I think this location is wonderful, the costumer service is excellent, very friendly. Charley and Andel were very helpful with purchasing items, there very friendly.

Best dispensary in Palm Beach County, if not Florida. The woman that helped me today, Nadia, was very responsive and asked how I liked my last order and more follow up questions about my medicine, I thought this was pretty professional and really appreciated it and think more bud tenders should ask questions like that to ensure the patient likes their product or if they had any issues with it. Keep up the good work guys, 5/5.

Pleasant waiting room and helpful staff. Once guided into the store I was introduced to the person who would be helping me. Karl went over my prescriptions and advised me that I was able to get a large discount which saved me more than $50.00. He also suggested that to utilize one of the prescription,k an oil/salve for arthritis pain that I should call my Doctor and have him upgrade the product to get relief from pain. He wrote exactly what I had to tell my Doctor. All in all a five star experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Trulieve after being to a couple other dispensaries in the area. Staff was warm and knowledgeable and there’s a huge range of products to choose from. I also think they’re the first dispensary in the state to be selling whole flower outside of the pods. I’ve been to two of their locations and each one was great but the Boynton location exceeded expectations. Thanks trulieve ! You’ve made a truliever out of me <3

This dispensary is by far the best out of the bunch. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and safe. My consultant Cassidy was Amazing! She’s knowledgeable and knows what to recommend based on your needs. The whole team from Management to Security is really top notch. I actually drive by three dispensaries to get to this location. They don’t sacrifice quality in their products or service. Highly recommend!

Busy

Why doesn’t anyone update Leafly it’s been 11 months? Is it that hard? Some of Your customers don’t want to catch COVID so they shop online. Where is the best place to get a real time inventory update? I’d shop here again if someone cared enough to update your inventory daily. Good and friendly staff always polite and pleasant. Is there a cheat mode to get the most up to date inventory?

Always leave here knowing more than when I arrive. Very knowledgeable staff who care. Elaine went above and beyond to help me out & manager Tim took extra time to answer all my questions. Will absolutely return.

Gave service 2 stars because the online shopping is horrible. everything says out of stock and you cant do anything on the app. also was on hold forever and did a call back. never got a call but both times ive been there were 3-4 people at desk. need to start updating (last update on here was july) or making it clear what is actually available.

From front desk, to the many salespersons (love my boy Waggs), to even front security (Frank is full of wisdom too), this is the most convenient location with abundant helpful staff.

Tyler was very helpful with me and got me exactly what I wanted. He makes the whole trulieve experience for me. My health is the most important thing to me and whenever I go to trulieve, Tyler makes it his duty that my health is just as important to him as it is to me.
