I went to this location on the grand opening day and was very impressed! This location has many more registers/associates than the other Orlando Trulieve. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Jeff and Brandon were both wonderful and very helpful in getting me the products that I needed. I also love that this is in a decent sized strip mall with plenty of parking! I look forward to making this Trulieve my new go-to in Orlando.

Orlando South is my go to. Not only is Trulieve the only dispensary I go to, but this location is as well. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I’ve been going to this location for months now and can personally tell you that Robby, Vinny, AJ, Jenna, Dillon, Adrian, Emily, and Jamie ALWAYS know exactly how to help. This place has become a second home to me, and I’m eternally grateful to have access to quality medicine I can trust and the most knowledge from the staff. 10000/10 always recommend.

This was NOT my first time to here but it will have been my last time. I have been at least 4-5 times and each visit is more disappointing than the last. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to a friend, nor I would not shop here again! For a company that's slogan is "Relief you can rely on", they are very unreliable. The company claims, "At Trulieve, we strive to bring you the relief you need in a product you can trust." yet their service does not mirror that... AT ALL. If you want to waste hours of your time, waiting for something that can be done in a few minutes then this is the place to go. Want to pay for overpriced eighths? Go to Trulieve. Don't be surprised if there's mold on the flower because that wouldn't be the first time a customer had experienced that. Or that someone has called the customer service line just to be on hold for nearly an hour and have the call drop. They don't treat you as patient, nearly some lowlife that is going to pay lost of money for the products they sell to you whenever they feel like it. Have fun waiting hours and hours just to have to wait more. Could not have been more disappointed with this place. Either learn to run your business efficiently or watch as your customers stop coming back because of the way YOU treat them.

A hidden gem. They have stock and I’ve never had to wait more than fifteen minutes. The best Trulieve location I’ve been to.

Robby and the staff do a fantastic job keeping the customers moving so there is not much waiting.

Tyler was a new employee but showed no hesitation to help me. He was very informative and helpful, so much in fact that I ended up buying more then what I was going to get originally. He was quick, polite and very enthusiastic. Levitt was very focused on training Tyler and making sure that he can drive those sales and Tyler really sold it. Compared to other dispensaries this is like the chick fil a of medical dispensaries. Excellent customer service, quick and great service.

I came in there a couple days ago and I was going to write a review but I forgot. I just had a few minutes today and I want to thank Robby for making my first visit easy and smood, he was very friendly and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you again and I hope to see you soon

Hi I’m a returning patient an this place an the people that work an help me here are awesome. This place is a no brainer when it come to getting proper facts help an guidance. My first visit I was helped by ADRIAN an he was super friendly an help me out to my needs ! Then I was helped by Kenneth as well !!Kenneth Checked three times in the computer for me about information regarding my medication. These people are the go to “A” team !! Thank you !

Easy and convenient

I stopped by the new South Orlando location yesterday for its grand opening. Everything was 25% off, they had a food truck serving free barbecue, and they were using a great text system to let you know when it was your turn so you didn't have to wait right in the waiting room. Even as a grand opening I only waited about a half an hour. When I got inside, it turned out that my doctor hadn't renewed my smokable recommendation. The staff was great, and Shakira allowed me the opportunity to call my doctor's office and have it corrected right there. Thanks to Shakira for her knowledge and patience, making this a great experience!

My visit today was great. It was my first time at the south location, and I was lucky enough to get Levitt. When I walked in he had already checked my purchace history and had a bunch of products already set out for me according to my preference. He was also very informative on how to use a new product that I chose. Trulieve is my top pick of 3 places and I always enjoy going!

Orlando south is awesome! Its always clean and the people are always smiling and happy to be there. The awesome staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and are always happy to share new information with you. I always go home with a new piece of information learned and a new product to test out. This may not be everyone's Disney but it sure is my Disney! I cant thank them enough for the relief they have provided me from what can be a very difficult disease.

Went to this location, for the second time and, Felix specifically was able to inform me on how CBD combats inflammation so, I walked out with the Harley Quinn CO2 cart, along with other products. Very friendly and informative staff.

This Trulieve team really cares about their patients! Thank you so much for the great atmosphere & positive energy you share with everyone who walks through those front doors!
