Trulieve - Orlando South

I Got my weekly delivery today from Caleb & Mike from the Orlando south location and was very happy with my experience. They were very nice and helpful and treated me like a actual patient and not just a dollar sign like some dispensaries. Trulieve needs more Employees like them. Also the product is A+ as usual. Organized location and knowledgeable staff. The front desk personnel were nice and courteous, especially Nyisha.

Every time I go they receive me with so much politeness. Very organized in store. On line Order the one time I did it was not complete because they said was not available but they ran out through out the day and I order the day before, so I’m guessing the order does not reverse your strains. It was the first time so no big deal but good idea to check on that. Super fast service and the bud tender that I have talk seem knowledgeable compare to others dispensary. Good place.

Awesome location and great staff. It's frustrating though that they don't update their leafly app daily or at least weekly.

Love, love, love this location. They are ALL so knowledgeable and friendly. But my favorite 2 are JENNA and TYLER! Both on point with what my husband and I need for pain and sleep. All the products they've recommended have worked well. Can I adopt them?❤️❤️

At first it was weird leaving my other Trulieve family, orlando south is 5 miles from my house and now I’m so stoaked about what products are in but also who’s working! Kenneth is a rock star totally dig is box display idea makes it plain and simple! I need to see the % and instead of asking I can just look! Disney, Adrian, Jena and Kenneth make this so much easier! This location is far better than Orlando North. Much more spacious in the lobby with adequate seating. Inside the shop is great, several counters with ease of flow.

I always love coming to this location, every time has been a great experience. Welcoming and helpful staff, great selection of products, and very well maintained. Never that long of a wait and never too packed inside.

Love the friendly and always helpful staff located at Orlando South! Your staff makes me feel welcome upon entering everytime. I have been to several other locations throughout central and south Florida, but this is my favorite. I just want to give you all a shout out for doing such a great job. Thanks .😊

What an amazing store! The second I walked in I was greeted in a pleasant and uplifting way. The ladies who helped me were all so respectful and sweet. Being from out of town, this was a very welcomed change of pace to my crazy day. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I've become a regular at this location. They have without fail, delivered solid products, very personal and professional services even when busy. The cost of medication is always expensive. Period. So that would be my only collective feedback. Very clean facility. Front to back. And even a clean Rr. After an 45 min drive it's good to know. Thx for your service.

It’s nice, clean, very secure. I feel very safe walking into this location and this is my first time visiting this location. The staff is full of large smiles and they seem very willing to help. I highly recommend this location.

Trulieve has been my provider since the program was introduced. I remember driving to Orlando North because it was the only one still, but then this location opened. Great location, much more space and greater selection. Pop in and pay a visit to Alexandra some time for a great service, conversation and a good laugh!

First time there was one of my greatest experiences in my life. I had just got my medical marijuana card and this was the first dispensary I came to and I had amazing service from Ivy, also gave me great recommendations. The flower I got were all better than I expected! Thank you guys so much, definitely recommend to anyone who knows what there looking for and great for beginners!
