I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. She also Educated me. Holly did all the above while maintaining an extremely upbeat attitude. Thank you, Holly! To all the other Attendants who've gone without my reviews, Thank You! Joan G. r

Shout out to Ms. Melanie for being so personable, well accommodating, and very informative in helping me complete my order. Also, a nice shout out to KC for holding it down as well and making sure my package was on point and a pleasure face to see.

I Love this place!! They have the best selection, by far. Everyone that works here is extremely helpful & friendly. I've been coming to the Trulieve Venice since they opened and I've NEVER had a bad experience. I've tried several other dispensaries and none of them have even come close in terms of product or service. I have already recommended Trulieve to several people, and I would tell anybody looking for the BEST Marijuana Dispensaries in Florida, look no further than your local Trulieve!!

My online order was missing half of the items when I stopped to pick them up. I was told someone did not fulfill the order and the items were now out of stock. I was also then told would be given a discount to help with the inconvenience and screw up. NO discount was given. This is medicine to people, and it seems as if supplying the right medication or making it right is just not the focus of this company.
