeous eyes too....

This is my favorite Trulieve location even, though it is not the closest one to my home. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Natalie W!! The Jax Beach Trulieve also seems to have the best selection of products in our area.

Fantastic service, shout out in particular to Neil with help from Ryan. Neil provided excellent help and out together my order in a timely manner, and Ryan assisted with the replacement I needed. Both were incredibly nice and professional as well. 10/10 recommend.

I visit this location frequently and have been stoked every time, start to finish. Matt Capp helped me out today and he crushed every aspect of the sale. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Move this guy up the chain of command, he’s going places!!
