Trulieve - Brooksville

I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick up my order the items were not available. Usually this will be frustrating but Amanda and Evan we're very accommodating and understanding and they went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a agreeable substitute and that I was satisfied. One problem I've come across is that the online website is not always correctly representing what is available in the store. But I take the good with the bad. I love TRULIEVE!

So the Grand opening at any trulieve is a nightmare to say the least, this one however was somewhat less painful as others I’ve attended. I placed my order online and never received anything for confirmation and just decided to be a walk-in where I was told my online order was ready. This has happened to me almost every time I order online through trulieve only. Not sure if they need to invest in a better system but one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing and this is a repeated issue and don’t expect any staff to care. Hey at least they’re working through the pandemic so I get not caring these days goes a long way. I called to inquire about different products and no one ever answers the phone so good luck with that. Other than that expect the basic overload and zero mind to physical distancing, you will spend a decent amount of time waiting as well so hopefully you don’t have anything else going on. Just the typical trulieve experience.

I've been to Trulieve's Brooksville dispensary multiple times since they opened, both just to pick up an online order and to make a purchase. In every instance, the staff with whom I've interacted, from the front desk, to the security guards, to the salesfolk in the back, have been great. Among the great staff, though, there's an exceptional standout: Brea! Pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, Brea's advice and suggestions have consistently been right on target. I appreciate Trulieve, the Brooksville dispensary, and--especially!!--Brea! Thanks!

This being my first visit to a dispensary I was very nervous and my anxiety was kicking in. After arriving the staff were all very polite. I was being helped by Tom and instantly felt relieved on how helpful he was. The knowledge and background he had was outstanding it made me feel very comfortable. I let him know what my issues were and what kind of relief I was looking for at that point he knew exactly what could potentially help. I will be back and look forward to having him or another friendly staff member help me

I always have a good experience at this location but today Erin told me about certain products that I had no knowledge of previously and it was super helpful.

Trulieve in Brooksville is easily my favorite dispensary. The products are good for the price and the staff there is fantastic. They handle the customer traffic well , are knowledgeable about their inventory and are all really friendly. Not just to me, either...I see the way they treat the other customers. Great job by them all! Trulieve will continue to be my #1 choice.

The people at Brooksville are very informative and they remember their customers makes it feel like family when I come in.

Hello everyone. Brooksville is my pick up store. I just wanted to let everyone know, every single time I go and it's a lot lol it's just a great experience. My 2 main budtenders are Amanda and Breanna. I always have a bunch of questions and they always seem to have more answers then I asked, funny when people care about there job they go above and beyond. Being a single father and having my daughter at my side this morning even the security guard with out me having to ask, brought me over his personal chair. This is such a blessing to be able to get relief from anxiety and ptsd with out the pills. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all you staff at Brooksville I love all you. :)
