Trulieve - Venice

We like your products. We like that the Venice store is close to where we live. We do not like being notified that our order is ready and spending over two hours in the parking lot waiting to pick it up. In North Port, 20 minutes drive away, there are now three dispensaries, Suterra, Muv, and Harvest House. I have obtained products each of these three dispensaries that is comparable to Trulieve products at a competitive price—AND MY TRANSACTION HAS TAKEN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES! Even during March, April, and May of this year, so no Covid excuses will work. It’s hard to understand why Trulieve is not positioned to respond to the market demand or to design effective systems to efficiently serve the demand. Yes, Pandemic, but it was inefficient before that. I’ll be looking at these reviews to see if you have in any way gotten your processes and systems together. Meanwhile, your competition is winning.

Very easy to get to, lots of parking

I've been to this location about half a dozen times now. I have to say it is fantastic! The staff is always friendly when first entering and I was able to get setup as a new patient on my first visit in less than twenty minutes. The longest I have every had to wait (not including the new patient setup) has never exceeded ten minutes. They always have a good selection and I've never found myself wanting for something they didn't have. The amount of information that the sales associates have is stellar. I've been able to dial in the medicine that I need with their help and the side effects are zero at this point. I've been able to find daytime strains to help me stay focused without munchies or a crazy in your face knockout high, and I've found evening strains for me to relax and get a good night's rest after a long day at work. Lastly, it's ideally situated for folks traveling from the south all the way to Punta Gorda, and the north all the way to Osprey/Vamo. It's less than five minutes off I-75 and the Jacaranda exit (head south!). I love Trulieve and I would recommend it to anybody that wants a friendly, safe and clean environment in which to procure the most important medicine that has ever been made legal for consumption by the general public. went to the Grand opening today its amazing! Great friendly staff beautiful location. The CRESCENDO shatter is great helps so much with my ptsd an pain. I will use this store as my "local" dispensary :)

So I ordered ground flower from Trulieve Thursday 2/27 online. I got my email confirmation for my order at 10:38 AM. I never got a call to confirm my delivery. I called them, and entered my phone number into the system to be called back. By 6 PM I still haven’t gotten a call back and leave my number to be called back. NO PHONE CALL BACK!! I called this morning ( Friday) to be told we are sorry but your order fell through the cracks. We are all sold out, but we can give you 10% off of medicine that I don’t want! I can’t get what I ordered and all I’m told is we are aware we have problems and hopefully we get it fixed in weeks to come! Are you serious?!? What kind of establishment are you running? I asked for a manger to call me back or to talk to me and I’m told what am I trying to accomplish with my phone call! What kind of customer service is this? Where is your compassion people???? I got off 7 medications daily with 3 being narcotics to be treated this way.My mind is blown on how this company treats patients as $ symbols. Think twice before you go and spend your hard earned money at an establishment that doesn’t seem to care about your well being!

I didn’t know the store didn’t take credit cards. However, Mallory at the Venice location helped me get signed up with CANPAY on the spot! Thank you Mallory. Excellent customer service and patience!

The staff always make me feel really comfortable. The quality of the medication is above and beyond what I hoped for moving to fl for mi. The quality control trust and energy you receive coming to the venice store is great. Just got a tru stick after a year in the program I’ve avoided the tru stock and pod because of the price and my budget. I used my 75 dollars off anything over 150 card renewal discount and walked out of there feeling a little taller in the world this thing is beyond my expectations for a delivery system for cannabis it’s just the best thing I’ve ever tried and I’ve been to the west coast mid west Colorado everywhere you would fine a vape thc device legally I’ve been and tried. This thing blows everything I’ve tried out of the water and is now the only thing I will buy from there. I feel great neck is not in pain I’m doing yoga and I’m happy to be alive🦥✌🏻

Love this store. The people are friendly. The wait times have always been kind to me. I would like to see a wider variety of strains. But it’s worth the drive from port Charlotte

There’s always a long wait to pick up products even if you place an online or phone order. For several weeks the website has not been working. It is constantly “loading” when you try to place an order. Then, if you do manage to get through, they are often out of stock of several products. Very frustrating and nobody seems to be doing anything to fix the situation.

Very friendly and professional. And comfortable. Takes time to answer all questions and waiting isn’t long at all. Lots of choices!

My online order was missing half of the items when I stopped to pick them up. I was told someone did not fulfill the order and the items were now out of stock. I was also then told would be given a discount to help with the inconvenience and screw up. NO discount was given. This is medicine to people, and it seems as if supplying the right medication or making it right is just not the focus of this company.

Good first impression.

It was my first visit to a dispensary. I had done some research to see what I would like to try. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful gentleman named Lucas wait on me. He was very patient And helpful. They had everything I was looking for and then some. I even Received a T-shirt and gifts plus 75$ off my first order over 150$. I will definitely be back!! I Love this place!! They have the best selection, by far. Everyone that works here is extremely helpful & friendly. I've been coming to the Trulieve Venice since they opened and I've NEVER had a bad experience. I've tried several other dispensaries and none of them have even come close in terms of product or service. I have already recommended Trulieve to several people, and I would tell anybody looking for the BEST Marijuana Dispensaries in Florida, look no further than your local Trulieve!!

Very happy to have a Trulieve near! Got the Papaya cake tru-wax and it taste great! The effects were exactly what I was needing. Love your Flower, wax and the shatter was great too. The med tender I think her name is Kat? Is great and always happy to answer any questions I have. I have been to many dispensarys and I find myself going back here to Trulieve. Thanks guys!

I checked out, with Bethany today, she always makes sure, that you leave with a product, that you want. She goes above and beyond.

This is my go to dispensary. It’s also the furthest so I usually get delivery. Products are great and they have exchanged product that I didn’t like or had a bad reaction to. Very helpful and their delivery drivers ROCK! I think they have the best flower around, also the most expensive. Dislikes- I wish they would use glass jars vs the plastic and sell in larger quantities! Delivery fee of $25 is pretty steep

This location is nice. Staff is personable and hospitable. Seth in the back is knowledgeable and his endeavors to make sure the community is educated and informed is appreciated. Everyone is doing great, keep it up.
