Pre-order for pick up is awesome, vertually no waiting after checking in. Staff knowledgeable and move customers through process quickly.

How come there is no direct phone number ? Why do we have to wait 30 minutes on hold when we call? Bc the website doesn’t give enough descriptions on what is available ? Let’s get it together already ☝️🧐😎 Nice store and friendly people

I truly love coming to this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Today my experience with Vomoche and Gisell was amazing. I usually get 9lbs hammer to sleep but I was out. They suggested to try Northern Hash. Wow so relaxing. I choose Trulieve because of the products and knowledge they supply. Thank you Trulieve.

I enjoy how friendly the staff is. I go in there a few times a week. Its like walking into cheers..lol . But long story short, had only few issues with product that got resolved right away besides that all i can say is great things of the store. Highly recommend hitting up this location. Just remember to place an order ahead of time to not be waiting to long in the evenings.

Just left the Trulieve Boynton Beach location to pick up my medication. I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and the security officer Frank goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable. Thanks Frank, you are truly a gentleman.

First off, I would like to thank Trulieve Boynton for sponsoring the Silver Tour at Valencia Reserve last night! I met Shakira who was absolutely awesome in terms of customer service, product knowledge, helpful assistance, and friendly demeanor. On stage, near the end of the presentation, Andrew from Trulieve Boynton spoke eloquently and gave credit to the movement started by the Silver Tour to erase incorrect perceptions and spread truth about the healing power of medical marijuana. Today I went to Trulieve Boynton and was admirably served by Tim and Allie, who spent a lot of time answering my questions, educating me, and giving me usage information that was essential to my making the correct choice to address my pain issues. I have dealt with four different dispensaries and Trulieve Boynton is far superior in customer service, ability to share product knowledge in a way that can be readily understood, affordable pricing and excellent reliability. Thank you Trulieve Boynton! My only dislike was how cold the waiting room is. Fortunately, I did not spend much time there! Wait times are negligible.

An honest review. They ask people to post 5 star reviews and hand out cards telling you how to do so. The employees get bonuses when they get 5 star reviews. It also drowns out the negative reviews. If you are looking for a place that has long waits, no product in stock, poor customer service and wrote the book on bait and switch then you have found your location. This place is always out of stock for products. To make matters worse, they send you text messages for specials knowing full well they can't honor them. Today for example was buy 2 get 1 free on pods at this location. Guess what? They had no pods by 1pm. These bait and swtich offers are to get you into the store. They say you can call and find out about stock. If you call the store you get re-routed to a call center which then puts you on hold of over an hour so you can learn what they have in stock. Why bother? I could visit 3 other dispensaries in that amount of time. Don't even waste a second calling their call center, they don't have the staff to handle the calls and don't have the supply either. If you want to be treated like a clown by their employees, then this is the place for you. If you work hard and spend your money wisely find a smaller dispensary that will treat you as if they want your business and care about customer service. Again, beware of all the 5 star reviews and take them for what they are. When employees continuously beg for them and just about demand them it allows them to silence and hide the negative reviews.

Clean safe nice professional , busy but 420 promo so to be expected.

This was a wonderful find here in Boynton. Clean and pretty sterile in waiting area. Be nice to understand the way you get called into the "inner sanctum" but apart from those little kinks, everyone there is polite and nice.....especially Porscha. She is very helpful if you have a question about anything.

Great location (for me) as it’s only 2.5 miles from my house. Very clean store and incredibly nice and knowledgeable staff! Quality products...top notch!! The only issue I have with this store and also the store in Deerfield Beach is that they are out of product a lot!!! They say they never know when new product will arrive, it’s very frustrating. They send out text messages for specials but when you show up a lot of times they will be out of the product I’m looking for. It’s unfortunate that I have to go another dispensary that’s a 30 min drive when this store is so close to home.

The quality is par with anything you’ll find from here to Massachusetts. Service was cool and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is clean and with most products out on display. And great first time rates and discounts!! I’ll be back for sure.

Love coming here, the staff is always attentive and friendly! Also will answer any question you have and give you the best advice when you can’t decide what to get. This was my first time in a Florida dispensary and the Trulieve Boynton Beach dispensary is now my go to store. I was warmly greeted the minute I walked in the store. Being warmly greeted went a long way in easing my first-time jitters. Sandy was amazing. First, she’s gorgeous and secondly, she has the best product knowledge and advice that best fit my needs. Great deals, great staff, and great products.

The knowledge of the agents is exceptional. The quality is top shelf compared to other dispensaries. Tried almost all others.

Matthew vargas and richard both helped so much in finding the proper medicine for me! Very caring and passionate about the craft will be back !!

Quick and simple...descent variety

Went on 3/19. They were slammed w people trying to get orders in what w Covid-19. Many other dispensaries out. Their website was overwhelmed and when I went to pickup, order wasn't ready (understandable). They worked w me on short order and filled it right there in reasonable time, considering extraordinarily circumstances. They care and have best flower, edibles and concentrates. They get busy because they can handle volume when others are out.

It’s perfectly located in town.
